when the spray washing mechanism 5 operates, the driving motor 401 is started, so that the driving belt wheel on the rotating shaft of the driving motor 401 drives the driven belt wheel to rotate through the belt, the driving rotating shaft 402 drives the worm and the worm wheel to rotate, the vertical rotating shaft 202 drives the rotating wheel 203 to rotate, the driving shaft 204, the clamping mechanism 3 and the enteroscopy instrument are driven to revolve, and when the rotating wheel 203 drives the driving shaft 204 to rotate, the driving gear 205 rotates under the action of the fixed gear ring 102, so that the driving shaft 204, the clamping mechanism 3 and the enteroscopy instrument rotate while revolving, and the contact effect of the enteroscopy instrument and the cleaning liquid is improved;
when the rotating shaft of the driving motor 401 rotates, the upper supporting rotating shaft 403 is driven to rotate, so that the upper chain wheel 404 is driven to rotate, and then the toggle column 405 is driven to rotate through a chain, so that the toggle column 405 drives the driving frame 505 and the spray-washing pipe 501 to move up and down in a reciprocating manner;
when the spray pipe 501 moves downwards to the rear of the lower chain wheel 404, the driving rack 506 is engaged with the rotating gear 602, so as to drive the rotating gear 602 to rotate, then the rotating gear 602 drives the driving disc 603 to rotate, so as to drive the upper end of the connecting rod 605 to rotate, and then the lower end of the connecting rod 605 drives the sliding plate 604 and the blockage removing brush 606 to reciprocate up and down, so that the sundries attached to the rear side of the filter screen on the filter box 507 can be automatically removed.

the rotating mechanism (2) comprises a v-shaped support plate (201), a vertical rotating shaft (202), a rotating wheel (203), a driving shaft (204) and a driving gear (205), the v-shaped support plate (201) is fixedly connected to the upper end surfaces of the left L-shaped support plate (101) and the right L-shaped support plate (101), the v-shaped support plate (201) is rotatably connected with the vertical rotating shaft (202), the upper end of the vertical rotating shaft (202) is provided with a worm gear, and the lower end of the vertical rotating shaft (202) is fixedly connected with the rotating wheel (203); the edge of the rotating wheel (203) is connected with four driving shafts (204) in an annular array in a rotating mode, the lower end of each driving shaft (204) is provided with a clamping mechanism (3), and the outer portion of each driving shaft (204) is provided with a driving gear (205);
the driving mechanism (4) comprises a driving motor (401), a driving rotating shaft (402), a supporting rotating shaft (403), a chain wheel (404) and a toggle column (405), the driving motor (401) is installed on the front end face of the cleaning box body (1), a driving belt wheel is installed on the rotating shaft of the driving motor (401), the driving rotating shaft (402) is rotatably connected to the upper end face of an L-shaped support plate (101) on the front side, a worm is fixedly connected to the rear end of the driving rotating shaft (402), and the worm is meshed with the worm wheel; the number of the supporting rotating shafts (403) is two, the two supporting rotating shafts (403) are rotatably connected to the front end face of the cleaning box body (1), the front ends of the two supporting rotating shafts (403) penetrate through the front side of the cleaning box body (1), the rear end of each supporting rotating shaft (403) is fixedly provided with a chain wheel (404), a chain is in transmission connection between the two chain wheels (404), the rear side of the chain is provided with a toggle column (405), the front end of the driving rotating shaft (402) is provided with a driven pulley, and the driven pulley is in transmission connection with the driving pulley through a belt;
the spray washing mechanism (5) comprises a spray washing pipe fitting (501), sliding cylinders (502), a circulating water pump (503), a water delivery hose (504), a driving frame (505), a driving rack (506) and a filter box (507), wherein eight sliding cylinders (502) are arranged on the outer side of the spray washing pipe fitting (501), a vertical sliding rod is slidably connected inside each sliding cylinder (502), and the eight vertical sliding rods are fixedly connected inside the cleaning box body (1); the circulating water pump (503) is installed on the front end face of the cleaning box body (1), a water suction port of the circulating water pump (503) is connected with a filter box (507) through a water pipe, and the filter box (507) is installed on the bottom end face inside the cleaning box body (1); the spray-washing pipe (501) is connected with a water delivery hose (504), and the other end of the water delivery hose (504) is connected with a water outlet of a circulating water pump (503); the middle part of the front end face of the spray washing pipe fitting (501) is provided with a driving frame (505), the lower part of the right side of the front end face of the spray washing pipe fitting (501) is fixedly connected with a driving rack (506), and four end faces of the periphery of the inner side of the spray washing pipe fitting (501) are uniformly provided with water spraying heads;
the blockage removing mechanism (6) comprises a vertical support plate (601), a rotating gear (602), a driving disc (603), a sliding plate (604), a connecting rod (605) and a blockage removing brush (606), wherein the vertical support plate (601) is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the filter box (507), a fixed rotating shaft is fixedly connected between the rotating gear (602) and the driving disc (603), the fixed rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the vertical support plate (601), and the edge of the rear end surface of the driving disc (603) is rotatably connected with the connecting rod (605) through a rotating shaft; the rear end face of the vertical support plate (601) is provided with two T-shaped sliding blocks, the rear end face of the vertical support plate (601) is connected with a sliding plate (604) in a sliding mode through the two T-shaped sliding blocks, the rear end face of the sliding plate (604) is rotatably connected with the lower end of a connecting rod (605) through a rotating shaft, the bottom of the sliding plate (604) is fixedly connected with a blockage cleaning brush (606), and bristles on the front side of the blockage cleaning brush (606) are in close contact with the rear side face of a filter screen on the filter box (507);
the rear end of the toggle column (405) is positioned on the inner side of the driving frame (505), and when the chain wheel (404) drives the toggle column (405) to rotate through a chain, the toggle column (405) drives the driving frame (505) and the spray washing pipe fitting (501) to move up and down in a reciprocating manner;
when the spray washing pipe fitting (501) moves downwards to the rear of the lower chain wheel (404), the driving rack (506) is meshed with the rotating gear (602), and the rotating gear (602) is in a rotating state.
