本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是涉及用于对角蛋白材料进行护理、保湿和/或化妆的油质体形式的水包油(O/W)乳剂形式的化妆品组合物。根据本发明的化妆品组合物为液体体。本发明的化妆品组合物尤其是旨在施用于角蛋白材料、特别是皮肤、更特别地面部皮肤的组合物。
背景技术
水包油(O/W)乳剂形式的化妆品组合物通常兼具清爽润滑的肤感和优异的保湿性能,但水包油(O/W)乳剂形式的化妆品组合物并不总是稳定的,在长时间存储期间、以及当经历不同的环境和条件(例如改变温度或压力)时,容易出现水包油(O/W)乳剂形式的化妆品组合物逐渐地释放或者“渗出”油相的现象,表现为油相和水相分层,或由清澈透明转变为浑浊,损害化妆品组合物的外观效果。
术语定义
本发明中记载的“化妆品组合物”为物理和化学稳定的组合物,它们还必须允许活性组分的释放并促进其渗透到皮肤层中以改善其效力。
本发明中记载的“化学稳定性”尤其意在指组分的稳定性。
本发明中记载的“物理稳定性”尤其意在指不存在组分的结晶或沉淀,或在组合物中不存在相分离或颜色变化。
本发明中记载的“皮肤”包括表皮和真皮,角质层或角化层是表皮最表面的部分,真皮由少量细胞、大量为组织提供支持的蛋白和血管网组成。虽然角化层因存在角质细胞间脂质而在性质方面主要是亲脂性的,表皮和真皮在性质方面主要是亲水性的。
本发明中记载的“渗透性”指化妆品组合物在施加到皮肤上之后,化妆品组合物中的活性组分与皮肤表面之间接触,活性组分将必须离开其载体以便或难或易地渗透到角质层中。
本发明中记载的“具有零级活性组分渗透动力学”指化妆品组合物一旦施加到皮肤表面上即具有活性组分以其目标水平逐渐和受控渗透的状况。
本发明中记载的“主要溶剂”指的是具有溶解、稀释或萃取其它物质而不会导致这些物质的化学改性并且自身也不会被改性的性质的液体。
本发明中记载的“助溶剂”指与其它物质结合充当溶剂的物质。
本发明中除非另行说明,wt%表示的是相对于化妆品组合物的总重量的重量百分比。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种体系稳定的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物,所述化妆品组合物兼具清爽润滑的肤感、优异的保湿及护肤性能、以及优异的渗透性。
令人惊奇地和有利地是,根据本发明的化妆品组合物满足现有技术的需求。
因此,根据本发明的一个方面,本发明的主题为用于对角蛋白材料进行护理和/或化妆的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物,所述O/W乳剂由平均直径小于0.8微米且分散在水相中的油珠形成。所述化妆品组合物包括生理上可接受的介质,所述生理上可接受的介质包括水相和脂肪相。
更具体的,所述O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物其包含:
-油珠,包含0.001wt%至0.1wt%的活性组分,0.01wt%至0.1wt%的油溶性抗氧化剂,2wt%至5wt%的聚二甲基硅氧烷,8wt%至12wt%的润肤剂;
-水相,包含5wt%至10wt%的保湿剂,1wt%至5wt%的增稠剂,0.1wt%至1wt%的水溶性抗氧化剂,0.01wt%至0.1wt%的螯合剂。
其中,活性组分包含β-胡萝卜素、生育酚(维生素E)和玉米(ZEA MAYS)油。活性组分赋予了化妆品组合物优异的护肤性能以及优异的渗透性。
其中,润肤剂包含异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯和油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油。润肤剂赋予了化妆品组合物润滑的肤感。
其中,保湿剂包含甘油、1,3-丙二醇和1,2-己二醇。保湿剂赋予了化妆品组合物清爽的肤感和优异的保湿性能。
其中,增稠剂包含丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、纤维素、磷酸氢二钠和苯氧乙醇。
其中,螯合剂包含乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)。
其中,油溶性抗氧化剂包含季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯。
其中,水溶性抗氧化剂包含对羟基苯乙酮。
经由聚二甲基硅氧烷和增稠剂的配合获得本发明的化妆品组合物的良好的化学与物理稳定性。
出于提升分散稳定性的观点,所述油珠相对于所述O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物的含量不大于20%。
出于提升使用体验的观点,所述油珠还包含芳香剂。在一实施例中,所述芳香剂为大红桔(CITRUS TANGERINA)果皮油。
出于提升水相中组分分散稳定性的观点,所述水相还包含pH调节剂。在一实施例中,所述pH调节剂为氨甲基丙醇。
所述O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物,其是物理和化学稳定的,包含至少一种活性组分,其还必须容易使用,并具有用于涂施到可能受病理状态影响的身体任何区域的可接受的化妆性。所述O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物可以满足下列方面的一个或多个:
-获得良好的物理稳定性而不具有任何活性组分结晶的风险,
-允许良好耐受的涂施而没有表面积限制,
-获得在其目标水平下的活性组分的逐渐渗透。
在一实施例中,物理稳定的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物是在25℃、4℃和40℃下储存1个月、2个月、3个月和6个月后不存在任何外观的宏观变化(外观的相分离、颜色变化等等)或外观的微观变化(活性组分的再结晶)的组合物。
在一实施例中,化学稳定的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物是其中在环境温度(AT)和在40℃下6个月后活性组分含量保持稳定的组合物。活性组分的稳定含量根据本发明指的是含量相对于初始含量表现出极小的变化,即时间T的活性组分含量的变化不应小于T0时的初始含量的90wt%、更特别不小于95wt%。当油珠和水相存在良好稳定性的边界,时间T的活性组分含量相对于T0时的初始含量的相对百分比为95wt%-100wt%。
在本发明中,发明人已经令人惊讶地展示了能够获得O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物,该组合物是物理和化学稳定的,并且具有零级活性组分渗透动力学。进一步地,发明人发现,以下几个因素使得油珠和水相存在良好稳定性的边界:
-增稠剂中,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物协同作用使得油珠稳定的在水相中分散悬浮;
-增稠剂中,纤维素、磷酸氢二钠和苯氧乙醇会包裹油珠表面,让油珠更稳定;
-聚二甲基硅氧烷同时作为乳化剂和润肤剂,聚二甲基硅氧烷在降低油珠的界面张力的同时,形成一层界面膜,所述界面膜对在水相中分散的油珠具有保护作用,使油珠在布朗运动中的相互碰撞的液滴不易聚结;
-聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯和油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油协同作用形成比较紧密排列的定向吸附分子,定向吸附分子组成的界面膜的强度高,大大提高了油珠的的稳定性;
-活性组分在许多通常用于O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物的表面活性剂的存在下化学降解,而活性组分溶解在聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯和油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油组成的脂肪相中表现出良好的物理和化学稳定性。
在本发明中,化妆品组合物含有因其与活性组分的良好相容性而选择的包含聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯和油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油的脂肪相,但是也是因为该脂肪相能够产生具有非常光滑的质地和优异的皮肤耐受性的非常微细的油珠。
在本发明中,水相的主要溶剂是水,优选的为去离子水,保湿剂作为助溶剂;油珠的主要溶剂是聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯和油橄榄(OLEAEUROPAEA)果油组成的脂肪相。
本发明化妆品组合物还可以包含通常用于药物与化妆品领域以便赋予所述制剂特定性质的添加剂。本领域技术人员将根据预期的效果适当地选择这些添加剂。该添加剂将以该化妆品组合物总重量的0至15wt%和优选0.1wt%至10wt%的比例存在于本发明的化妆品组合物中。
所用的技术是的能够获得非常微细的乳液;获得的油珠的平均直径小于0.8微米。该制造方法包括两个主要步骤:
-第一步骤包括形成中间体“凝胶”相;其是含有大比例脂肪相并具有透明凝胶外观的O/W乳液,其由活性组分、聚二甲基硅氧烷、润肤剂、增稠剂、保湿剂和水组成。
-第二步骤包括在水相中自发稀释该中间体“凝胶”相以获得非常微细的水包油乳液。该乳液的最终粘度取决于稀释参数。该乳液的稳定性可以通过添加增稠剂来提高。
该制造方法是特别敏感的。引入特定成分时的速度和温度对本发明的乳液的物理稳定性具有显著的影响。
在一实施例中,制备O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物的方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,在一部分水和一部分保湿剂中溶解增稠剂,得到第一混合物。
步骤二,在聚二甲基硅氧烷和润肤剂中溶解活性组分,得到第二混合物,可以推荐在其制备过程中加热聚二甲基硅氧烷和润肤剂组成的脂肪相以获得更好的结果。
步骤三,制备中间体“凝胶”相,通过混合第一混合物和第二混合物来获得该中间体“凝胶”相。
步骤三,制备水相,将剩余的水相的组分加入到剩余量的水中
步骤四,通过用水相稀释该中间体相来获得最终的乳液。
本领域技术人员将知晓如何修改上述方法以便向其中加入所需成分或添加剂。所述化妆品组合物可以为处于面部和/或身体护理或化妆产品的形式,且可以被调制,例如为处于管内流体的形式。
本发明提供的化妆品组合物对于皮肤的护肤性能表现在修复或对抗皮肤老化,无论其是光引发老化或时程老化,或用于减轻色素沉着,或与时程老化或光化性老化相关的任何病理状态,如干燥病和皱纹。
下面结合具体实施例进行说明。
具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1-3提供的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物的具体组分含量如表1所示。实施例1-3提供的化妆品组合物均为乳液。
需要说明的是,实施例1-3提供的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物中:丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物采用PEMULENTMTR-2POLYMER,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物采用ULTREZ 20POLYMER,纤维素、磷酸氢二钠和苯氧乙醇组成的增稠剂采用AUROVISCO CS,其余组分可以采用任一企业的市售产品。
需要说明的是,实施例1-3提供的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物中:活性组分由β-胡萝卜素、生育酚(维生素E)、玉米(ZEA MAYS)油按质量比1:1:4配制而成。
对实施例1-3提供的化妆品组合物在T0时表征,结果示于表2。
在环境温度(AT)和40℃下储存1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月后测定实施例1-3提供的化妆品组合物的物理和化学稳定性,结果示于表3-5。

在T0时表征包括:。
1.活性组分的化学分析:
采用高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)。结果的表示:活性组分的滴度表示为相对于T0时进行的初始wt%的相对wt%。良好的稳定性的边界组为95wt%-100wt%。
2.宏观观察:
宏观观察能够评价在T0时和在稳定性后产品的物理完整性。
3.微观观察:
微观观察能够评价T0时的活性组分的良好溶解,随时间推移未出现再结晶以及油相液滴的尺寸。
4.pH
在化妆品组合物样品在25℃的室内稳定化24小时后在环境温度下进行pH的测量。
5.粘度
粘度测量能够评价制得的制剂的稠度。使用brookfield粘度计dv-i prime,在所有化妆品组合物样品在25℃的室内稳定化24小时后在环境温度下进行测量,在1分钟后读取该值,获得的值以厘泊(Cps)为单位表示。
6.离心
离心能够评价化妆品组合物对机械应力的耐受性。化妆品组合物置于离心机中,在5000rpm下30分钟。符合规定的结果意味着既不存在相分离,也不存在渗出。

表2-5的结果显示了本发明提供的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物整体良好的物理与化学的经时稳定性。
对实施例1提供的O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物进行皮肤耐受性测试。
在该研究中:
-10名受试者接收涂施在1000cm2上的2克医用凝胶4周。
-10名受试者接收涂施在1000cm2上的2克化妆品组合物4周。
在该研究过程中,研究者在过度刺激的情况下可能改变涂施的区域。测试结果为:4周的使用中100%的接收化妆品组合物的受试者不需要改变涂施的区域,而20%的接收医用凝胶的受试者表现出需要改变涂施区域的刺激。说明本发明提供的比医用凝胶具有更好的耐受性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (2)
1.一种O/W乳剂形式的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,
所述化妆品组合物包含:
油珠,包含0.001wt%至0.1wt%的活性组分,0.01wt%至0.1wt%的油溶性抗氧化剂,2wt%至5wt%的聚二甲基硅氧烷,8wt%至12wt%的润肤剂;
水相,包含5wt%至10wt%的保湿剂,1wt%至5wt%的增稠剂,0.1wt%至1wt%的水溶性抗氧化剂,0.01wt%至0.1wt%的螯合剂;
所述活性组分包含β-胡萝卜素、生育酚(维生素E)和玉米(ZEA MAYS)油,所述油溶性抗氧化剂包含季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯,所述润肤剂包含异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯和油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油;
所述保湿剂包含甘油、1,3-丙二醇和1,2-己二醇,所述增稠剂包含丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、纤维素、磷酸氢二钠和苯氧乙醇,所述水溶性抗氧化剂包含对羟基苯乙酮,所述螯合剂包含乙二胺四乙酸二钠;
所述油珠相对于所述化妆品组合物的含量不大于20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述油珠含包含芳香剂,所述水相还包含pH调节剂。
