The scheme of the invention is further described with reference to the following specific embodiments, in which the method for safety warning and management of an oil and gas station may include the following steps:
step S110, acquiring a video to be processed of an oil and gas station;
the video to be processed can be acquired in real time through an image acquisition device (such as a camera) installed in the oil and gas station.
And step S120, if the video to be processed comprises the oil unloading operation, identifying whether the illegal operation exists in the oil unloading operation process, if the illegal operation exists, performing oil unloading early warning according to the illegal operation, determining the illegal times, and recording the illegal times into an oil unloading operation early warning report.
The standard operation standard of oil discharge in the oil discharge operation process can be compared with the standard operation standard based on each frame image of the oil discharge operation in the video to be processed to judge whether the illegal operation exists in the oil discharge operation process, if the current oil discharge operation is not matched with the standard operation standard, the illegal operation can be determined, otherwise, if the current oil discharge operation is matched with the standard operation standard, the illegal operation can be determined not to exist. If the illegal operation exists, oil discharge early warning can be carried out, for example, early warning information is sent to related personnel, and the early warning information can be recorded and managed through an oil discharge operation early warning table.
Optionally, if the illegal operation exists in the video to be processed, determining the number of illegal operations corresponding to different oil discharge operation early warning levels according to the illegal operation, and recording the number of illegal operations in the oil discharge operation early warning report.
See, as an example, the oil discharge job warning statement shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 early warning report form for oil discharge operation
In table 1, the number of operation violation warnings (number of violations) is 225, among which 91 times of oil-discharge operation warnings are illegal operations with general warnings, 89 times of oil-discharge operation warnings are illegal operations with larger warnings, and 45 times of oil-discharge operation warnings are illegal operations with major warnings. The supervised evaluation rate refers to the evaluation rate of the managers (supervisors) at the company end to these early warnings.
The oil discharge operation early warning report can also record the oil discharge times within a period of time (which can be day, week, month, season or year).
Optionally, the method further includes:
and acquiring a first processing result aiming at the illegal operation according to the illegal operation, and recording the first processing result in the oil unloading operation early warning report.
The oil discharge operation early warning report can also record first processing results (cleared early warning and non-cleared early warning) of violation early warning, including the number of violation operations corresponding to automatic intervention and clearing, the number of violation operations corresponding to manual intervention and clearing, the number of violation operations corresponding to management intervention and clearing and the number of violation operations not cleared early warning. The oil discharge operation early warning report can also record the evaluation times (including the evaluation times and the evaluated times) of each oil discharge operation. In addition, the on-time release rate and the unreleased rate can be determined based on the violation times and the first processing result corresponding to different oil discharge operation early warning levels.
Step S130, if the video to be processed comprises the inspection operation, determining the inspection result of the inspection operation in the video to be processed, performing inspection early warning according to the inspection result and recording the inspection result into an inspection operation early warning report.
The inspection operation refers to inspection of the working state of each device in the oil and gas station so as to find out whether fault devices, damaged devices and the like exist in each device. The inspection result indicates whether there is a device that may not operate normally or may not operate normally, such as a faulty device or a damaged device, in each device. And dividing different inspection early warning levels according to the inspection result, counting the inspection times corresponding to the different inspection early warning levels, and recording the inspection times in an inspection operation early warning report.
Optionally, if the video to be processed includes the inspection operation, determining the early warning times corresponding to different inspection early warning levels according to the inspection result, and recording the early warning times corresponding to the different inspection early warning levels in the inspection operation early warning report. Wherein, the inspection result comprises equipment failure, equipment damage and equipment expiration.

If a certain fire-fighting equipment is found to be out of date during inspection and needs to be purchased, a purchase work order needs to be lifted to be examined and approved by leaders, and the purchase work order can be a manually generated work order or an automatically generated work order.
The number of scheduled patrolling times in a period of time can be recorded in the patrolling operation early warning report, and the number of scheduled patrolling times can comprise the number of patrolled times and the number of non-patrolling times.
Optionally, in the scheme of the application, a third processing result of the inspection early warning may be recorded in the inspection work early warning report, where the third processing result includes the number of processes of the inspection early warning corresponding to the equipment failure, the number of processes of the inspection early warning corresponding to the equipment damage, and the number of processes of the inspection early warning corresponding to the equipment expiration.
The inspection operation early warning report form can also record the quantity statistics of the automatically generated work order number and the manually generated work order number, wherein the automatically generated work order number comprises the quantity of the processed work order and the quantity of the unprocessed work order, and the manually generated work order number also comprises the quantity of the processed work order and the quantity of the unprocessed work order. Wherein, the work order is a work order for purchasing or maintaining equipment by lifting the work order when the equipment needs to be maintained or purchased. In addition, the timely relieving rate and the non-relieving rate can be determined based on the polling times and the third processing results corresponding to different polling early warning levels, the processing rate of the work order is calculated according to the processed quantity and the unprocessed quantity in the work order, and the timely relieving rate, the non-relieving rate and the processing rate of the work order are recorded in the polling operation early warning report form.
And step S140, identifying whether a hidden danger risk event exists in the video to be processed, if so, carrying out hidden danger risk early warning and recording the occurrence frequency of the hidden danger risk event into a hidden danger risk early warning report.

Optionally, the hidden danger risk early warning report may further record the occurrence frequency of hidden danger events corresponding to different hidden danger types, where the hidden danger types include operation violation risks, input risks, and equipment failure risks.
Optionally, in the solution of the present application, a second processing result (that is, the hidden danger risk is removed) of the hidden danger risk event may also be recorded in the hidden danger risk early warning report, where the second processing result includes a processing number for automatically removing the corresponding hidden danger risk event by intervention, a processing number for manually removing the corresponding hidden danger risk event by intervention, a processing number for managing and removing the corresponding hidden danger risk event by intervention, and a processing number for removing the corresponding hidden danger risk event at regular time.
