技术领域
本发明涉及一种配电变压器无中断切换的分级调压装置,具体说是适用于立体卷铁心变压器的三相真空有载分接开关。
背景技术
CN215896191U公开了一种适用于立体卷铁心变压器的小型化有载调压开关及有载调压配电变压器,有载调压开关包括,静触头3.3、切换开关组件4、过渡元件5(过渡电路)均安装在绝缘安装主板6上(参见其说明书第38段),动触头3.1和3.2安装在转盘1.6上;其驱动机构1(也叫传动机构)为,电机1.1通过变速箱1.2、驱动轴轮1.3驱动传动齿轮1.4转动,传动齿轮1.4带动其上的拔杆1.5.1转动,拔杆1.5.1驱动槽轮1.5.2(也叫拨盘)转动,槽轮1.5.2的一侧设置齿轮,该齿轮与驱动转盘1.6啮合,槽轮1.5.2、齿轮和驱动转盘1.6依次转动(参见其说明书第41段)。将切换开关组件4、过渡元件5均安装在绝缘安装主板6上,因它们还要与转盘1.6上的动触头进行电连接,在开关运行时连接的一端是静止的,连接的另一端是动的,需要较长的电线连接,这样会增加开关的外形尺寸,增加接触电阻和连接点,且开关在运行时连接的电线会产生拉扯,降低开关的可靠性。其次,该开关的传动机构的环节过多,也会影响开关运行的可靠性。
发明内容
为提高有载开关的可靠性,本发明的目的是提供一种圆盘式三相真空有载分接开关。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括传动机构、切换开关组件和过渡元件,静触头绝缘安装主板,动触头安装在转盘上,其特征是:切换开关组件和过渡元件安装在转盘上,在变压器调压过程中,随着转盘转动(相对于静触头);
所述传动机构由电机、变速箱、凸轮式拨杆、齿轮式拨盘和转盘组成,其中齿轮式拨盘和转盘同轴;凸轮式拔杆包括凸轮,凸轮前部的突出头是拨头,凸轮后部的下表面设置锁块,锁块的后部呈圆柱形的侧面曲面,凸轮转轴与变速箱的输出轴同轴,其中变速箱在上,凸轮在下;齿轮式拨盘由上下两层齿轮合为一体组成,上层齿与拨头配合;下层齿呈圆弧齿,圆弧齿是指相邻两个齿之间(以下称齿间)呈圆弧形,锁块的圆柱形侧面与所述圆弧形呈相互补偿;上、下两层齿呈相错布置,上层齿齿顶到下层齿齿根。
当本发明实施切换时,减速机带动凸轮转轴、凸轮及其突出头旋转,当旋转到齿轮式拔盘时(定义此位置为齿轮式拨盘的0°位置),拨头进入齿轮式拨盘的上层齿,拨动齿轮式拨盘旋转一个角度,拨头继续旋转并离开上层齿,拨头每旋转一圈,拨动齿轮式拨盘旋转一个角度,带动同轴的转盘以及上面的动触头旋转一个角度,实现切换开关。当齿轮式拨盘旋转一个角度即完成一次切换时,拨头旋转接近180°时,凸轮式拔杆的锁块的圆柱形曲面对着齿轮式拨盘并逐渐进入其下层齿齿间的圆弧形,直到180°时减速机停转,锁块的圆柱形曲面完全进入其下层齿齿间,锁块将齿轮式拨盘在周向(旋转方向)锁定。这样在转盘上的动触头在夹到静触头后,除调档外动、静触头的接触不受外力干扰,不产生位移。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:1、由于将切换开关组件和过渡元件安装在转盘上,这样它们与同在转盘上的动触头进行电连接时,大部分的连接点可以采用非电线连接,相应地可以减少开关的外形尺寸、接触电阻和连接点,特别是在开关运行时它们之间相对静止,因此不会产生拉扯,提高可靠性;2、传动机构的传动环节大大简化,且增加了动、静触头接触锁定功能,进一步提高了开关的可靠性。

具体实施方式
它包括传动机构1、切换开关组件2和过渡元件6,静触头3安装在绝缘安装主板4上,属于静止部件;动触头5、切换开关组件2和过渡元件6安装在转盘15上,在变压器调压过程中,它们随转盘转动(相对于静触头);

当本发明实施切换时,减速机带动凸轮转轴、凸轮及其突出头旋转,当旋转到齿轮式拔盘时(定义此位置为齿轮式拨盘的0°位置),拨头进入齿轮式拨盘的上层齿,拨动齿轮式拨盘旋转一个角度,拨头继续旋转并离开上层齿,拨头每旋转一圈,拨动齿轮式拨盘旋转一个角度,带动同轴的转盘以及上面的动触头旋转一个角度,实现切换开关。当齿轮式拨盘旋转一个角度即完成一次切换时,拨头旋转接近180°时,凸轮式拔杆的锁块的圆柱形曲面对着齿轮式拨盘并逐渐进入其下层齿齿间的圆弧形,直到180°时减速机停转,锁块的圆柱形曲面完全进入其下层齿齿间,锁块将齿轮式拨盘在周向(旋转方向)锁定。这样在转盘上的动触头在夹到静触头后,除调档外动、静触头的接触不受外力干扰,不产生位移。
