Abstract
The invention discloses a laminated plate vibrator and a using method thereof, wherein the laminated plate vibrator comprises a control part, a vibrator main body part and a film cutting part; the control part consists of a right handle vibrating switch and a left handle film disconnecting switch; the main body part of the vibrator consists of a vibrating blade, a motor, a connecting shaft, a triangular belt, a vibrating shaft and a vibrating blade vertical shaft; the film cutting part consists of a film shaft and a film cutting filament. The invention realizes the vibration of the floating slurry in the concrete of the cast-in-place part of the laminated slab through the corresponding control part by arranging the vibrator main body part consisting of the vibrating plate, the motor, the connecting shaft, the triangular belt, the vibrating shaft and the vibrating plate vertical shaft and the film cutting part consisting of the film shaft and the film cutting wire.

Background

the main body part of the vibrator consists of a vibrating blade, a motor, a connecting shaft, a triangular belt, a vibrating shaft and a vibrating blade vertical shaft; the connecting shaft and the motor are fixed on the board surface, the rotating shaft end of the motor is connected with the vibrating shaft through a triangular belt, two ends of the vibrating shaft are connected with the vibrating piece vertical shaft, and the lower end of the vibrating piece vertical shaft is connected with the vibrating piece;
the film cutting part consists of a film shaft and a film cutting wire, the film cutting wire is arranged on the film shaft, the film shaft is arranged on the plate surface, and the plate surface is also provided with a power interface for providing a power supply of the whole machine.
Furthermore, the motor is electrically connected with the right handle vibrating switch, and the right handle vibrating switch is a resistance type electricity control switch.

s3: the film cutting part moves backwards along with the vibrator to slowly cover the cast-in-place surface, and after the vibration of the film cutting part is finished, the film cutting wire is started to store heat and fuse the film to finish the operation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a laminated plate vibrator and a using method thereof, aiming at the quality problem of concrete vibration of a cast-in-place part after a prefabricated laminated plate is installed, the vibrator main body part consisting of a vibrating sheet, a motor, a connecting shaft, a triangular belt, a vibrating shaft and a vibrating sheet vertical shaft and a film cutting part consisting of a film shaft and a film cutting wire are arranged, and the vibration of floating slurry in the concrete of the cast-in-place part of the laminated plate is realized through a corresponding control part.

In the above embodiment, the main body of the vibrator is composed of a vibrating plate 3, a motor 4, a connecting shaft 5, a V-belt 6, a vibrating shaft 7 and a vibrating plate vertical shaft 8; the connecting shaft 5 and the motor 4 are both fixed on the board surface 14, the motor 4 is electrically connected with the right handle vibrating switch 11, and the right handle vibrating switch 11 is a resistance type electricity control switch; the rotating shaft end of the motor 4 is connected with a vibration shaft 7 through a triangular belt 6, two ends of the vibration shaft 7 are connected with a vibrating piece vertical shaft 8, and the lower end of the vibrating piece vertical shaft 8 is connected with the vibrating piece 3; when the vibrating plate is used, the vibrating switch 11 is turned on through the right handle, the motor 4 runs, the triangular belt 6 drives the vibrating shaft 7, and the vibrating shaft 7 drives the vibrating plate vertical shaft 8 to do elliptic circular motion, so that the operation is completed.

step three: the film cutting part slowly covers the cast-in-place surface along with the backward movement of the vibrator, after the vibration of the part is finished, the film cutting wire 10 stores heat and fuses the film to finish the operation by opening the left handle film cutting switch 12, the left handle film cutting switch 12 is a resistance type electricity control switch, the resistance can be adjusted to be electrified by loosening or tightening the handle according to the actual condition, and the minimum electrified quantity of the cut film is proper.

the film cutting part consists of a film shaft (9) and a film cutting wire (10), the film cutting wire (10) is installed on the film shaft (9), the film shaft (9) is installed on the plate surface (14), and the plate surface (14) is further provided with a power interface (13) for providing a power supply of the whole machine.
2. A laminated plate vibrator as defined in claim 1, wherein: the motor (4) is electrically connected with the right handle vibration switch (11), and the right handle vibration switch (11) is a resistance type electricity control switch.

4. A laminated plate vibrator as defined in claim 1, wherein: the motor (4) drives the vibrating piece vertical shaft (8) to do elliptic circular motion through the triangular belt (6) and the vibrating shaft (7).
5. A method of using a laminate vibrator according to any of claims 1-4, comprising the steps of:
s1: the power supply is connected through a power interface (13), and then the control part, the vibrator main body part and the film cutting part are correspondingly arranged on the plate surface (14);
s2: the vibrating switch (11) of the right handle is used for starting the motor (4) to be electrified and rotated to drive the V-belt (6) to rotate, the vibrating shaft (7) and the vibrating piece vertical shaft (8) are driven to rotate through the V-belt (6), the vibrating piece vertical shaft (8) drives the vibrating piece (3) to do elliptic circumferential motion, and floating slurry in concrete of a cast-in-place part of the on-site laminated slab is vibrated out;
s3: the film cutting part moves backwards along with the vibrator to slowly cover the cast-in-place surface, and after the vibration of the part is finished, the film cutting switch (12) is opened by a left handle, and the film cutting wire (10) stores heat and fuses the film to finish the operation.
