It can be understood that the first switch contact can be used for controlling whether the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device is in a working state, when the first switch contact is in a conducting state, a circuit where the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device is located can be in a conducting state, and then the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device can be in a working state; when the first switch contact is in an off state, a circuit of the servo motor of the six-face-lifting device can be in an off state, and then the servo motor of the six-face-lifting device can be in a stop working state.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the manner in which the packaging machine controls the second relay to be in the energized state may refer to the first relay mentioned above, and the description is not repeated here.
Further, when the second relay is in the energized state, the first switch contact arranged between the servo motor and the power end of the six-face cosmetic device can be in a conducting state, and then the servo motor of the six-face cosmetic device is controlled to be in a working state. When the servo motor of the six-sided face-lifting device is in a working state, the cigarettes to be processed of the six-sided face-lifting device can be controlled to move along a first direction, and the first direction is inconsistent with a direction corresponding to the six-sided face-lifting device in a normal emptying mode, for example, but not limited to, the first direction is opposite to the direction corresponding to the six-sided face-lifting device in the normal emptying mode.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the six-sided face-lifting device may, but is not limited to, control the cigarettes to be processed by the servo motor based on the six-sided face-lifting device according to a normal emptying manner, that is, when the six-sided face-lifting device has a device failure, the servo motor of the six-sided face-lifting device may control the cigarettes to be processed to be discharged according to the first direction; when the six-face-lifting device is normally stopped, the servo motor of the six-face-lifting device can control the cigarettes to be processed to be discharged according to a normal emptying mode, and the first direction is opposite to the direction corresponding to the normal emptying mode. Here, the packing machine may, but is not limited to, realize output control of the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device by controlling an electric signal input to the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device, thereby realizing control of a moving direction of cigarettes to be processed, and is not limited thereto.
Further, in the process of controlling the cigarettes to be processed to move along the first direction by the servo motor based on the six-face-lifting device, a third relay can be controlled to be in an electrified state within a preset time interval, and the third relay can be in a corresponding relation with a second switch contact arranged between the power end and the electromagnetic valve, namely, when the third relay is in the electrified state, the second switch contact can be in a conducting state; the second switch contact may be placed in an open state when the third relay is in a de-energized state. It can be understood that the second switch contact can be used for controlling whether the electromagnetic valve arranged at the reject port of the six-sided cosmetic device is in a working state, when the second switch contact is in a conducting state, the circuit of the electromagnetic valve of the six-sided cosmetic device can be in a conducting state, and then the electromagnetic valve of the six-sided cosmetic device can be in a working state; when the second switch contact is in an off state, a circuit where the electromagnetic valve of the six-face-lifting device is located can be in an off state. When the electromagnetic valve of the six-face-lifting device is in a working state, the pipeline where the reject port of the six-face-lifting device is located can be in a conducting state, and then cigarettes to be processed can be discharged from the reject port of the six-face-lifting device in the process of moving along the first direction.
Referring to fig. 2, an on-line control structure schematic diagram for a packaging machine according to an embodiment of the present application may be provided, where the PLC processor shown in fig. 2 may be a packaging machine processor, and may be, but not limited to, FP-C14, and may further be provided with an extension module E, where an X1 pin of the extension module E may be, but not limited to, connected to a circuit where the first relay 201 is located, a Y1 pin of the extension module E may be, but not limited to, connected to a circuit where the second relay 202 is located, and a Y3 pin of the extension module E may be, but not limited to, connected to a circuit where the third relay 203 is located.
As still another alternative of the embodiment of the present application, after controlling the first switch contact disposed between the servo motor and the power source terminal of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in the on state based on the energized state of the second relay, further includes:
when the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device is in a working state, controlling the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be at a first rotating speed within a preset first time period;
when the duration that the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device is at the first rotating speed reaches a preset first time period, controlling the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to adjust from the first rotating speed to a second rotating speed; wherein the first rotational speed is less than the second rotational speed.
Specifically, when the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device is in a working state, the rotating speed of the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device can be controlled by the packaging machine, so that the discharging efficiency of cigarettes to be processed is improved. In this embodiment of the present application, but not limited to, the packing machine may first control the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be at the first rotation speed in the preset first period of time, and then when the duration of the first rotation speed of the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device reaches the preset first period of time, may control the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be adjusted from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed until the cigarettes to be processed move along the first direction and are discharged from the reject port of the six-sided cosmetic device. The first rotation speed and the second rotation speed can be determined by an electric signal input to the servo motor of the six-face cosmetic device by the packaging machine, and the first rotation speed can be, but is not limited to, smaller than the second rotation speed.
Reference may be made herein to fig. 3, which is a schematic program diagram of an on-line control method for a six-sided cosmetic device and a packaging machine according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the program may be used to control the rotation speed and the operation time of the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device, and the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device in the embodiment of the present application may be, but is not limited to, applied to the program.
Still another program diagram of an on-line control method for a six-sided cosmetic device and a packaging machine according to the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 4, the program may be used to control the energization time of the third relay, and the energization time of the third relay in the embodiment of the present application may be, but is not limited to, application of the program.
As a further alternative of the embodiment of the present application, after receiving the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device, the method further includes:
when the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is detected to be a second shutdown signal, the first relay is controlled to be in an electrified state;
controlling the cigarettes to be treated to be discharged according to a second direction based on the first relay; wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
Specifically, after receiving the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device, the packaging machine may determine the type of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device according to the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device, for example, but not limited to, when the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is not in the preset frequency range, it may be determined that the six-sided cosmetic device is normally stopped, that is, the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is the second shutdown signal. It will be appreciated that the shutdown signal sent by the six face-lifting devices may be, but not limited to, a frequency fluctuation curve, so that the packaging machine may quickly and accurately determine the shutdown signal sent by the six face-lifting devices.
Possibly, the type of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device may also be determined according to the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device, for example, but not limited to, when the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is in the preset amplitude interval, it may be determined that the six-sided cosmetic device is normally stopped, that is, the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is the second shutdown signal. It will be appreciated that the shutdown signal sent by the six face-lifting devices may be, but not limited to, represented by an amplitude rate fluctuation curve, so that the packaging machine may quickly and accurately determine the shutdown signal sent by the six face-lifting devices.
Possibly, the type of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device may be determined by the frequency and the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device, for example, but not limited to, when the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is in a preset frequency range and the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is in a preset amplitude range, it may be determined that the six-sided cosmetic device is normally stopped, that is, the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is the second shutdown signal. It will be appreciated that the shutdown signal sent by the six face-lifting devices may be, but is not limited to, a frequency-amplitude fluctuation curve, so that the packaging machine may quickly and accurately determine the shutdown signal sent by the six face-lifting devices.
Further, when the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is determined to be the second shutdown signal, the first relay can be controlled to be in a conductive state in a notification manner so as to control the cigarettes to be processed to be discharged according to a normal emptying manner. It will be appreciated that the discharge direction of the cigarettes to be treated may also be controlled by the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device mentioned above, which is not repeated here.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an on-line control system for a six-sided cosmetic device and a packaging machine according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the on-line control system for the six-sided cosmetic device and the packaging machine is applied to the packaging machine, the packaging machine is connected to the six-sided cosmetic device, and the system may at least include a signal receiving module 501, a first control module 502, and a second control module 503, where:
the signal receiving module 501 is configured to receive a shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device;
the first control module 502 is configured to control the first relay to be in a power-off state when detecting that a shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is a first shutdown signal;
and a second control module 503, configured to control the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in an operating state based on the power-off state of the first relay, so that the cigarettes to be processed are discharged according to the first direction.
In some possible embodiments, the signal receiving module comprises:
the first judging unit is used for receiving the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device and judging whether the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device is in a preset frequency interval or not;
the first determining unit is used for determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is a first shutdown signal when the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is in a preset frequency interval; and/or
The second judging unit is used for receiving the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device and judging whether the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device is in a preset amplitude interval or not;
and the second determining unit is used for determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is the first shutdown signal when the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is in the preset amplitude interval.
In some possible embodiments, the second control module comprises:
the first control unit is used for controlling the second relay to be in an electrified state when the first relay is in an outage state;
the second control unit is used for controlling the first switch contact arranged between the servo motor and the power end of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in a conducting state based on the energizing state of the second relay so as to enable the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in a working state;
The third control unit is used for controlling the third relay to be in an electrified state within a preset time interval when the servo motor of the six-face cosmetic device is in a working state;
and the fourth control unit is used for controlling the cigarettes to be processed to be discharged according to the first direction based on the energizing state of the third relay.
In some possible embodiments, the fourth control unit is specifically configured to:
when the third relay is in an electrified state, controlling a second switch contact arranged between the power end and the electromagnetic valve to be in a conducting state so as to enable the electromagnetic valve to be in a working state; the electromagnetic valve is arranged at the reject port of the six-face cosmetic device;
when the electromagnetic valve is in a working state, the cigarettes to be treated are controlled to be discharged from the reject port of the six-face cosmetic device according to the first direction.
In some possible embodiments, the second control module further comprises:
the fifth control unit is used for controlling the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be at a first rotating speed in a preset first time period when the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device is in a working state;
the sixth control unit is used for controlling the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to adjust from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed when the duration of the first rotating speed of the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device reaches a preset first time period; wherein the first rotational speed is less than the second rotational speed.
In some possible embodiments, the apparatus further comprises:
the third control module is used for controlling the first relay to be in an electrified state when detecting that the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device is the second shutdown signal after receiving the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device;
the fourth control module is used for controlling the cigarettes to be processed to be discharged according to the second direction based on the first relay; wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
In some possible embodiments, the signal receiving module further comprises:
when the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is not in a preset frequency interval, determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is a second shutdown signal; and/or
And when the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided face-lifting device is not in the preset amplitude interval, determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided face-lifting device is a second shutdown signal.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present application may be implemented in software and/or hardware. "Unit" and "module" in this specification refer to software and/or hardware capable of performing a specific function, either alone or in combination with other components, such as Field programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGAs), integrated circuits (Integrated Circuit, ICs), etc.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another on-line control system for a six-sided cosmetic device and a packaging machine according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the on-line control system 600 for the six-sided face-lift device and the packing machine may include: at least one processor 601, at least one network interface 606, a user interface 603, a memory 605 and at least one communication bus 602.
Wherein the communication bus 602 may be used to enable connectivity communication for the various components described above.
The user interface 603 may include keys, and the optional user interface may also include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface, among others.
The network interface 606 may include, but is not limited to, a bluetooth module, an NFC module, a Wi-Fi module, and the like.
Wherein the processor 601 may include one or more processing cores. The processor 601 connects various portions of the overall electronic device 600 using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the routing device 600 and processes data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 605, and invoking data stored in the memory 605. Alternatively, the processor 601 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of DSP, FPGA, PLA. The processor 601 may integrate one or a combination of several of a CPU, GPU, modem, and the like. The memory 605 may also optionally be at least one storage device located remotely from the processor 601. As shown in fig. 3, an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and an online control application for the six-sided cosmetic device and the packaging machine may be included in the memory 605 as a computer storage medium.
In particular, the processor 601 may be configured to invoke the online control application for the six-sided face-lift device and the packaging machine stored in the memory 605, and to perform the following operations in particular:
Receiving a stop signal sent by the six-face-lifting device;
when the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is detected to be a first shutdown signal, the first relay is controlled to be in a power-off state;
and controlling the servo motor of the six-face-lifting device to be in a working state based on the power-off state of the first relay so as to discharge cigarettes to be processed according to a first direction.
In some possible embodiments, receiving a shutdown signal sent by a six-sided cosmetic device includes:
receiving a shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device, and judging whether the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device is in a preset frequency interval;
when the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is in a preset frequency interval, determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is a first shutdown signal; and/or
Receiving a shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device, and judging whether the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device is in a preset amplitude interval or not;
when the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is in a preset amplitude range, determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is a first shutdown signal.
In some possible embodiments, the servo motor of the six-face-lifting device is controlled to be in an operating state based on the power-off state of the first relay, so as to discharge the cigarettes to be treated according to a first direction, including:
When the first relay is in a power-off state, the second relay is controlled to be in a power-on state;
controlling a first switch contact arranged between a servo motor and a power end of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in a conducting state based on the energizing state of the second relay so as to enable the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in a working state;
when the servo motor of the six-face cosmetic device is in a working state, the third relay is controlled to be in an electrified state within a preset time interval;
and controlling the cigarettes to be treated to be discharged according to the first direction based on the energizing state of the third relay.
In some possible embodiments, controlling the discharge of the cigarettes to be treated in the first direction based on the energized state of the third relay comprises:
when the third relay is in an electrified state, controlling a second switch contact arranged between the power end and the electromagnetic valve to be in a conducting state so as to enable the electromagnetic valve to be in a working state; the electromagnetic valve is arranged at the reject port of the six-face cosmetic device;
when the electromagnetic valve is in a working state, the cigarettes to be treated are controlled to be discharged from the reject port of the six-face cosmetic device according to the first direction.
In some possible embodiments, after controlling the first switch contact provided between the servo motor and the power supply terminal of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in the on state based on the energized state of the second relay, further comprising:
When the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device is in a working state, controlling the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be at a first rotating speed within a preset first time period;
when the duration that the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device is at the first rotating speed reaches a preset first time period, controlling the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to adjust from the first rotating speed to a second rotating speed; wherein the first rotational speed is less than the second rotational speed.
In some possible embodiments, after receiving the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device, the method further includes:
when the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is detected to be a second shutdown signal, the first relay is controlled to be in an electrified state;
controlling the cigarettes to be treated to be discharged according to a second direction based on the first relay; wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
In some possible embodiments, the method further includes receiving a shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device, and further including:
when the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is not in a preset frequency interval, determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is a second shutdown signal; and/or
And when the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided face-lifting device is not in the preset amplitude interval, determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided face-lifting device is a second shutdown signal.

1. An on-line control method for a six-sided face-lift device and a packaging machine, characterized in that the method is applied to a packaging machine, which is connected to the six-sided face-lift device, the method comprising:
receiving a stop signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device;
when the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device is detected to be a first shutdown signal, the first relay is controlled to be in a power-off state;
controlling a servo motor of the six-face-lifting device to be in a working state based on the power-off state of the first relay so as to enable cigarettes to be processed to be discharged according to a first direction;
Wherein the shutdown signal comprises a first shutdown signal used for representing that equipment is in failure and a second shutdown signal used for representing that the equipment is in normal stop operation;
wherein when the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device is detected to be a first shutdown signal, before the first relay is controlled to be in a power-off state, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the frequency of a shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device is in a preset frequency interval or not;
when the frequency of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is in the preset frequency interval, determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided cosmetic device is a first shutdown signal; and/or
Judging whether the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-face cosmetic device is in a preset amplitude interval or not;
when the amplitude of the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided face-lifting device is in the preset amplitude interval, determining that the shutdown signal sent by the six-sided face-lifting device is a first shutdown signal;
the servo motor of the six-face-lifting device is controlled to be in a working state based on the power-off state of the first relay so that cigarettes to be processed are discharged according to a first direction, and the method comprises the following steps:
When the first relay is in a power-off state, controlling a second relay to be in a power-on state;
controlling a first switch contact arranged between a servo motor and a power end of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in a conducting state based on the energizing state of the second relay so as to enable the servo motor of the six-sided cosmetic device to be in a working state;
when the servo motor of the six-face cosmetic device is in a working state, controlling the third relay to be in an electrified state within a preset time interval;
controlling the cigarettes to be processed to be discharged according to a first direction based on the energizing state of the third relay;
wherein, based on the energizing state of the third relay, the cigarette to be processed is controlled to be discharged according to a first direction, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the third relay is in an electrified state, controlling a second switch contact arranged between the power end and the electromagnetic valve to be in a conducting state so as to enable the electromagnetic valve to be in a working state; wherein the electromagnetic valve is arranged at the reject port of the six-face cosmetic device;
when the electromagnetic valve is in a working state, controlling the cigarettes to be treated to be discharged from the reject port of the six-face cosmetic device according to a first direction;
Wherein after receiving the shutdown signal sent by the six-face-lifting device, the method further comprises the following steps:
