1. An enterprise risk management and control platform system is characterized by comprising
A safety management evaluation module: risk data management and assessment for enterprise facilities, environments;
the task management analysis module: risk data management and analysis for enterprise work performance;
operation management analysis module: risk data management and analysis for enterprise operational conditions;
staff management analysis module: risk data management and analysis for enterprise employee factors;
a data module: and acquiring data of the security management evaluation module, the task management analysis module, the operation management analysis module and the employee management analysis module to perform summary report.
2. The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to claim 1, wherein the safety management and evaluation module comprises a safety inspection sub-module, a hidden danger management sub-module, an accident management sub-module, a chemical management sub-module and a risk evaluation sub-module; wherein
The safety inspection submodule is used for data generated in the process of routing inspection of enterprise facilities or environment;
the hidden danger treatment submodule is used for setting hidden danger treatment rules and generating a hidden danger treatment scheme according to the routing inspection data of the safety inspection submodule;
the accident management submodule is used for setting an accident management rule and generating an accident handling scheme according to the routing inspection data of the safety inspection submodule;
the chemical management submodule is used for setting a chemical management rule, acquiring an automatic output and storage scheme of enterprise chemical information, and outputting an rectification management scheme according to the chemical storage status in the routing inspection process;
the risk evaluation submodule is used for presetting a comprehensive risk evaluation rule, and obtaining safety risk evaluation data according to the comprehensive risk evaluation rule by using the routing inspection data of the safety inspection submodule, the hidden danger treatment submodule, the accident management submodule and the correction and modification opinions of the chemical management submodule.

The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to claim 2, wherein the security check sub-module is further configured to check and evaluate the enterprise fiscal and tax circumstances, enter the enterprise fiscal and tax circumstances from a trusted third-party fiscal and tax platform or manually, and evaluate the fiscal and tax risk of the enterprise according to a preset fiscal and tax standard.
4. The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to claim 3, wherein the patrol data at least comprises patrol content, patrol condition and patrol view.
5. The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to claim 3, wherein the task management and analysis module comprises a task approval sub-module, an action tracking sub-module, an overdue reminding sub-module, a safety early warning sub-module and a statistical analysis sub-module;
the task approval submodule is used for generating an inspection task and/or a rectification task according to various inspection information and/or rectification schemes in the safety management evaluation module and distributing the inspection task and/or the rectification task to corresponding responsible personnel;
the action tracking submodule is used for carrying out progress tracking on routing inspection information and/or rectification tasks distributed by responsible personnel;
the overtime reminding submodule is used for setting time constraint conditions for the routing inspection information and/or the rectification task distributed to the responsible personnel, and generating reminding information to output when the overtime is not completed;
the safety early warning submodule is used for generating safety prompt information according to the overdue condition of the overdue reminding submodule and outputting the safety prompt information;
and the statistical analysis submodule is used for performing statistical analysis according to the task data, the task completion condition and the overdue condition of the task approval submodule, the action tracking submodule and the overdue reminding submodule and analyzing and evaluating the operation performance and the risk condition of the enterprise.

The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to claim 5, wherein the operation management analysis module comprises a contractor management submodule, a supplier management submodule, a job management submodule, a device management submodule and a certificate management submodule, which respectively manage and store contractors, suppliers, jobs, devices and certificates of the enterprise and calculate the operation integrity assessment according to data of the contractors, suppliers, jobs, devices and certificates.

The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to claim 6, wherein the employee management and analysis module comprises an employee assistance EAP sub-module, an education and training sub-module, a job performing evaluation sub-module, a security observation sub-module and a security culture sub-module, and is configured to set an employee assistance welfare mechanism, an education and training course, an employee job performing evaluation mechanism, an employee/enterprise security observation mechanism and an enterprise security culture evaluation mechanism, so as to comprehensively evaluate enterprise human factors and continuous improvement.

The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to claim 7, wherein the data module obtains data of the security management evaluation module, the task management analysis module, the operation management analysis module, and the employee management analysis module for comprehensive summarization, so as to:
generating a dual prevention system guidance scheme of risk classification management and control and hidden danger investigation and treatment:
and calculating the data of the modules according to a preset scoring mechanism to obtain scoring data, and generating report data to be stored for query.

The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the platform system provides a link address in the form of a two-dimensional code, so that a client initiates a corresponding inspection data entry request by scanning the two-dimensional code, and jumps to a corresponding data entry interface to enter inspection information and upload the inspection information to the platform system.
10. The enterprise risk management and control platform system according to claim 9, wherein the platform system receives a query request from a client and returns routing inspection data to be displayed on the client through a display interface;
