Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a control method of a washing and drying machine, and more particularly, to heating and sterilizing of water in a washing process.
[ background of the invention ]
A washer-dryer typically comprises a treatment chamber, an air heating path in fluid communication with the treatment chamber, the air heating path having heating means therein for heating air supplied to the treatment chamber during a drying process.
In order to increase the activity of detergent in the washing liquid, improve the washing efficiency, and achieve the purpose of sterilization, the washing machine and the dryer usually heat the washing liquid during the washing process. Such heating is usually achieved by a heater provided at the bottom of the process chamber. The heater is immersed in the washing liquid during the washing process. Because the amount of the washing liquid, namely the mixed solution of water and the detergent, is larger, the heating speed is slower, and more energy is consumed. If it is required to introduce steam during the washing process, an additional steam device is required.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present invention is to provide a control method of a washing and drying machine, which can perform a high-temperature sterilization operation of laundry in a washing process, and has low power consumption and high efficiency.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method for controlling a washing and drying machine, wherein the washing and drying machine comprises a processing chamber, an air heating channel in fluid communication with the processing chamber, a heating device disposed in the air heating channel, a liquid circulating device disposed adjacent to or around the heating device, an input channel and an output channel connected to the liquid circulating device, a liquid control device disposed on the input channel, and a control device electrically connected to the heating device and the liquid control device and controlling a washing program, wherein the washing program comprises starting the heating device and the liquid control device to make the output channel output heated liquid or vapor-liquid mixture to the processing chamber.
The liquid heated by the heating device in the air heating channel or the generated vapor-liquid mixture enters the treatment chamber and then can heat the clothes in the treatment chamber, thereby playing the sterilization effect. The liquid or vapor-liquid mixture has high temperature and good sterilizing effect. Meanwhile, the water soaks the clothes after entering the treatment chamber and can be used as washing water or rinsing water. The washing water or rinsing water has a higher temperature, so that the washing water or rinsing water is more efficient, more energy-saving and more water-saving. Since the heating means in the air heating path can heat the washing water, even a water heating means, which is generally installed at the bottom of the treating chamber, can be eliminated, thereby saving cost and space.
Preferably, the washing and drying machine comprises a fan for causing air to be blown from the air heating path to the treatment chamber, and the washing program comprises controlling means for activating the fan so that the output path outputs heated liquid or a mixture of vapor and liquid to the treatment chamber while the air heating path outputs heated air to the treatment chamber. The air enters the processing chamber after being heated by the heating device, and can heat the clothes in the processing chamber. Because the hot air is positioned in the space of the whole treatment chamber, the heating is more comprehensive and quicker, thereby more obviously improving the sterilization and washing effects.
Preferably, the output channel is connected to at least one of the cartridge, the dock seal, and the condensation channel, which in turn communicates with the process chamber, or is directly connected to the process chamber. When the output channel is connected with at least one of the material box, the door seal and the condensing channel, the high-temperature liquid or the vapor-liquid mixture output by the output channel enters the processing chamber to clean and disinfect the at least one of the material box, the door seal and the condensing channel before the high-temperature liquid or the vapor-liquid mixture enters the processing chamber to heat and wash clothes.
Preferably, the liquid control device comprises a circulation pump, the input end of which is connected to the treatment chamber. Thus, the cleaning solution in the treatment chamber can be heated repeatedly.
Preferably, the outlet channel terminates with a nozzle for converting the liquid into a vapor-liquid mixture. The high-temperature vapor-liquid mixture is diffused in the space in the whole treatment chamber after entering the treatment chamber, and the clothes are quickly and uniformly moistened and heated.
Preferably, the control device controls the switching rhythm of the liquid control device so as to regulate the temperature of the liquid or the vapor-liquid mixture output by the output channel.
Preferably, the laundry program comprises a main wash phase, a rinse phase and a spin phase, wherein the heating means and the liquid control means are activated at least during the main wash phase.
Preferably, the laundry program comprises a main wash phase, a rinse phase and a spin phase, wherein the step of activating the heating means and the liquid control means precedes or is an initial part of the main wash phase.
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
As shown in fig. 1, the washer-dryer has a treatment chamber 2 for receiving laundry, and an air heating channel 3 in fluid communication with the treatment chamber. A fan 4 is provided upstream of the air heating tunnel 3 to force air from the air heating tunnel 3 into the treatment chamber 2. A heating device 5 is provided in the air heating passage 3 to heat air flowing therethrough. A liquid circulation means 6 is provided adjacent to the heating means 5. The liquid flow-through device 6 connects the inlet channel 7 and the outlet channel 8. After entering the liquid flow-through device 6 from the inlet channel 7, the liquid, which is mainly water or washing water mixed with detergent, is heated by the proximity of the heating device 5 and then discharged from the outlet channel 8 into the treatment chamber 2.
The liquid flow-through device 6 is configured in a shape in which liquid can flow.
For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the liquid circulation device 6 is a disc-shaped structure 61 with an open upper side, and the heating device 5 is located in the disc-shaped structure 61. In other alternative embodiments, the heating device 5 may also be located above or below the disk-like structure 61. In other alternative embodiments, the liquid circulation device 6 is a closed-top water tank 62, and the heating device 5 is located in the water tank 62, or above or below the water tank 62.
The disc-shaped structure 61 can be distinguished from the water reservoir 62 only by whether it is open at the top or closed, so that it can be relatively close in top projection, so that the liquid flow means 6 in the form of the disc-shaped structure 61 and the water reservoir 62 are represented by the same means in fig. 1. The contents of the above embodiments can be clearly judged by those skilled in the art in conjunction with the description and the accompanying drawings.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the liquid flow means 63 is a curved pipe 63 which extends in a shape close to the heating means 5. The liquid circulating means 63 is located immediately adjacent the heating means 5 and closer to the heat source, and thus absorbs more heat, so that the liquid therein is heated rapidly.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the outlet of the outlet channel 8 is located in the air heating channel 3. The liquid flowing out of the outlet channel 8 then falls directly to the bottom of the air heating channel 3. The inner surface of the bottom of the air heating channel 3 is covered with the hydrophilic coating 20, so that the liquid of high temperature spreads on the inner surface of the bottom of the air heating channel 3 to form a water film. Further heating of the water film by the heating means 5 may produce evaporation, generating steam into the treatment chamber 2. When the fan 4 is started, the hot air rapidly evaporates the liquid on the surface of the water film, forming a large amount of steam.
If a high temperature mist is generated for cleaning, sterilization, etc., in some embodiments a nozzle 21 for converting the liquid into a mist may be provided at the end of the outlet channel 8. The nozzle 21 may be provided on the output channel 8 of the above various embodiments.
The input channel 7 can also input less liquid in unit time, and the heating device 5 can generate higher temperature, so that the liquid can be evaporated to generate steam under the action of high temperature. The input channel 7 is provided with a water valve 9 controlled by a control device 10, as shown in fig. 5, or with a circulation pump 11, as shown in fig. 4. The input of the circulation pump 11 is connected to the process chamber 2 so as to pump the liquid in the process chamber 2 into the liquid flow-through device 6.
The processing chamber 2 described above can be used as both a drying chamber and a washing chamber.
The high-temperature liquid or high-temperature vapor-liquid mixture output from the output channel 8 can be conveyed to a proper position according to design requirements.
As shown in fig. 4, the outlet channel 8 is connected to a dock seal 12. The outlet 81 of the outlet channel 8 is near the bottom of the door seal 12 where wash liquid and foam tend to accumulate, thereby forming a biofilm. The high-temperature liquid or the high-temperature vapor-liquid mixture output by the output channel 8 can flush the part, thereby avoiding the generation of a bacterial film and keeping the part clean. The high temperature liquid then flows into the treatment chamber 2, which may participate in the washing of the laundry.
The outlet channel 8 can also be directly connected to the treatment chamber 2, in particular to the rear part of the treatment chamber 2 where dirt is liable to accumulate, so that not only is this part kept clean, but the high-temperature liquid can then also participate in the washing of the laundry.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 5, in other embodiments, the output channel 8 may also be connected with the cartridge 13 and/or the condensation channel 14, so as to achieve the effects of cleaning, sterilization, mildew prevention, and the like.
Here, the output channel 8 may be connected to a single component in each of the above embodiments, or may include a plurality of pipes so as to be connected to a plurality of components.
As shown in fig. 6, the control device 10 is connected to the fan 4, the heating device 5, and the water valve 9 or the circulation pump 11. In order to regulate the temperature of the liquid or vapor mixture output by the output channel 8, the power or switching rhythm of the heating device 5 can be regulated by the control device 10; adjusting the rotation speed of the fan 4; and/or by controlling the switching rhythm of the water valve 9 or the circulation pump 11. Adjusting the speed of the fan 4 adjusts the ratio of heat transfer from the heating means 5 to the liquid and air. Reducing the speed of the fan 4 reduces the air flow and reduces the heat transferred to the air, thus increasing the temperature of the liquid or vapor mixture exiting the outlet channel 8. Especially when the fan 4 is switched off, the air in the air heating channel 3 is naturally convected. After the air has reached a certain temperature, most of the heat of the heating means 5 is used for heating the liquid in the liquid circulating means 6.
The control device 10 also controls the washing program. The washing program comprises a main washing stage, a rinsing stage and a spin-drying stage. Before the main wash phase of the washing program, the heating means 5 and the water valve 9 are activated. The water is heated by the heating device 5 after entering the liquid flow-through device 6 from the inlet channel 7 and is then delivered into the treatment chamber 2 from the outlet channel 8. The output into the process chamber 2 may be water or a vapor-liquid mixture at a high temperature. Preferably, the control means 10 simultaneously activate the fan 4 so that the outlet channel 8 outputs heated water or a vapour-liquid mixture to the treatment chamber 2 while the air heating channel 3 outputs heated air to the treatment chamber 2. The high temperature air, water or vapor-liquid mixture, etc. introduced into the processing chamber 2 contact with the laundry to heat and sterilize the laundry. Because the laundry is now in a drier condition, the higher temperature can be reached quickly, thereby killing bacteria in the laundry. Meanwhile, the clothes are heated in a dry state, so that damage of fading, shrinkage and the like of the clothes is reduced. The clothes are more sanitary after the sterilization is finished and the subsequent main washing stage is carried out. And at this time, the laundry is already in a high temperature state, improving the activity of the detergent in the subsequent main washing stage. In addition, the high temperature water or vapor-liquid mixture entering the process chamber 2 from the outlet channel 8 is also used in the subsequent main wash stage.
In addition, the heating device 5 and the water pump 9 may also be switched on during the main wash phase and/or the rinse phase. For example, during the initial part of the main wash phase. When the feed channel 7 is connected to the circulation pump 11, the heating device 5 and the circulation pump 11 are switched on during the main wash phase and/or the rinse phase, so that the washing liquid in the treatment chamber 2 is heated in a circulating manner and the cartridge 13, the door seal 12 and the condensation channel 14 can be cleaned and sterilized before entering the treatment chamber 2.
