The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples. It should be understood that the described embodiments are only for illustrating the invention and do not limit the invention.
Examples 1 to 5 sleep-aiding compositions
Examples 1 to 5 are compositions for aiding sleep, which are prepared from the same raw materials as the active ingredients, but different from the above compositions in different examples, and the specific details are shown in table 1:

Example 6 sleep-aid composition improves sleep status assessment
This example utilizes the pitasburg sleep quality index scale to evaluate the effect of sleep aid compositions on improving sleep.
As shown in table 2, the pitaburg sleep quality index table is used for evaluating the sleep quality of a subject in the last month, and consists of 9 self-evaluation items and 5 other evaluation items from the top to the bottom, 7 factors are formed, each factor is graded and scored according to 0-3, the cumulative score of each factor component is the total score of the pitaburg sleep quality index table, the total score range is 0-21, and the higher the total score is, the worse the sleep quality is.

In adults over 45 years old, 80 subjects with symptoms of poor long-term sleep quality are recruited, and are randomly selected to be divided into 8 groups by adopting a random double-blind control test, wherein each group comprises 10 persons, including an experimental group X1-X3 group and a control group Y1-Y5 group. Wherein, the experimental groups X1-X3 correspond to one-to-one trial drinks of the sleep-aiding composition prepared by the mixture ratio of the embodiments 1-3; control Y1 consumed placebo maltodextrin; the specific formulations for control Y2-Y5 are shown in Table 3 below.
The eating time of each group is 50-60 minutes before sleeping every day, the eating amount is 3g, the group is taken with warm water for 4 weeks, and the sleep quality index tables of the pitaburgh are filled in the 28 th days before and after eating respectively.

Evaluation results were as follows: the results of PSQI scoring before and after the trial drank for the 7 groups of subjects are shown in fig. 1. As can be seen from fig. 1, the PSQI score of the control group Y1 did not change significantly before and after the trial, and was reduced in the remaining groups. Compared with a control group Y2-Y5, the PSQI score reduction effect of the experimental group X1-X3 is more obvious, and the PSQI score reduction effect shows that the old garlic extract, the spearmint extract, the passion flower extract and the lactoferrin are synergistic, and the sleep-aiding effect is better than that of only one of the old garlic extract, the spearmint extract, the passion flower extract and the lactoferrin when the old garlic extract, the spearmint extract, the passion flower extract and the lactoferrin are used together.
The experimental results show that the sleep-aiding composition has an outstanding sleep-aiding effect, and has the synergistic effect of the four components of the old garlic extract, the spearmint extract, the passion flower extract and the lactoferrin.
