3) And finally, adding 95% of the solution A and 5% of the solution B into a reaction kettle, stirring for 75 minutes, and finally preparing the gear lubricating oil.

2) Synthesizing calcium sulfate T106 with high base number of 2% and calcium alkyl salicylate T109 with high base number of 0.7%; 1.5% of monoalkenyl succinimide T151, 1.5% of dienyl succinimide T152; 0.15% of polyalphaolefin T803; 0.1% alkenyl succinic acid T746; 0.7 percent of methyl silicone oil T901 with 0.50 uL/L; 0.7% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol T501; 0.3% of chlorinated paraffin T301, 0.7% of nitrogenous phosphate derivative T305, 0.3% of benzotriazole derivative-containing complexing agent T532 and 0.15% of borate T361; 0.15% epoxide condensate T1001; 0.4% butyl octyl zinc dithiophosphate T202; 6% of polyisobutene T603; mixing 7% ethylene-propylene copolymer JINEX9100, adding into reaction kettle, and stirring at 65 deg.C for 1 hr to obtain solution B.
3) And finally, adding 95% of the solution A and 5% of the solution B into a reaction kettle, stirring for 75 minutes, and finally preparing the gear lubricating oil.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the raw materials used in the long-life energy-saving gear box oil are all made in China, the source is wide, the production cost is low, the pressure resistance is high, the energy-saving effect is good, the friction coefficient is low, the abrasion effect on equipment during use can be reduced, the service life of the gear box can be greatly prolonged, and the requirements of no three wastes and no pollution can be met in the production process.

0.50uL/L of methyl silicone oil T901: 0.3% -0.7%;
2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol T501: 0.3% -0.7%;
chlorinated paraffin T301: 0.1% -0.3%;
nitrogen-containing sulfur phosphate derivative T305: 0.3% -0.7%;
compound agent containing benzotriazole derivative T532: 0.1% -0.3%;
borate T361: 0.05% -0.15%;
epoxide condensate T1001: 0.05 to 0.15 percent;
zinc butyl octyl dithiophosphate T202: 0.2% -0.4%;

The long life energy saving gearbox oil of claim 1, wherein: the solution A is prepared from 650BS base oil 60%, 250BS base oil 20% and 150BS base oil 20%, and the solution B is prepared from synthetic calcium sulfate T106 with a high base number of 1.5% and calcium alkyl salicylate T109 with a high base number of 0.5%; 1% of monoalkenyl succinimide T151, 1% of dienyl succinimide T152; 0.1% of a polyalphaolefin T803; 0.8% alkenyl succinic acid T746; 0.5% of 0.50uL/L methyl silicone oil T901; 0.5% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol T501; 0.2 percent of chlorinated paraffin T301, 0.5 percent of nitrogen-containing sulfur phosphate derivative T305, 0.2 percent of benzotriazole derivative-containing complexing agent T532 and 0.1 percent of borate T361; 0.1% epoxide condensate T1001; 0.3% butyl octyl zinc dithiophosphate T202; 5% polyisobutylene T603; 6% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer JINEX 9100.

The long life energy saving gearbox oil of claim 1, wherein: the solution A is prepared from 650BS base oil of 60%, 250BS base oil of 20% and 150BS base oil of 20%, and the solution B is prepared from synthetic calcium sulfate T106 of 2% and calcium alkyl salicylate T109 of 0.7%; 1.5% of monoalkenyl succinimide T151, 1.5% of dienyl succinimide T152; 0.15% of a polyalphaolefin T803; 1% alkenyl succinic acid T746; 0.7 percent of methyl silicone oil T901 with 0.50 uL/L; 0.7% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol T501; 0.3 percent of chlorinated paraffin T301, 0.7 percent of nitrogenous thiophosphoric acid derivative T305, 0.3 percent of benzotriazole derivative complexing agent T532 and 0.15 percent of borate T361; 0.15% epoxide condensate T1001; 0.4% zinc butyl octyl dithiophosphate T202; 6% of polyisobutene T603; 7% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer JINEX 9100.
5. The long life energy saving gearbox oil of claim 1, wherein: 650BS base oil, 250BS base oil and 150BS base oil in the liquid A are used for replacing the traditional tackifier.
6. The long life energy saving gearbox oil of claim 1, wherein: the 150BS base oil in the liquid A is high-viscosity lubricating oil base oil.
7. A preparation method of long-life energy-saving gearbox oil is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
