The number of the first communication devices 6 may be one or more, and the number of the second communication devices 7 may also be one or more, which is not limited in this disclosure.
The first call information and the second call information may be voice call information or video call information (that is, the call information includes video and voice), and this disclosure is not limited thereto.
In some possible implementations, the first communicator 6 may be a terminal with a telephony function, such as a cell phone terminal, a tablet computer, or a personal computer, to which the present disclosure is not limited, may be deployed in a monitoring center or other preset location as required, the first communicator 6 may be connected to the communicator 2 in a wireless manner (e.g., Wi-Fi) or a wired manner (e.g., ethernet), the second communicator 7 may be connected to the communicator 2 in a wireless manner (e.g., Wi-Fi) or a wired manner (e.g., ethernet), a call module may be included in the communicator 2, the second communication device 7 may be an intelligent camera with a communication function, and a communication module in the communication device 2 performs communication information interaction with the intelligent camera by calling an SDK (Software Development Kit) of the intelligent camera.
By adopting the scheme, the early warning system can interact the call information with the operators in the target area, so that the automation degree of the management of the target area is improved, and the occurrence of operation safety accidents is effectively prevented.
In another embodiment, the information processing apparatus 1 is further configured to, in response to a job task ending instruction triggered by a user, determine that a task job state corresponding to the target area is switched from a job process to a job end according to the job task ending instruction, and display sixth warning information and/or display the sixth warning information on the wearable device through the communication device when the number of the first devices is greater than or equal to a second preset number threshold.
The sixth warning information indicates that, when the task operation state corresponding to the target area is switched from the operation process to the operation end, the operator remains in the target area, and the information processing apparatus 1 may directly display the sixth warning information, for example, the sixth warning information may be directly displayed on a display of the information processing apparatus 1. The sixth warning information may also be displayed on the wearable device through the communication device 2, for example, the information processing device 1 sends the sixth warning information to the communication device 2, and the communication device 2 sends the sixth warning information to the wearable device 3 through wireless communication, so that the wearable device 3 may display the sixth warning information.
By adopting the scheme, the early warning system can timely perform early warning aiming at the condition that the operating personnel are still detained in the target area under the condition that the task operation state corresponding to the target area is switched from the operation process to the operation completion, so that the automation degree of the risk early warning of the target area is improved, and the operation safety accidents are effectively prevented.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of another warning system according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the warning system further includes at least one operating device identification apparatus 8, and the operating device identification apparatus 8 is disposed on an operating device and connected to the communication apparatus 2, so that the communication apparatus 2 acquires target area device change information when the operating device corresponding to the operating device identification apparatus 8 is carried into or out of a target area.
And a communication device 2 for acquiring the target area device change information and transmitting the target area device change information to the information processing device.
The information processing device 1 is configured to, when a task operation state corresponding to the target area is an operation end, determine the number of second devices of the target operation equipment identification device located in the target area according to the target area equipment change information, and display seventh warning information and/or display the seventh warning information on the wearable device through the communication device when the number of the second devices is greater than or equal to a third preset number threshold.
In some possible implementations, the operating device identification means 8 may be an NFC (Near Field Communication) chip, the operating device identification means 8 may be disposed on the operating device, and the Communication means 2 includes an NFC chip, and is configured to acquire target area device change information when the corresponding operating device is carried into or exits the target area, where the target area device change information may include operating device entry information when the corresponding operating device is carried into the target area and operating device exit information when the corresponding operating device is carried out of the target area.
For example, the information processing apparatus 1 may determine, based on the target area device change information, the second number of devices remaining in the target work device identification device in the target area when the task work status corresponding to the target area is the work end.
The seventh warning information represents that, when the task operation state corresponding to the target area is switched from the operation process to the operation end, the operation equipment is still left in the target area, and the information processing apparatus 1 may directly display the seventh warning information, for example, the seventh warning information may be directly displayed on a display of the information processing apparatus 1. The seventh warning information may also be displayed on the wearable device through the communication device 2, for example, the information processing device 1 sends the sixth warning information to the communication device 2, and the communication device 2 sends the sixth warning information to the wearable device 3 through wireless communication, so that the wearable device 3 may display the seventh warning information.

It should be particularly noted that the displaying of the warning information by the information processing apparatus 1 according to the present disclosure may include directly displaying the warning information on a display of the information processing apparatus 1, may also include displaying a display device connected to the information processing apparatus 1, such as a large display, and may also include notifying a preset worker through a short message, an email, or an instant messaging tool, which is not limited in the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. An early warning system is characterized by comprising an information processing device, a communication device and at least one wearable device, wherein the communication device is respectively connected with the information processing device and the at least one wearable device;
the communication device is used for acquiring distance information with the wearable device and sending the distance information to the information processing device;
the information processing device is used for determining the number of first devices of a target wearable device in a target area according to the distance information when a task operation state corresponding to the target area is in an operation process, and displaying first warning information and/or displaying the first warning information on the target wearable device through the communication device when the number of the first devices is larger than or equal to a first preset number threshold.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the information processing apparatus is further configured to determine an operation time according to the residence time of the target wearable device in the target area, and in a case that the duration of the operation time is greater than or equal to a preset operation duration threshold, display second warning information and/or display the second warning information on the target wearable device through the communication apparatus.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the target wearable device is further configured to monitor vital sign information of a corresponding operator and send the vital sign information to the communication device;
the communication device is further used for sending the physical sign information to the information processing device after receiving the physical sign information;
the information processing device is further configured to display third warning information and/or display the third warning information on the target wearable device through the communication device under the condition that the sign information of the operator is in an abnormal state.

The system of claim 3, further comprising at least one gas detection device disposed in the target area, the gas detection device being connected to the communication device, the gas detection device being configured to detect gas concentration information of a specified gas in the target area and send the gas concentration information to the communication device;
the communication device is further used for sending the gas concentration information to the information processing device after receiving the gas concentration information;
the information processing device is used for displaying fourth warning information and/or displaying the fourth warning information on the target wearable device through the communication device under the condition that the gas concentration information represents that the gas concentration of any specified gas exceeds a preset concentration range corresponding to the specified gas.
5. The system according to claim 4, further comprising at least one image acquisition device disposed in the target area, the image acquisition device being connected to the communication device, the image acquisition device being configured to acquire image information of the target area and send the image information to the communication device;
the communication device is used for sending the image information to the information processing device after receiving the image information;
and the information processing device is used for displaying and/or storing the image information after receiving the image information.

The system of claim 5, wherein the image acquisition device is further configured to acquire a target identification picture in the image information according to the image information, and send the target identification picture to the communication device, wherein the target identification picture includes a violation picture of the violation of the worker and/or a danger prompting picture of the target area;
the communication device is used for sending the target identification picture to the information processing device after receiving the target identification picture;
and the information processing device is used for displaying and/or storing the target identification picture after receiving the target identification picture, and displaying fifth warning information and/or displaying the fifth warning information on the target wearable device through the communication device.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the information processing apparatus is further configured to, when the task operation state corresponding to the target area is in an operation process, determine an operator distribution diagram of the target wearable device in the target area according to the distance information, a preset installation position of the communication device, and a preset target area map, and store and/or display the operator distribution diagram.

The system of claim 1, further comprising: the communication device comprises at least one first communication device and at least one second communication device arranged in the target area, wherein the first communication device is connected with the second communication device through the communication device;
the first communication device is used for acquiring first communication information and sending the first communication information to the communication device;
the second communication device is used for acquiring second communication information and sending the second communication information to the communication device;
the communication device is configured to send the first call information to the second call device when receiving the first call information, or send the second call information to the first call device when receiving the second call information.

The system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the information processing device is further configured to, in response to a job task ending instruction triggered by a user, determine that a task job state corresponding to the target area is switched from a job process to a job end according to the job task ending instruction, and display sixth warning information and/or display the sixth warning information on the wearable device through the communication device when the number of the first devices is greater than or equal to a second preset number threshold.

The system according to claim 9, characterized in that the system further comprises at least one working equipment identification device provided on a working equipment and connected to the communication device so that the communication device acquires target area equipment change information when the working equipment corresponding to the working equipment identification device is carried into or out of the target area;
the communication device is used for acquiring the target area equipment change information and sending the target area equipment change information to the information processing device;
the information processing device is configured to, when a task operation state corresponding to the target area is an operation end, determine, according to the target area device change information, a second device number of the target operation device identification device located in the target area, and display seventh warning information and/or display the seventh warning information on the wearable device through the communication device when the second device number is greater than or equal to a third preset number threshold.
