The positioning rod 53 sequentially passes through the upright post 7 and the lantern ring 51 from the inside of the upright post 7 of the inner measuring fence and enters the ring of the lantern ring 51. The positioning rod 53 stretches into the ring of the lantern ring 51 or stretches into the side wall of the lantern ring 51 under the drive of the driving component 54, and the positioning rod 53 always penetrates through the side wall of the upright post 7 of the inner side baffle 3 in the moving process.
