Abstract
The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin diseases and a nursing product thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition is composed of radix sophorae flavescentis, rhizoma atractylodis, honeysuckle, aloe, radix sileris, raw liquorice, golden cypress, peony root bark and cicada slough, and the nursing product is a traditional Chinese medicine cream or a traditional Chinese medicine soap prepared from a traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention can be used for preparing nursing products for external washing or external application, is composed of pure traditional Chinese medicines, has no toxic or side effect, can quickly detoxify and relieve itching, quickly converge and eliminate inflammation when being externally used, can relieve exterior syndrome and dispel wind, clear away heat and toxic materials and quickly eliminate rash, and can quickly and effectively treat skin diseases such as psoriasis, urticaria, allergic eczema, contact dermatitis, acne and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin diseases and a nursing product thereof.
Background
With the acceleration of the rhythm of life of people and the deterioration of working or living environment, some people are easy to suffer from skin diseases such as psoriasis, urticaria, allergic eczema, contact dermatitis and the like, the skin diseases are often accompanied with severe pruritus, and the patients are difficult to calm day and night, so that the patients are greatly painful. For some skin diseases, most of the medicines adopting antiallergic antihistamines have weak or even no effect.

Therefore, based on the above background, the present invention provides a Chinese medicinal composition for treating skin diseases and a care product thereof.

a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin diseases comprises the following raw materials:
radix sophorae flavescentis, rhizoma atractylodis, honeysuckle, aloe, radix sileris, raw liquorice, golden cypress, peony root bark and cicada slough.
Preferably, the dosage ratio of the raw materials is as follows:
15-25 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 10-15 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 10-15 parts of honeysuckle, 7-10 parts of aloe, 5-8 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5-8 parts of raw liquorice, 5-8 parts of golden cypress, 2-4 parts of peony root bark and 2-4 parts of cicada slough.
The invention also provides a nursing product for treating skin diseases, which is prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine composition in claim 1 or 2.
Preferably, the care product may be a traditional Chinese medicine cream or medicated soap.
Furthermore, the raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine emulsifiable paste also comprise glycerol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, essence and phenoxyethanol.
Furthermore, the raw materials for preparing the medicated soap also comprise a plant soap base and essence.
Furthermore, the preparation raw materials of the medicinal soap also comprise palmitoleic acid, sorbitol, hard fatty acid, hydrogenated coconut oil, olive oil, camellia oil, shea butter, sodium lauroyl glutamate and glycine.
The Chinese medicinal composition has the following properties:
flavescent sophora root: bitter and cold, heat-clearing and dampness-drying, parasite killing, itching relieving, inflammation diminishing and sterilization;
rhizoma atractylodis: pungent, bitter, warm, dry dampness and strengthen spleen, dispel wind and cold, and inhibit bacteria.
Honeysuckle flower: sweet and cold, clearing away heat and toxic material, diminishing inflammation, resisting allergy, cooling and dispersing wind-heat.
Aloe vera: bitter and cold, liver heat clearing, constipation relieving, antiinflammatory, antibacterial, itching relieving, wound healing promoting, water supplementing, skin caring, and damaged skin repairing.
Wind prevention: pungent and sweet with warm property, relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling pathogenic wind, eliminating dampness, relieving spasm, inhibiting bacteria, and stopping bleeding.
Raw licorice root: sweet and mild, and has the effects of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, clearing away heat and toxic materials, resisting virus, inhibiting bacteria, clearing away heat and toxic materials, resisting inflammation and allergy, removing blood stasis, promoting granulation, etc.;
phellodendron bark: bitter and cold, heat-clearing and dampness-drying, fire-purging and steaming-removing, toxin-removing and sore-curing, bacteriostasis and antioxidation;
peony root bark: bitter and pungent, slightly cold, heat-clearing and blood-cooling, blood circulation-promoting and blood stasis-removing, pain-relieving, tranquilizing, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and antibacterial.
Cicada slough: sweet and cold, dispersing wind and removing heat, promoting eruption and relieving spasm.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention can be used for preparing nursing products for external washing or external application, has no toxic or side effect, can quickly detoxify and relieve itching, quickly astringe and eliminate inflammation when being externally used, can also relieve exterior syndrome and dispel wind, clear away heat and toxic materials, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, quickly eliminate rash, and can quickly and effectively treat various skin diseases such as skin pruritus, eczema and eczema, allergic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, urticaria, various tinea, whelk, acne and the like.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Example 1: a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin diseases comprises 15-25 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 10-15 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 10-15 parts of honeysuckle, 7-10 parts of aloe, 5-8 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5-8 parts of raw liquorice, 5-8 parts of golden cypress, 2-4 parts of peony root bark and 2-4 parts of cicada slough.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the Chinese medicinal composition is as follows:
1) drying, mixing and crushing the raw materials according to the amount, and then filling the mixture into a non-woven fabric filter bag;
2) adding 15 times of water for soaking for 30 minutes;
3) heating for decocting in water, and boiling for 120 min;
4) performing filter pressing, reserving filtrate, adding water 12 times of the raw material medicines into filter residue, and continuing decocting for 90 minutes;
5) carrying out filter pressing again, combining the filtrate with the filtrate obtained after the first filter pressing, adding 8 times of water of the raw material medicines into the filter residue, and continuously decocting for 60 minutes;
6) carrying out filter pressing again, and merging the filtrate and the mixed filtrate;
7) evaporating and concentrating the combined solution until the weight of the combined solution is about equal to that of the raw material medicines, thus obtaining the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution.
The concentrated solution of the traditional Chinese medicine of the embodiment can be directly used for washing the affected part for treatment, and can be diluted by adding water for use.
Example 2: a Chinese medicinal cream for treating dermatogic disease is prepared from the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution of example 1, glycerol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, essence, and phenoxyethanol.
The weight ratio of the materials in the embodiment is as follows:
20% of traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution, 5% of glycerol, 2% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.5% of essence, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol and the balance of 72% of distilled water.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine cream of the embodiment is as follows:
which comprises the following steps:
1) weighing glycerol, hydroxyethyl fiber and essence according to the weight proportion, mixing and stirring uniformly, and placing in a container A;
2) weighing the rest raw materials in proportion, mixing uniformly, and placing in a container B;
3) and (4) adding the mixed solution in the container B into the raw material solution in the container A while stirring, mixing and thickening, and uniformly thickening.
The traditional Chinese medicine cream in the embodiment can be applied to the affected part for treatment when in use.
Example 3: a medicated soap for treating dermatoses is prepared from the concentrated solution of the Chinese medicinal materials of example 1, plant soap base, and essence.
The dosage and weight ratio in the embodiment are as follows:
20% of traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution, 79.5% of plant soap base and 0.5% of essence.
The method for preparing the medicated soap of this example is as follows:
which comprises the following steps: 1) putting the plant soap base and the concentrated ointment into a container according to a certain proportion, and heating at a temperature of between 90 and 95 ℃;
2) heating and stirring are carried out while the soap base is melted and uniformly mixed, and heating is stopped after the soap base is completely melted into a liquid state and uniformly mixed;
3) when the temperature is reduced to about 80 ℃, adding essence, mixing and stirring uniformly;
4) then pouring the mixture into a handmade soap silica gel mold, and cooling and hardening to obtain the medicinal soap.
When the medicated soap is used, water is added to rub abundant foam to be applied to an affected part, and after the affected part is massaged for a few minutes, the medicated soap is washed by water.
Example 4: examples 2 to 3 application cases of the Chinese medicinal cream or soap
Case 1: yellow certain, female, 28 years old, pollen allergy on face, many years of stubborn diseases, allergy disappearance after washing face with Chinese medicine soap for 19 days, skin recovery.
Case 2: jiangzhi, male, 38 years old, with eczema infected in the pores on the back for 3 months, can be cured after bathing with the traditional Chinese medicine soap for 21 days.

Case 5: old people, male age 58, have mustard ringworm on the back of the hand, do not take effect after 2 years of treatment, and can be healed after being cleaned by the traditional Chinese medicine soap for 16 months.

Example 5: a medicated soap for treating dermatoses comprises the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution of example 1, palmitoleic acid, sorbitol, stearic acid, hydrogenated coconut oil, olive oil, camellia oil, shea butter, sodium lauroyl glutamate, glycine, vegetable soap base, and essence.
Clinical experiments prove that the medicinal soap can improve dry, sensitive and reactive skin or comedogenic skin and effectively treat acne, and the clinical experiments prove that the medicinal soap has the following relevant data:
1) the subjects who were included in the experiment were 30, aged 18 to 65 years, and divided into two groups, 15 subjects had dry skin, desquamation, erythema, pruritus and the like, and 15 subjects showed active inflammatory lesions (pimples or pustules) of acne on their faces.
The experiments were performed based on the following ethical requirements:
the subjects were all young people over 18 years of age;
screening and recruiting all subjects of the project under the supervision of an experimenter according to specific inclusion/non-inclusion criteria;
the subject is free;
all subjects of the project will be aware of the purpose and nature of the experiment;
all subjects in the project were informed of the risks that may exist in the test;
before the test begins, all persons participating in the test need to sign written consent;
before a subject contacts the test article, all safety information about the product and its individual components must be evaluated;
all precautions were taken to avoid adverse reactions.
Inclusion criteria for subjects were as follows:
a healthy female;
age 18-65 years;
not using/accepting other products or treatments that may interfere with the product to be tested;
no other skin diseases;
not recently participated in any other similar experiments.
The experimental process comprises the following steps:
the Chinese medicinal soap is placed in a foaming net by a subject to rub rich foam to be applied to the face, the face is massaged for 2 to 6 minutes and washed by clear water, and the moisture content, the sebum content and the like of the skin on the face of the subject are detected 7 days and 28 days after the use respectively.
Wherein the moisture content of skin is detected by Corneometer method, and sebum content of skin is measured bySM 815 was performed and the improvement effect was evaluated.
The criteria for evaluation are as follows:
1) improving the inflammatory state of skin redness/acne lesions

The test results are shown in fig. 1 to 4, and it can be seen from fig. 1 that the moisture content of the skin of the subjects after 7 days and 28 days after the application of the traditional Chinese medicine soap of the present embodiment is significantly increased by 14.0%, 19.5% compared to that before the application; as can be seen from fig. 2, the sebum content of the skin was significantly reduced by 23.7% and 40.2% after 7 days and 28 days after the subjects used the herbal soap of this example, compared to before the subjects used it. It can be seen from fig. 3 that the redness/inflammation of the skin of the acne lesions was improved in 90% and 100% of the subjects after 7 days and 28 days, respectively, after the subjects used the Chinese medicinal soap of this example. As can be seen from FIG. 4, 20% of subjects had improved skin smoothness after day 7 after the subject had received the herbal soap of this example; after 28 days of use, 77% of subjects had improved skin smoothness. And a positive evaluation was made by most subjects, as judged by the assessment of the subjects' tolerance.
As can be seen from the clinical effect evaluation experiments related to this example, the traditional Chinese medicine soap of this example can not only improve dryness, allergy and the like of the skin, but also has a significant improvement effect on inflammation of acne lesions.
The present invention and the embodiments thereof have been described above, but the description is not limited thereto, and the embodiments shown in the examples are only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual configuration is not limited thereto. In summary, those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

radix sophorae flavescentis, rhizoma atractylodis, honeysuckle, aloe, radix sileris, raw liquorice, golden cypress, peony root bark and cicada slough.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin diseases according to claim 1, wherein the dosage ratio of the raw materials is as follows:
15-25 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 10-15 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 10-15 parts of honeysuckle, 7-10 parts of aloe, 5-8 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5-8 parts of raw liquorice, 5-8 parts of golden cypress, 2-4 parts of peony root bark and 2-4 parts of cicada slough.
3. A care product for treating skin diseases, which is prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine composition of claim 1 or 2.
4. A skin care product according to claim 3, which is a Chinese medicinal cream or soap.
5. The product of claim 4, wherein the raw materials for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine cream further comprise glycerin, hydroxyethyl cellulose, essence, and phenoxyethanol.
6. The product of claim 4, wherein the raw materials for preparing said medicated soap further comprise a vegetable soap base and a perfume.
7. The product of claim 5, wherein the raw materials for preparing the medicated soap further comprise palmitoleic acid, sorbitol, stearic acid, hydrogenated coconut oil, olive oil, camellia oil, shea butter, sodium lauroyl glutamate, and glycine.
