Finally, the sewage in the cleaning cabin 4 is discharged by the water discharge valve 42, and the side bed cleaning work of the soft endoscope is repeatedly carried out according to the cleaning degree of the objective lens until the pollutants adhered on the surface of the soft endoscope are cleaned.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 9, the cleaning device further comprises an upper cleaning unit, the inner side of the cleaning cabin 4 is provided with the upper cleaning unit, and the upper cleaning unit comprises a second spring slider 601, a third elastic component 602 and a sponge brush 603; the inner left wall and the inner right wall of the cleaning cabin 4 are respectively connected with a second spring sliding block 601; a third elastic part 602 is connected to each bolt on the opposite sides of the two second spring sliders 601; two sponge brushes 603 are fixedly connected to the opposite sides of the two third elastic parts 602 respectively; the two sponge brushes 603 are spliced into a complete group of annular sponge sassafras.
In this embodiment, an operator does not need to hold a wiping cloth or wipe cotton with hands to clean the insertion tube 53 of the soft endoscope, when the front end 52 is inserted into the stop collar 203, the operator pushes the two sponge brushes 603 to drive the two sides of the two third elastic members 602 to compress, and inserts the insertion tube 53 of the soft endoscope near one end of the manipulation part between the two separated sponge brushes 603, and then loosens the sponge brushes 603 to make the two compressed third elastic members 602 drive the two sponge brushes 603 to clamp the outer surface of the insertion tube 53 of the soft endoscope, and repeatedly performs side bed cleaning work on the soft endoscope according to the above steps, when the sponge brushes 603 move downwards along the insertion tube 53 of the soft endoscope to the bending part 51 and the front end 52, the bending part 51 and the front end 52 having larger outer diameters than the insertion tube 53 of the soft endoscope, the sponge brushes 603 compress the third elastic members 602 outwards and drive the second spring sliders 601 to compress upwards, the third elastic member 602 that is compressed sandwiches the curved portion 51 and the distal end portion 52 with the sponge brush 603.

A soft endoscope cleaning machine comprises a supporting base plate (1), a side sliding rail (2), an electric sliding block (3), a cleaning cabin (4), a water inlet valve (41) and a water discharge valve (42); a side sliding rail (2) is fixedly connected to the right side of the supporting bottom plate (1); the upper side of the side sliding rail (2) is connected with an electric sliding block (3) in a sliding way; a cleaning cabin (4) is fixedly connected to the left side of the electric sliding block (3); the rear part of the left side of the cleaning cabin (4) is communicated with a water inlet valve (41); the front part of the left side of the cleaning cabin (4) is communicated with a drain valve (42);
the automatic cleaning device is characterized by comprising a lifting unit, a positioning unit, a lower cleaning unit, a turnover unit and a self-cleaning unit; the upper side of the supporting bottom plate (1) is connected with a lifting unit for adjusting the height; the upper side of the lifting unit is connected with a cleaning cabin (4); the upper side of the lifting unit is connected with a positioning unit for avoiding the object lens from shaking; the middle part of the upper side of the lifting unit is connected with a lower cleaning unit for cleaning the objective lens; the lower cleaning unit is connected with the positioning unit; the middle part of the left side and the middle part of the right side of the lower cleaning unit are respectively connected with a turnover unit which controls the lower cleaning unit to complete turnover work; one self-cleaning unit is connected to each of the upper portion of the left side and the upper portion of the right side of the lower cleaning unit to clean the lower cleaning unit.

The soft endoscope cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the lifting unit comprises a support rod (101), a sliding sleeve (102), a first fixing plate (103), a second fixing plate (104), a first compression spring (105) and a third fixing plate (106); a support rod (101) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the support bottom plate (1); the upper end of the supporting rod (101) is connected with a sliding sleeve (102) in a sliding way; a first fixing plate (103) is fixedly connected to the middle of the outer surface of the sliding sleeve (102); a second fixing plate (104) is fixedly connected to the bottom side of the cleaning cabin (4); a first compression spring (105) is fixedly connected between the first fixing plate (103) and the second fixing plate (104), and the first compression spring (105) is sleeved on the outer surface of the sliding sleeve (102); the upper part of the sliding sleeve (102) penetrates through a bottom plate part of the cleaning cabin (4), and the upper part of the sliding sleeve (102) is connected with the cleaning cabin (4) in a sliding way; a third fixing plate (106) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the sliding sleeve (102); the upper side of the third fixing plate (106) is connected with a positioning unit; the middle part of the upper side of the third fixing plate (106) is connected with a lower cleaning unit.
