In this embodiment, after the weight of the articles is detected, the air cylinder 139 can drive the sliding roller 138 to move upward to contact with the shifting plate 137 and the first roller 136, so that the sliding roller 138 is driven to rotate by the first roller 136, and then the shifting plate 137 is driven to rotate, so as to push the articles on the placing plate 135 to the conveying line on the first roller 136.
Further, referring to fig. 12, the supporting assembly 21 includes a base 211, a supporting plate 212 and a moving wheel 213, the rotating rod 231 is rotatably disposed on the base 211, the supporting plate 212 is slidably connected to the base 211 and is located at one side of the base 211, and the moving wheel 213 is rotatably connected to the supporting plate 212 and is located at the bottom of the supporting plate 212; the moving assembly 22 includes a sliding rod 221 and a screw motor 222, the screw motor 222 is fixedly disposed on the supporting plate 212, the sliding rod 221 is fixedly connected with the base 211 and is located at one side of the base 211, and a screw of the screw motor 222 is in threaded connection with the sliding rod 221.
In this embodiment, the supporting plate 212 is used to support the base 211, and the moving wheel 213 can be used to move the device conveniently. The screw motor 222 can drive the sliding rod 221 to slide, so as to drive the base 211 to slide on the supporting plate 212 to adjust the discharging position of the second conveying line 233, and the second conveying line can be conveniently placed on different storage boxes or conveying lines.
Further, referring to fig. 11 and 13, the first conveying line 232 further includes a plurality of push plates 2326, and the plurality of push plates 2326 are fixedly connected to the first line 2324 and distributed on the first line 2324; the first transmission line 232 further includes a connecting plate 2327 and a rotating spring 2328, the connecting plate 2327 is rotatably connected to the side plate 2325 and is located on one side of the side plate 2325 close to the second transmission line 233, and the rotating spring 2328 is disposed between the connecting plate 2327 and the side plate 2325. The first conveying line 232 further comprises a first gear 2329, a second gear 2330, a driving motor 2331 and a control rod 2332, the control rod 2332 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 2322, the first gear 2329 is rotatably connected with the support assembly 21 and is fixedly connected with the control rod 2332, the second gear 2330 is rotatably connected with the support assembly 21 and is engaged with the support assembly 21, and the output end of the driving motor 2331 is connected with the second gear 2330.
In this embodiment, the pushing plate 2326 can support the conveyed articles, so that the articles can move more stably during sorting. A gap is formed between the first transfer wire 232 and the second transfer wire 233, and the connecting plate 2327 is pushed to rotate to allow the push plate 2326 to pass by when the push plate 2326 passes by the connecting plate 2327 to fill the gap, and then the connecting plate 2327 is restored to the original position by the restoring force of the swiveling spring 2328. The driving motor 2331 can drive the second gear 2330 to rotate, the second gear 2330 drives the first gear 2329 to rotate, and the first gear 2329 drives the control rod 2332, so that the slider 2322 can be driven to move to drive the first conveying line 232 to move, and thus, the position of the first conveying line 232 can be adjusted more conveniently.
Further, referring to fig. 10, 12 and 13, the second conveying line 233 includes a support frame 2333 and a second line 2334, the support frame 2333 is slidably connected to the support assembly 21, and the second line 2334 is rotatably connected to the support frame 2333. The support frame 2333 comprises a support frame body 23331 and a lock 23332, the support frame body 23331 is slidably connected with the support assembly 21, the lock 23332 is in threaded connection with the support frame body 23331, and the support assembly 21 is positioned between the support frame body 23331 and the lock 23332.
In this embodiment, the second wire 2334 is supported by the support frame 2333, and the position of the second wire 2334 can be adjusted by sliding the support frame 2333. After the support frame body 23331 is adjusted to a designated position, the position of the second wire 2334 can be conveniently adjusted by fixing the support frame body 23331 and the support assembly 21 by friction by rotating the latch 23332.
Further, referring to fig. 10, the second conveying line 233 further includes a stabilizing plate 2335, and the stabilizing plate 2335 is rotatably connected to the supporting frame 2333 and is located at one side of the second line 2334.
In this embodiment, stabilizing plate 2335 is used to align articles and prevent them from shifting. A spring may be provided between the stabilizing plate 2335 and the support frame 2333 to be reset.
Further, referring to fig. 11, 14 and 15, the side plate 2325 has a stopper 23251, the stopper 23251 is located at a side close to the second conveying line 233, the stopper 23251 has a clamping groove 232511, the second conveying further includes a second spring 2336 and a stopper ball 2337, the stopper ball 2337 is slidably connected to the support frame 2333 and is located at a side of the support frame 2333 close to the clamping groove 232511, and the second spring 2336 is disposed between the stopper ball 2337 and the support frame 2333.
In this embodiment, there is an error in the moving process of the first conveying line 232, so that the first conveying line 232 and the second conveying line 233 are not easily aligned, therefore, the plate is provided with a limiting rod 23251, the limiting rod 23251 is provided with a clamping groove 232511, and the support frame 2333 is provided with a limiting ball 2337 and a second spring 2336, when the clamping groove 232511 moves to the position of the limiting ball 2337, the limiting ball 2337 can be pushed into the clamping groove 232511 by the second spring 2336 to perform position limitation, so that the alignment is more accurate.
