And adjusting the cable saddle to the designed empty cable position by utilizing measuring instruments such as a total station and the like in cooperation with the cable saddle adjusting pull rod 40, and finally detaching the lifting appliance 201.

and S5, adjusting the cable saddle to the designed empty cable position through adjusting the pull rod 40, and finally dismantling the lifting appliance.
