Background
Gastroscopes are a method of medical examination and also refer to instruments used in such examinations. The gastroscopy can directly observe the real condition of the detected part, and the gastroscopy extends into the stomach by a thin and soft tube, so that doctors can directly observe the pathological changes of the esophagus, the stomach and the duodenum, especially tiny pathological changes. After the gastroscopy is performed or after the operation is performed by means of the gastroscope, the gastroscope needs to be cleaned for the next use. The existing cleaning modes are all manually cleaned by hands, which undoubtedly increases the labor intensity of medical workers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a gastroscope cleaning and drying integrated machine for the department of gastroenterology, which is used for cleaning and drying a gastroscope so as to facilitate the use of the gastroscope next time.

Furthermore, a moisture extrusion unit is arranged on the wheel carrier and comprises a fixed pressing plate fixedly arranged between the scrubbing wheel and one side of the wheel carrier, a movable pressing plate movably arranged between the scrubbing wheel and the other side of the wheel carrier, a movable plate fixedly connected with the movable pressing plate and a compression cylinder driving the movable plate to move relative to the fixed pressing plate, wherein the compression cylinder is fixed on the wheel carrier.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the gastroscope cleaning and drying integrated machine for the digestive system department provided by the invention has the following advantages: (1) the device can realize clamping, washing, scrubbing and conveying of the gastroscope, and the soft gastroscope tube in the whole length section is scrubbed by the scrubbing mechanism in the conveying process of the gastroscope, the whole process is connected in a front-to-back manner, and the scrubbing efficiency is high; (2) in the conveying process of the gastroscope, the gastroscope can be rotated, so that the whole round outer wall of the soft gastroscope tube can be cleaned through the scrubbing mechanism, and no dead angle is left in the cleaning process; (3) the gastroscope is cleaned by the cleaning wheel which rotates rapidly and is in contact with the gastroscope, and the cleaning brush on the cleaning wheel is always in contact with the gastroscope and has certain pressure, so that the cleaning effect is ensured; (4) the cleaning wiper of the wearing part can be replaced to ensure the cleaning quality.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 24, the present invention mainly comprises a housing 1, a conveying mechanism 2, a gastroscope holder 3, a scrubbing mechanism 4, a rinsing mechanism and a drying mechanism, and the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the conveying mechanism 2, the gastroscope holder 3, the scrubbing mechanism 4, the flushing mechanism and the rotating mechanism are all arranged inside the shell 1, the shell is a basic part of the invention and is used for supporting the whole cleaning and drying integrated machine, and the drying mechanism is arranged outside the shell.
As shown in fig. 8, the casing 1 is a hollow structure in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the left end of the casing is open, and a baffle 11 is fixed at the open end of the casing, and the height of the baffle is smaller than that of the open end. A lower support 12 is arranged in the shell and fixedly connected with the bottom of the shell, two pairs of support lugs 13 are arranged at the top of the lower support, the two pairs of support lugs are arranged in the front and at the back, the four support lugs are respectively positioned on four vertexes of a rectangle, and a conveying mechanism 2 is arranged above the lower support.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7 and 9, the conveying mechanism includes a sprocket shaft 21 disposed between the pair of lugs and distributed left and right, conveying sprockets 22 fixed at both ends of the same sprocket shaft and disposed front and back, a conveying chain 23 disposed between the left conveying sprocket and the right conveying sprocket, and a conveying motor driving either sprocket shaft to rotate, and the conveying motor can drive the four conveying sprockets to operate synchronously when operating.
A synchronizing rod 29 is arranged between the two conveying chains, one end of the synchronizing rod is fixedly connected with the rear side conveying chain, and the other end of the synchronizing rod is fixedly connected with the front side conveying chain. A gastroscope holder 3 is fixedly arranged on the synchronizing rod.
As shown in fig. 3 and 14, the gastroscope holder 3 includes a rotating body 35, a fixed cylinder 31 and a holding cylinder 33 which are sequentially arranged, the fixed cylinder has a cylindrical structure, a pair of first bearings 32 which are arranged right and left are fixed on the inner side of the fixed cylinder, and as shown in fig. 17, four first through holes 322 which are uniformly arranged along the same circumference are arranged on the inner ring 321 of the first bearings. As shown in fig. 3 and 14, the clamping cylinder 33 is a cylindrical hollow structure, the right end of the clamping cylinder is open, a first circular hole 337 is formed in the center of the left end of the clamping cylinder, a semi-circular fixed clamping plate 332 and a semi-circular movable clamping plate 333 are arranged on the inner side of the clamping cylinder, a fixed radial rod 331 is arranged between the fixed clamping plate and the inner wall of the clamping cylinder, as shown in fig. 15, a movable radial rod 334 is fixed on the movable clamping plate, a guide tube 335 is fixed on the inner wall of the clamping cylinder, and one end of the movable radial rod is slidably arranged on the inner side of the guide tube. Four connecting rods 336 are fixed at the left end of the clamping cylinder, the connecting rods penetrate through the first through holes in the inner ring of the first bearing to fixedly connect the clamping cylinder and the inner ring of the first bearing, a rotating body 35 is fixed at the left end of the connecting rods, and the rotating body and the clamping cylinder are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the fixed cylinder. A driven pulley 244 is fixed to one of the driving rollers, a rotating motor 247 is fixed to the top of the upper frame, a driving pulley 246 is fixed to the output end of the rotating motor, and a belt 245 is provided between the driving pulley and the driven pulley. The rotating motor, the driving belt wheel, the driven belt wheel, the synchronous belt wheel and the synchronous belt form a synchronous driving unit for driving the two driving rollers to synchronously rotate, and the two driving rollers synchronously rotate and turn in the same direction under the action of the synchronous driving unit. The synchronous drive unit and the drive roller constitute a rotation mechanism that drives the rotation of the rotating body. Since the portion of the gastroscope extending into the human body is a soft gastroscope tube, the soft gastroscope tube needs to be specially cleaned. The rotating mechanism is arranged to drive the gastroscope to rotate when the scrubbing wheel is about to contact with the soft gastroscope tube, so as to realize scrubbing of the whole outer wall of the soft gastroscope tube. During the moving process of the gastroscope holder, after the rotating body is contacted with the driving roller, the driving roller rotates to drive the rotating body to rotate, and then the soft gastroscope tube is contacted with the supporting block. Both ends all are equipped with fillet 351 about the rotator, and the setting of fillet and conical surface can be convenient for the rotator to remove to the drive roller on. After the rotating body moves onto the driving rollers, as shown in fig. 19, when the two driving rollers rotate clockwise, the rotating body can be driven to rotate counterclockwise under the action of the friction force between the rotating body and the driving rollers. In order to ensure enough friction force between the rotating body and the driving roller, a rubber tube is sleeved on the driving roller.
In order to support the soft gastroscope tube part on the gastroscope, as shown in fig. 3, a supporting block 26 is arranged between the two driving rollers, a lifting cylinder 27 is arranged between the supporting block and the upper bracket, the lifting cylinder can drive the supporting block to move up and down, a semicircular tube groove 261 is arranged at the top of the supporting block, and the soft gastroscope tube is arranged in the tube groove. In order to avoid the supporting block scratching the soft gastroscope tube, a round angle is arranged on the tube groove.

A scrubbing mechanism 4 is arranged above the conveying mechanism, as shown in fig. 3, 11 and 12, the scrubbing mechanism comprises a mounting plate 41, a lifting cylinder 44 fixed at the bottom of the mounting plate, a lifting plate 42 fixed on a piston rod of the lifting cylinder, a guide rod 43 fixed at the bottom of the mounting plate and slidably connected with the lifting plate, a stop block 432 fixed at the bottom of the guide rod and below the lifting plate, a lifting block 45 fixed at the bottom of the lifting plate, an inverted U-shaped wheel frame 46 right below the lifting block, an extension rod 461 fixed at the top of the wheel frame, a spring 47 arranged between the wheel frame and the lifting block, a scrubbing wheel 5 rotatably mounted on the wheel frame, a cleaning scrubber 52 detachably mounted on the scrubbing wheel and a cleaning driving unit for driving the scrubbing wheel to rotate, the mounting plate 41 is fixed at the top of the casing, a small hole slidably connected with the guide rod is arranged on the lifting plate, as shown, the circular outer wall of the scrubbing wheel is provided with a circular limiting ring 51, the cleaning wiper is of a circular structure, the inner wall of the cleaning wiper is provided with a mounting groove matched with the limiting ring, and the limiting ring is arranged in the mounting groove to realize the relative fixation of the scrubbing wheel and the cleaning wiper. In addition, the cleaning wiper can be conveniently replaced by a detachable installation mode, and the cleaning wiper which is seriously worn and cannot be used can be conveniently replaced. The cleaning brush is pressed tightly with the soft gastroscope tube under the action of the spring.
The circular outer wall of the cleaning wiper is provided with an annular groove 521, and the annular groove is used for accommodating the soft gastroscope tube and realizing the wiping of the soft gastroscope tube by contacting and rubbing the soft gastroscope tube.
The cleaning driving unit comprises a fixing plate 6 fixed on the wheel carrier, a cleaning motor 61 fixed on the fixing plate, a driving gear 62 fixed at the output end of the cleaning motor, and a driven gear 63 coaxially arranged with the scrubbing wheel and meshed with the driving gear.
When the gastroscope needs to be cleaned, the gastroscope body is clamped by the gastroscope clamp holder and is made to penetrate through the channel on the gastroscope clamp holder, and the soft gastroscope tube is arranged outside the gastroscope clamp holder at the moment; the lifting cylinder drives the supporting block to move upwards, so that the supporting block supports the soft gastroscope tube, and the soft gastroscope tube is placed in the tube groove; then the lifting cylinder is driven to act, so that the scrubbing wheel moves downwards until the scrubbing brush is contacted with the soft gastroscope tube; then driving a conveying motor to act so as to enable the soft gastroscope tube to move from left to right, and simultaneously driving the scrubbing wheel to rotate rapidly to scrub the soft gastroscope tube; in addition under the effect of synchronous drive unit, can drive the rotation of gastroscope holder, gastroscope holder alright in order to drive the rotation of gastroscope when rotating, as shown in fig. 19, soft gastroscope pipe 7 moves on one side by the left right side, and is rotatory on one side, in addition scrub the high-speed rotation of wheel, alright realize scrubbing the whole outer wall of soft gastroscope pipe to in order to wipe the mucus on the soft gastroscope pipe outer wall off.
The cleaning wiper is made of sponge materials, can ensure the close contact between the cleaning wiper and the soft gastroscope tube, and can avoid the damage to the soft gastroscope tube and the interference to the movement of the soft gastroscope tube caused by the overlarge pressure between the cleaning wiper and the soft gastroscope tube.
In order to extrude the water on the cleaning wiper, a water extruding unit is arranged on the wheel carrier, and as shown in fig. 11, 12 and 20, the water extruding unit comprises a movable pressing plate 55 positioned on the left side of the cleaning wiper, a fixed pressing plate 53 positioned on the right side of the cleaning wiper, a first cross bar 54 arranged between the fixed pressing plate and the wheel carrier, a compression cylinder 58 fixedly connected with the wheel carrier through a cylinder mounting rod 581, a moving plate 57 fixed on a piston rod of the compression cylinder, and a second cross bar 56 arranged between the moving plate and the movable pressing plate. As shown in fig. 13, a bearing mounting hole 462 is provided at the lower portion of the wheel frame, a second bearing 48 is fixed in the bearing mounting hole, and the scrub wheel is rotatably connected to the wheel frame via the second bearing. As shown in fig. 18, a second through hole 481 is fixed to the outer ring of the second bearing, and a second cross bar is inserted into the second through hole. For the convenience of installation, the cylinder installation rod can penetrate through the movable plate and then be fixed on the outer ring of the second bearing. Of course, the cylinder mounting bar may also be fixed to the wheel carrier.
As shown in fig. 20, when the compression cylinder is operated to press the movable platen and the fixed platen close to each other, the water 71 on the cleaning wiper can be squeezed out, and when the compression cylinder is operated in the reverse direction, the movable platen and the fixed platen are separated from each other, so that the cleaning wiper is restored to its original state.

A spray pipe 83 is fixed in the pipe clamp and is connected with the water pump through a water outlet pipe. The water inlet end of the water pump extends into the water tank, extracts water in the water tank and then enters the spray pipe through the water outlet pipe. The water pump and the water tank can be arranged in the shell and can also be arranged outside the shell. The vertical plate, the cross shaft, the rotating ring, the pipe clamp, the spray pipe, the water inlet pipe, the water outlet pipe, the water pump and the water tank form a flushing mechanism.
In order to realize the drying treatment of the scrubbed gastroscope, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a drying box 9 is arranged on the rear side wall of the shell, the drying box is of a cuboid hollow structure with one open end, as shown in fig. 22, a cover plate 91 is arranged at the open end of the drying box, the cover plate can facilitate the storage and the taking of the gastroscope, and meanwhile, dust can be prevented from falling on the gastroscope. Be equipped with handle 92 on the apron, be equipped with a plurality of upper and lower equidistant brackets 93 that set up in the drying cabinet, as shown in fig. 23, fig. 24, the bracket includes a pair of parallel arrangement's bar, is equipped with the connecting axle 931 that a plurality of equidistant settings set up between two bar, and the connecting axle is stainless steel spare. When placing, directly place the gastroscope on the connecting axle, because the gastroscope cross section is circular, the connecting axle also is circular, consequently places the gastroscope back on the connecting axle, gastroscope and connecting axle point contact can avoid the problem that drying efficiency is low because of the too big contact surface causes between gastroscope and the bracket like this, and can avoid the problem that the dead angle exists when drying the gastroscope. A second water collection sump 94 is provided at the bottom of the drying cabinet to collect water droplets dripping from the gastroscope. Be equipped with tuber pipe 95 on the upper portion of drying cabinet, the both ends shutoff of tuber pipe, the bottom of tuber pipe is equipped with the bar hole, and the air current in the tuber pipe blows out through the bar hole, realizes weathering to the gastroscope. The upper part of the air pipe is provided with a vertical pipe 96 which is connected with the air outlet of the fan.
The following outlines the steps of use of the invention: firstly, placing a gastroscope holder at an initial position, namely the leftmost side of a conveying path, then installing a gastroscope on the gastroscope holder, clamping a gastroscope body in a holding cylinder at the moment, and extending a soft gastroscope tube out of the gastroscope holder; then, starting a water pump to realize one-time washing of the gastroscope; then, the conveying mechanism is driven to act to convey the gastroscope, and the scrubbing mechanism scrubs the gastroscope in the process; then, when the gastroscope holder returns to the initial position again, the water pump is started to realize secondary washing of the gastroscope; and finally, taking down the gastroscope from the gastroscope holder, placing the gastroscope on a bracket in a drying box, and starting a fan to dry the gastroscope.
