Most of 10kV lines of county companies are located in a D-type power supply area, the line is long in running distance and large in power supply radius, the influence of bird damage is frequent, birds nest on towers, insulators are prone to flashover, and the situations of grounding and interphase short circuit are directly caused seriously. The number of 10kV lines of a perpetual company is 205, and the 10kV lines are tripped 217 times in 2019 due to faults, wherein the faults caused by bird damage are tripped 32 times and account for 14.75 percent of the annual fault tripping times. The bird repeller is arranged on the tension rod of the circuit, so that the influence of bird damage on the normal operation of the circuit can be effectively reduced. The existing bird repeller is generally installed synchronously with the line power failure maintenance, firstly, the installation timeliness is not provided, and the bird repeller is installed in time, so that the potential hazard of fault tripping is increased.
