Claims (10)
1. A safety management system for realizing risk classification is characterized by comprising:
the system setting module (1) is used for a manager user to manage the user file, the hidden danger category, the user authority account and the password of the unit and provide the user file and the hidden danger category of the unit for the user of the safety supervision department;
the function menu module (2) is used for carrying out pushing management on safety accidents and safety information reported by a user and managing emergency drilling of safety production;
the file management module (3) is used for generating reports, documents, training files and review reports of the safety problems of all units by the users of the safety supervision department according to daily safety inspection and sending the reports, the documents, the training files and the review reports to the users of the corresponding units;
the risk classification management module (4) is used for setting risk classes for safety-related operation activity classes and equipment facility classes by a user of a safety supervision department and setting a work plan for safety production activities according to the risk classes;
the hidden danger management module (5) is used for managing the hidden dangers and illegal operations by a user of a safety supervision department according to daily safety inspection and unit user files and hidden danger categories set by an administrator user, and performing corresponding input, inquiry, deletion, modification and sending;
and the safety production early warning module (6) is used for generating a safety early warning index of each time period according to the number and risk level of the hidden dangers discovered by daily safety inspection of each unit user, and analyzing the safety early warning index to perform safety early warning.
2. The security management system for enabling risk classification of claim 1,
the system setting module (1) includes:
the unit file unit (1.1) is used for the administrator user to manage the unit user file and add, delete and modify the unit user file;
the hidden danger classification unit (1.2) is used for managing hidden danger categories by an administrator user, and adding, deleting and modifying the hidden danger categories;
the user management unit (1.3) is used for adding, deleting and modifying users of the safety supervision department and unit users by the administrator user according to the user authority management account;
and the password modifying unit (1.4) is used for managing the password of each level of user, and modifying and storing the password.
3. The safety management system for realizing risk classification according to claim 1, wherein the function menu module (2) comprises:
the quick reporting unit (2.1) is used for receiving the safety accidents and the safety information reported by the unit users and pushing the safety accidents and the safety information to the users at all levels of the system in a quick reporting mode within a time threshold value after reporting;
and the emergency drilling management unit (2.2) is used for managing the safety production emergency drilling of each unit and planning, scheduling and checking the emergency drilling.
4. The security management system for realizing risk classification according to claim 1, wherein the file management module (3) comprises:
the inspection reporting unit (3.1) is used for generating reports of the safety inspection conditions of all units by the users of the safety supervision department according to the daily safety inspection and sending the reports to all levels of users of the system;
an unsafe condition reporting unit (3.2) for the users of the safety supervision department to generate reports of the unsafe conditions of each unit according to the daily safety inspection and send the reports to the users of each level of the system;
a hidden danger rectification notice unit (3.3) used for generating a hidden danger rectification notice by a user of a security supervision department according to the hidden danger discovered in the daily security check and sending the hidden danger rectification notice to a user of a corresponding hidden danger existence unit;
the safety notice unit (3.4) is used for generating a safety notice by a user of a safety supervision department according to the illegal safety problem found in the daily safety inspection and sending the safety notice to the user of the unit with the illegal safety problem;
the safety education training unit (3.5) is used for regularly generating safety education training files for the users of the safety supervision department according to daily safety inspection, sending the safety education training files to the users of each unit and carrying out safety education training;
and the safety management system review report unit (3.6) is used for generating a safety management system review report for each unit user according to daily safety check by the users of the safety supervision department and sending the safety management system review report to each unit user.
5. The safety management system for realizing risk classification according to claim 1, wherein the risk classification management module (4) comprises:
the operation activity type list unit (4.1) is used for adding all operation activity types related to safety by a user of a safety supervision department and generating an operation activity type list;
the equipment facility type list unit (4.2) is used for adding all safety related equipment facility types by a user of a safety supervision department and generating an equipment facility type list;
the risk classification management and control unit (4.3) is used for setting risk classes for the operation activity class and the equipment facility class by a user of a safety supervision department respectively;
and the work plan unit (4.4) is used for setting a work plan by a user of the safety supervision department according to the operation activity type risk level corresponding to each safety production activity and the corresponding equipment facility type risk level, and carrying out corresponding qualification personnel plan arrangement.
6. The safety management system for realizing risk classification as claimed in claim 1, wherein the risk management module (5) comprises:
the hidden danger management unit (5.1) is used for the safety supervision department user to manage the hidden dangers according to the daily safety inspection, and carry out the input, inquiry, modification, deletion and sending of the hidden dangers;
and the three violation management units (5.2) are used for the safety supervision department user to manage violation operations according to daily security check, and carry out entry, inquiry, modification, deletion and sending of the violation operations.
7. The safety management system for realizing risk classification according to claim 6, wherein the risk management unit (5.1) comprises:
the potential hazard and rectification requirement input subunit is used for acquiring the potential hazard found by the user of the security supervision department according to the daily security check, and the specific contents of the input potential hazard and rectification requirement;
the hidden danger date recording subunit is used for acquiring the hidden danger recording time and the rectification deadline time of the user of the security supervision department;
the hidden danger receiving and transmitting unit recording subunit is used for acquiring the name of a transmitting and transmitting safety supervision department and the name of a unit with hidden danger of receiving and transmitting;
the hidden danger state and type inputting subunit is used for acquiring the current hidden danger rectification progress and the type of the hidden danger; the types of hazards include major hazards and general hazards.

the violation description entry subunit is used for acquiring the violation operation found by the user of the safety supervision department according to the daily safety inspection and the specific content of the violation operation input by the user of the safety supervision department;
the violation date recording subunit is used for acquiring the time for the safety supervision department user to record the violation operation and the rectification deadline time;
the illegal incoming and outgoing text unit recording subunit is used for acquiring the name of a text sending safety supervision department and the name of an illegal operation receiving unit;
the state and type recording subunit is used for acquiring the current correcting progress of the illegal operation and the type of the illegal operation; the current rectification progress comprises qualified rectification, to-be-rechecked rectification, qualified rectification and unqualified rectification.

the file management module (9) is used for managing safety production files for each unit user by a user of a safety supervision department, and counting the number, time and correction conditions of safety production accidents, hidden dangers and illegal operations of the unit user;
and the message setting module (10) is used for carrying out message reminding when users of all levels of units receive the quick report, information and report pushed by the system and the notification type document file aiming at the unit.
