All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Example 1: a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin diseases comprises 15-25 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 10-15 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 10-15 parts of honeysuckle, 7-10 parts of aloe, 5-8 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5-8 parts of raw liquorice, 5-8 parts of golden cypress, 2-4 parts of peony root bark and 2-4 parts of cicada slough.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the Chinese medicinal composition is as follows:
1) drying, mixing and crushing the raw materials according to the amount, and then filling the mixture into a non-woven fabric filter bag;
2) adding 15 times of water for soaking for 30 minutes;
3) heating for decocting in water, and boiling for 120 min;
4) performing filter pressing, reserving filtrate, adding water 12 times of the raw material medicines into filter residue, and continuing decocting for 90 minutes;
5) carrying out filter pressing again, combining the filtrate with the filtrate obtained after the first filter pressing, adding 8 times of water of the raw material medicines into the filter residue, and continuously decocting for 60 minutes;
6) carrying out filter pressing again, and merging the filtrate and the mixed filtrate;
7) evaporating and concentrating the combined solution until the weight of the combined solution is about equal to that of the raw material medicines, thus obtaining the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution.
The concentrated solution of the traditional Chinese medicine of the embodiment can be directly used for washing the affected part for treatment, and can be diluted by adding water for use.
Example 2: a Chinese medicinal cream for treating dermatogic disease is prepared from the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution of example 1, glycerol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, essence, and phenoxyethanol.
The weight ratio of the materials in the embodiment is as follows:
20% of traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution, 5% of glycerol, 2% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.5% of essence, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol and the balance of 72% of distilled water.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine cream of the embodiment is as follows:
which comprises the following steps:
1) weighing glycerol, hydroxyethyl fiber and essence according to the weight proportion, mixing and stirring uniformly, and placing in a container A;
2) weighing the rest raw materials in proportion, mixing uniformly, and placing in a container B;
3) and (4) adding the mixed solution in the container B into the raw material solution in the container A while stirring, mixing and thickening, and uniformly thickening.
The traditional Chinese medicine cream in the embodiment can be applied to the affected part for treatment when in use.
Example 3: a medicated soap for treating dermatoses is prepared from the concentrated solution of the Chinese medicinal materials of example 1, plant soap base, and essence.
The dosage and weight ratio in the embodiment are as follows:
20% of traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution, 79.5% of plant soap base and 0.5% of essence.
The method for preparing the medicated soap of this example is as follows:
which comprises the following steps: 1) putting the plant soap base and the concentrated ointment into a container according to a certain proportion, and heating at a temperature of between 90 and 95 ℃;
2) heating and stirring are carried out while the soap base is melted and uniformly mixed, and heating is stopped after the soap base is completely melted into a liquid state and uniformly mixed;
3) when the temperature is reduced to about 80 ℃, adding essence, mixing and stirring uniformly;
4) then pouring the mixture into a handmade soap silica gel mold, and cooling and hardening to obtain the medicinal soap.
When the medicated soap is used, water is added to rub abundant foam to be applied to an affected part, and after the affected part is massaged for a few minutes, the medicated soap is washed by water.

Clinical experiments prove that the medicinal soap can improve dry, sensitive and reactive skin or comedogenic skin and effectively treat acne, and the clinical experiments prove that the medicinal soap has the following relevant data:
1) the subjects who were included in the experiment were 30, aged 18 to 65 years, and divided into two groups, 15 subjects had dry skin, desquamation, erythema, pruritus and the like, and 15 subjects showed active inflammatory lesions (pimples or pustules) of acne on their faces.
The experiments were performed based on the following ethical requirements:
the subjects were all young people over 18 years of age;
screening and recruiting all subjects of the project under the supervision of an experimenter according to specific inclusion/non-inclusion criteria;
the subject is free;
all subjects of the project will be aware of the purpose and nature of the experiment;
all subjects in the project were informed of the risks that may exist in the test;
before the test begins, all persons participating in the test need to sign written consent;
before a subject contacts the test article, all safety information about the product and its individual components must be evaluated;
all precautions were taken to avoid adverse reactions.
Inclusion criteria for subjects were as follows:
a healthy female;
age 18-65 years;
not using/accepting other products or treatments that may interfere with the product to be tested;
no other skin diseases;
not recently participated in any other similar experiments.
The experimental process comprises the following steps:
the Chinese medicinal soap is placed in a foaming net by a subject to rub rich foam to be applied to the face, the face is massaged for 2 to 6 minutes and washed by clear water, and the moisture content, the sebum content and the like of the skin on the face of the subject are detected 7 days and 28 days after the use respectively.
Wherein the moisture content of skin is detected by Corneometer method, and sebum content of skin is measured by
