a second chain wheel (17) and a third chain wheel (18) are fixedly installed on the second rotating shaft (15), a fourth chain wheel (19) is fixed on the stirring shaft (4), a first chain (20) is sleeved on the second chain wheel (17) and the first chain wheel (13), and a second chain (21) is sleeved on the third chain wheel (18) and the fourth chain wheel (19).
