Description

Laundry treating machine
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a clothes processor, in particular to a machine capable of washing clothes, belonging to the technical field of household appliances.
[ background of the invention ]
Laundry treating machines generally comprise a tub containing laundry. For some laundry treatment machines it is necessary to connect tap water from a public water source to the tub via a pipe. In the process of washing the laundry or the tub itself, the tub is filled with a detergent mixture. Under some extreme conditions, negative pressure may be generated in the pipeline, and mixed liquor in the barrel is sucked into the pipeline and then may enter an external water source to cause pollution to a public water source.
One-way valves are commonly used as a means to prevent suck-back of liquid. However, one-way valves still have the potential to fail. If the household clothes treating machines all adopt a one-way valve structure, the urban tap water system is higher in risk of being polluted by the sucked detergent mixed liquid. Therefore, the product standards of some countries or regions impose strict requirements on the product standards.
Chinese patent application publication CN101560724A discloses a washing-drying machine having a tub, a drum rotatably disposed in the tub for receiving laundry, a water inlet branch, a water discharge branch, a ventilation passage connecting the tub to the surroundings of the washing-drying machine, and a drying duct including: a condenser with a spray device for spraying the distribution of the condenser with a liquid; a fan for driving an air flow from the inlet to the outlet through the drying duct; and a heater for heating the air flow, wherein the heater is disposed downstream with respect to the condenser, and the drying duct opens into the tub at an inlet thereof and an outlet thereof. The condenser is configured for indirect cooling of the air flow, the spraying device has a free air path separated from the drying duct, and the ventilation duct is connected to the free air path and to a dispenser housing belonging to the water intake branch.
The ventilating duct is connected with the injection device, so that the air pressure in the injection pipeline can be balanced, and the unclean mixed liquid in the barrel is prevented from being sucked into a public water source. However, this structure also has some limitations and disadvantages. For example, water in the spray line tends to enter the vent line, wasting this portion of the water entering the vent line, while impairing the flushing effect. In order to reduce the water entering the ventilation duct, special designs are required, such as increasing the pipe diameter of the injection line downstream of the connection of the ventilation duct. However, increasing the diameter of the spray line weakens the kinetic energy of the water and reduces the flushing effect.
Also, for many laundry treating machines, there may be a certain fluid resistance at one end of the water conveying pipeline connected to the tub for various reasons, thus further increasing the rate of water entering the ventilation duct. The fluid resistance may be caused by a small diameter of the water pipeline, or by the water pipeline being divided into a plurality of pipelines, or by a large bending of the pipelines.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present invention is to improve an existing laundry treating machine, and more particularly, to improve a water delivery system of a laundry treating machine.
Embodiments of the present invention include a laundry treating machine comprising a tub to receive laundry, a case in fluid connection with the tub and into which liquid may flow under gravity into the tub, wherein the tub may receive the liquid for treating the laundry, the case being in communication with ambient atmosphere, a first end of a water conduit in fluid communication with an external cleaning water source through a water valve, and a second end in fluid communication with the tub, the water conduit comprising a constricted section in which the water conduit has a flow cross-section that gradually decreases in a water flow direction, an end of a ventilation conduit in fluid connection with the constricted section of the water conduit or downstream immediately following the constricted section, and another end of the ventilation conduit in fluid connection with the case.
The ventilation pipeline is connected with the water conveying pipeline, liquid in the barrel can be prevented from being sucked back to an external clean water source, meanwhile, when water is supplied into the barrel through the water conveying pipeline, the flow rate of the water is increased when the water flows through the contraction section, negative pressure is generated, and the water is not easy to enter the ventilation pipeline along the direction opposite to the pressure direction under the action of the negative pressure. Therefore, compared with the prior art, water in the water conveying pipeline is not easy to enter the ventilation pipeline or less, the utilization rate is higher, water resources are saved, meanwhile, the flow rate of the water is increased after the water passes through the contraction section, the downstream fluid resistance is overcome more easily, and in addition, when the water output from the water conveying pipeline is used for flushing, the water conveying pipeline has a better cleaning effect. Therefore, the improved clothes processor has very obvious technical effect and makes great contribution to the complex problem of the existing water delivery system.
In some embodiments, the tub is connected to a heat exchange chamber, and the second end of the water conduit is in communication with the heat exchange chamber, thereby providing water for cleaning and/or heat exchange.
In some embodiments, the water valve selectively provides a larger first flow rate or a smaller second flow rate, the second end of the water conveying pipeline is connected with a water diversion device, a first water diversion pipe and a second water diversion pipe are connected between the water diversion device and the heat exchange chamber, and the water diversion device is configured to guide the first flow rate of water to the first water diversion pipe and the second flow rate of water to the second water diversion pipe according to different flow rates from the water conveying pipeline. Wherein a first, larger flow rate of water is used to flush the heat exchange chamber and a second, smaller flow rate of water is used to exchange heat with process air passing through the heat exchange chamber during the drying process. Since the downstream of the water conveying pipeline is divided into two water pipes, the fluid resistance is increased, and the improvement of the kinetic energy of water by the contraction section is particularly advantageous.
In some embodiments, the cartridge is a treatment agent adding cartridge that can contain a laundry treatment agent. Therefore, the ventilation pipeline is connected with the atmosphere through the existing treating agent adding box without additionally arranging a box body communicated with the atmosphere.
An optional embodiment further comprises that one end of the ventilation pipeline connected with the water pipeline is higher than the highest water level in the barrel in the gravity direction. This is particularly necessary to prevent the water in the ten thousand barrels from overflowing the connection end of the ventilation pipeline and the water conveying pipeline when reaching the highest water level, so that the air pressure balance is disabled, thereby preventing the suck-back risk. The highest water level in the barrel can be the water level of the barrel which is overflowed when excessive water is accidentally fed.
An optional embodiment further comprises that the water conveying pipeline comprises an expanding section located downstream of the contracting section, wherein the water conveying pipeline has a gradually expanding flow section along the water flow direction, and the ventilation pipeline is connected between the contracting section and the expanding section. The enlarged section may reduce fluid resistance and may also further reduce water entering the vent line.
Embodiments of the invention further include: the water conveying pipeline comprises a U-shaped water seal formed by bending, and the U-shaped water seal is positioned between the contraction section and the second end so as to cut off the passage between the barrel and the box and the atmosphere when the water conveying pipeline is not communicated with water. During the drying operation of the clothes processor, especially when no water is fed into the water conveying pipeline, the U-shaped water seal can prevent the moist and hot process air in the barrel from overflowing from the machine through the water conveying pipeline and the ventilation pipeline. The effect of the constriction section on the water supply line is thus additionally evident: because the effect of the contraction section, the flow velocity of water flow is increased, the kinetic energy is increased, the resistance generated by the U-shaped water seal can be broken in the water supply process, and the overflow from the vent pipeline is reduced.
Embodiments of the invention also include: the water conveying pipeline comprises a first pipe and a second pipe, the ventilation pipeline comprises a third pipe, the first pipe, the second pipe and the third pipe are connected through a connecting pipe fitting, and the contraction section is arranged on the connecting pipe fitting. The connecting pipe fitting is used for connecting the water conveying pipeline and the ventilation pipeline, so that the structure and the installation are simple, and the realization is easy.
Embodiments of the invention further include: the connecting pipe fitting is fixed on a box body of the clothes processor through a bracket.
Embodiments of the invention also include: the bracket is integrally formed with the connecting pipe.
The above embodiments may be combined arbitrarily.
Some embodiments of the invention will be illustrated in the following description with reference to the drawings.
[ description of the drawings ]
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a laundry treating machine of an embodiment;
FIG. 2 is a partial structure view of a laundry treating machine;
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a connecting tube;
fig. 4 is a partially cut-away perspective view of the connecting tube of fig. 3.
[ detailed description ] A
Fig. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a laundry treating machine 1, in particular a washing and drying machine. The laundry treating machine 1 has a tub 3 containing laundry within a cabinet 2. The tub 3 may contain a liquid for treating laundry during the operation of the washing course. A rotatable drum 4 is provided in the tub 3. The drum 4 is in fluid communication with the tub 3 so that liquid for washing the laundry and air for drying the laundry may flow therebetween. The laundry is actually located in the drum 4, moving with the rotation of the drum 4. The liquid in the tub 3, especially the solution mixed with the treating agent, soaks the laundry to remove stains from the laundry.
The treating agent adding cartridge 5 is fluidly connected to the tub 3, and is configured such that the liquid in the treating agent adding cartridge 5 can flow into the tub 3 by gravity. The treating agent adding box 5 is connected with an external clean water source. In the washing process, cleaning water is supplied into the treating agent adding cartridge 5, mixed with the treating agent previously added to the treating agent adding cartridge 5, and introduced into the tub 3 for washing the laundry. Wherein the treating agent addition cartridge 5 is communicated with the ambient atmosphere.
The tub 3 is also connected to a heat exchange chamber 6. A fan 7 and an air heating channel 8 are arranged in sequence downstream of the heat exchange chamber 6 in the direction of the air flow. When the fan 7 is switched on, process air for drying the laundry enters the heat exchange chamber 6, in which the temperature is reduced and moisture is condensed and separated from the process air. Subsequently, the process air is reheated through the air heating passage 8 and enters the tub 3 to heat the damp laundry, causing the moisture in the laundry to evaporate. The process air, which carries with it the evaporated moisture, re-enters the heat exchange chamber 6. The above steps are repeated until the clothes are dried.
The water conveying line 10 provides the heat exchange chamber 6 with a larger first flow of water for cleaning the heat exchange chamber 6 and a smaller second flow of water for cooling the process air. The first end 11 of the water duct 10 is then in communication with an external source of cleaning water through the water valve 21, and the second end 12 is in fluid communication with the tub 3 through the heat exchange chamber 6. Water delivery line 10 provides different flow rates of water through water valve 12. That is, water valve 12 may selectively provide a greater first flow rate of water or a lesser second flow rate of water.
The second end 12 of the water conveying pipeline 10 is connected with a water diversion device 13. A first water dividing pipe 14 and a second water dividing pipe 15 are connected between the water dividing device 13 and the heat exchange chamber 6, and the water dividing device 13 is configured to guide a first flow of water to the first water dividing pipe 14 and a second flow of water to the second water dividing pipe 15 according to the difference of flow rates from the water conveying pipeline 10. In some embodiments as shown in fig. 1, the first water distribution pipe 14 is connected to the fan 7 and then indirectly connected to the heat exchange chamber 6. The greater first flow rate of water first flushes the fan 7 and then, under the action of gravity, enters the heat exchange chamber 6, lower than the fan 7, flushing the heat exchange chamber. In other embodiments, the first water distributor 14 can also be connected directly to the heat exchange chamber 6. The second flow of water enters the heat exchange chamber 6 through the second water distribution pipe 15 and exchanges heat with the process air passing therethrough to cool the process air and condense moisture in the process air.
It is also understood that the water conveying pipeline 10 comprises a water dividing device 13 and a downstream first water dividing pipe 14 and a downstream second water dividing pipe 15.
In some embodiments, the water duct 10 may also be directly connected to the fan 7 or the heat exchange chamber 6 without being branched.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water pipeline 10 further includes a first pipe 16, a second pipe 17, and a connecting pipe 30 connecting the first pipe 16 and the second pipe 17. The connecting pipe member 30 is formed in a three-way pipe shape, and includes a first branch pipe 31, a second branch pipe 32, and a third branch pipe 33. The first branch 31 is connected to the first pipe 16, the second branch 32 is connected to the second pipe 17, and the third branch 33 is connected to the ventilation line 40. The other end of the vent line 40 is fluidly connected to the treatment agent addition cassette 5. Structurally, the vent line 40 includes a third tube 41. The third pipe 41 connects the third branch pipe 33 and the treatment agent addition cassette 5, whereby the vent line 40 is communicated with the atmosphere, and at the same time, water undesirably entering the vent line 40 can flow into the tub 3 via the treatment agent addition cassette 5.
The outlet of the first branch pipe 31 is disposed opposite to the inlet of the second branch pipe 32 so that the water from the first pipe 16 passes through the first branch pipe 31 and then positively rushes into the second branch pipe 32 and the second pipe 17. An advantageous embodiment further comprises that the first branch 31 extends coaxially with the second branch 32. The third branch pipe 33 extends at an angle to the first branch pipe 31 and the second branch pipe. Water from the first tube 16 is then less likely to enter the third tube 41.
The connecting pipe member 30 is fixed to the cabinet 2 of the laundry treating machine 1, particularly, to a position of the cabinet 2 near the top, by a bracket 34. Wherein the bracket 34 is formed integrally with the connecting tube member 30, for example by injection molding.
It is particularly advantageous that the water duct 10 comprises a narrowing section 18. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the constricted section 18 is formed on a first branch 31 of the connecting tube 30. In the narrowing section 18, the water line 10 has a flow cross section which decreases gradually in the direction of the water flow. The third branch 33 is in fluid connection with the constricted section 18 or immediately downstream of the constricted section 18.
In some embodiments, the second leg 32 includes an enlarged section 19 thereon. In the enlarged section 19, the water conveying pipe 10 has a flow cross section which gradually enlarges in the direction of the water flow. The third branch 33 is connected between the constricted section 18 and the enlarged section 19, so that the ventilation line 40 is connected between the constricted section 18 and the enlarged section 19.
The end of the air pipe 40 connected to the water pipe 10 must be higher than the highest water level in the tub 3 in the gravity direction. The connecting pipe 30 is then arranged at a higher level to meet the requirement above the maximum water level in the tub 3.
The second pipe 17 is provided as a U-shaped water seal 20 which is partially bent after installation. The U-shaped water seal 20 is a bent portion of the second pipe 17 and is sufficient to store the water remained from the last water intake, and the remained water blocks the gas circulation of the second pipe. The U-shaped water seal 20 is located between the contraction section 18 and the second end 12 of the water transportation pipeline 10, i.e. between the connection end of the air pipeline 40 and the water transportation pipeline 10 and the second end 12 of the water transportation pipeline 10, so as to cut off the passage between the barrel 3 and the treating agent adding box 5 and the atmosphere when the water transportation pipeline 10 is not filled with water.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are merely illustrative of the invention. Any modification of the present invention by a person of ordinary skill in the related art within the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
