Unless specifically stated or limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," "affixed," "disposed," and the like as used in the description of embodiments of the application should be construed broadly. For example, the "connection" may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral arrangement; the device can be mechanically connected, electrically connected and communicated; it can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium; which may be a communication between two elements or an interaction between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the embodiments of the present application can be understood by those skilled in the art to which the present application pertains according to circumstances.
The filling fabric in the prior art mainly refers to a down filling fabric, wherein the down is strongly compressed and then rapidly filled, after the filling is completed, the fabric is sewn, and the down is beaten to be completely fluffy. The method for producing the filling fabric is complex in process flow and easy to cause secondary pollution to the environment. It is rare to produce filled fabrics using knitting methods. In view of these problems of the prior art and the market demand for filled fabrics, the inventors have conducted intensive studies and continuous experiments to find that the knitting process can provide an effective solution. The ecological filling fabric can be obtained by the weft knitting production process, but the obtained filling fabric has relatively large flower type limitation due to transverse filling. The ecological filling fabric obtained by the warp knitting production process not only can be integrally knitted to form a complete filling fabric, but also can form different jacquard effects, and has no secondary environmental pollution.
Example 1
Warp knitting brocade and polyester ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric and manufacturing method thereof
The embodiment specifically adopts a double needle bed Shan Guka jacquard warp knitting machine with 7 guide bars, the machine number E24, and the adopted yarn raw materials are as follows:
a is 30D/36F terylene DTY;
b, 150D/96F polyester thermal insulation yarn DTY;
c:30D/34F nylon FDY+20D spandex core-spun yarn;
d:50D/72F terylene +40D spandex core-spun yarn;
the machine table is provided with fabric specifications: longitudinal density 24cpc with gram weight 327g/m 2
The operation steps comprise: knitting a face knit layer 10 comprising alternating first and second face regions 101, 102 as shown in fig. 1-3; braiding a filled braid 20 having alternately connected first and second filled portions 201 and 202; and a bottom knitting layer 30, wherein the second facing region, the second filling portion, and the bottom knitting layer are connected by a knitting connection structure 40, the first filling portion 201 is knitted under the first facing region 101, the second filling portion 202 is knitted under the second facing region 102, and the first filling portion is knitted to have a larger size than the second filling portion in a thickness direction of the warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric. Specifically, the structure organization, the warp and the warp let-off amount are:
GB1:2-3/2-2/1-0/1-1//, full of penetrating A, warp let-off 2300mm;
GB2:1-0/0-0/1-2/1-1//, full of penetrating A and 1800mm of let-off quantity;
GB3:0-0/0-0/1-1/1-1//, full B and 475mm of warp let-off amount;
JB4.1:1-1/1-0/1-1/1-2//,1C1, and 2100mm of let-off;
JB4.2:1-1/1-0/1-1/1-2//,1C1, and 2100mm of let-off;
GB5:0-1/1-1/2-1/0-0//, full penetration C, warp feed 1950mm;
GB6:1-0/0-0/0-1/1-1/1-2/1-1/1-0/0-0//, full D and 1800mm of let-off.
Example 2
Warp knitting full-polyester ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric and manufacturing method thereof
The embodiment specifically adopts a double needle bed Shan Guka jacquard warp knitting machine with 7 guide bars, the machine number E24, and the adopted yarn raw materials are as follows:
a is 50D/36F terylene DTY;
b, 150D/288F terylene DTY;
c:50D/72F polyester DTY+40D spandex core-spun yarn;
the machine table is provided with fabric specifications: longitudinal density 22cpc with a gram weight of 355g/m 2
The specific operation steps are the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the structure organization, the warp penetrating and the warp delivering amount are as follows:
GB1:1-0/0-0/1-2/1-1//, full of penetrating A, warp let-off 1680mm;
GB2:2-3/2-2/1-0/1-1//, full of penetrating A, and 2100mm of let-off;
GB3:0-0/0-0/1-1/1-1//, full B, and 395mm of warp let-off;

The thickness of the warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric provided by the application can reach 2-3mm, and the gram weight range of the finished product can reach 200-400g/m 2 The heavier the grammage, the thicker the fabric thickness, and the more solid the filling effect of the fabric. Compared with the existing filling fabric on the market, the warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric provided by the application has soft hand feeling and good warmth retention property, does not generate phenomena such as down fly and the like in the production process and the using process, and does not generate secondary environmental pollution.

Claims (8)

1. The warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric is characterized by comprising the following components in sequence:
the surface braiding layer comprises a first surface layer area and a second surface layer area which are alternately connected;
the filling weaving layer comprises a first filling part and a second filling part which are alternately connected; and
a bottom braiding layer is arranged on the bottom braiding layer,
the first filling part is arranged below the first surface layer area, the second filling part is arranged below the second surface layer area, and the first filling part and the second filling part are filled along the warp direction of the warp-knitted ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric; and along the thickness direction of the warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric, the first filling part has a larger size than the second filling part; the second facing layer area, the second filling part and the bottom weaving layer are connected through a connecting structure, the filling weaving layer is obtained by filling inelastic yarns along the warp direction of the warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric, and a stacking effect with a certain thickness is formed in the thickness direction.
2. The warp knit, ecologically filled jacquard garment fabric of claim 1 wherein the first facing region is provided with a first jacquard pattern and/or the second facing region is provided with a second jacquard pattern.
3. The method for manufacturing the warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric is characterized by adopting a warp knitting double needle bed jacquard machine, and comprises the following operation steps of:
knitting a face knit layer comprising alternately connected first and second face regions;
braiding a filled braid having alternately connected first and second filled portions; a kind of electronic device with high-pressure air-conditioning system
A bottom knitting layer, a knitting connection structure connects the second surface layer area, the second filling part and the bottom knitting layer, wherein the first filling part is knitted below the first surface layer area, the second filling part is knitted below the second surface layer area, and the first filling part and the second filling part are filled along the warp direction of the warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric; and the first filling part is knitted with a larger size than the second filling part along the thickness direction of the warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric; the second facing area, the second filling part and the bottom braiding layer are connected through a connecting structure;
the filling braiding layer adopts inelastic yarn raw materials, the face braiding layer adopts inelastic yarn, the bottom braiding layer adopts inelastic yarn and elastic yarn, and the connecting structure adopts elastic yarn raw materials.

A method of manufacturing a warp knitted ecologically filled jacquard garment fabric as claimed in claim 3 wherein seven jacquard bars are employed, wherein the jacquard bars are provided on a fourth bar and split into a first jacquard bar and a second jacquard bar for use, GB1 and GB2 weave the face weave layer, GB3 weave the fill weave layer, the first and second jacquard bars weave the connection construction, GB5 and GB6 weave the bottom weave layer.
5. The method for manufacturing a warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric according to claim 4, wherein the first jacquard bar is JB4.1, the second jacquard bar is JB4.2, wherein,
the number of the backing yarn of GB1 is 2-3/1-0// or 1-0/1-2// and the number of the backing yarn of GB2 is 1-0/1-2// or 2-3/1-0//;
GB3 knitting weft insertion tissue;
the number of the yarn padding of JB4.1 is 1-1/1-0/1-1/1-2//, and the number of the yarn padding of JB4.2 is 1-1/1-0/1-1/1-2//;
the number of the padding yarns of GB5 is 0-1/2-1//, and the number of the padding yarns of GB6 is 1-0/0-1/1-2/1-0//.
6. The method for producing warp knitting ecological filling jacquard clothing fabric according to claim 5, wherein the number of the padding yarns of GB3 is 0-0/0-0/1-1//, 0-0/1-1//, 0-0/0-0//, 0-0/2//, 1-1// or 0-0/3-3/.
7. A method of making a warp knit, ecologically filled jacquard garment material in accordance with claim 3 wherein the first facing region is knit with a first jacquard pattern and/or the second facing region is knit with a second jacquard pattern.
8. Use of a warp knit ecologically filled jacquard garment fabric as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 2.
