The liquid resistance reducing agent is a low-carbon self-dispersion clean instant resistance reducing agent, water is used as a dispersion medium, an emulsion thickener is used as a water-based emulsion formed by an emulsion stabilizer, a composite inhibitor, namely high-concentration ammonium and potassium composite salt, is added into the water to form high cationic charge in the water, so that the electrolytic balance of the water is changed, the number of active hydrogen ions is reduced, the hydrolysis of modified polyacrylamide is inhibited, the modified polyacrylamide can swell in the water, so that the system loses fluidity, the main reason that the polyacrylamide can swell in the water is that a large number of active hydrogen ions exist in the water, so that the polyacrylamide can form hydrogen bonds through hydrolysis to swell, the hydrolysis of the modified polyacrylamide is inhibited, the fluidity of the system is good, and the prepared resistance reducing agent is uniform; meanwhile, a temperature-resistant stabilizer is added into the system, belongs to a hydrophilic and nonpolar weak electrolyte, has the characteristic that the electrolytic balance is insensitive to the temperature influence, and can inhibit the influence of temperature fluctuation on the hydrogen ion concentration of the water-based emulsion dispersion medium; in addition, a temperature-resistant suspending agent and an emulsifying thickener are added into the system, so that the stability of the system is improved, and the precipitation of the resistance reducing agent raw material modified polyacrylamide is prevented. The system of this application belongs to high concentration electrolyte system, and density is greater than water, and it adds and can sink naturally in aqueous, and the in-process electrolyte that sinks dissolves diffusion and produces concentration difference and high chemical potential energy impel the system to the regional diffusion of low concentration to make the product have the self dispersion effect in aqueous.
In the embodiment, the clay stabilizer is compounded in the liquid resistance reducing agent, so that the resistance reducing agent is endowed with the performances of resistance reduction and anti-swelling, the single agent standard of the resistance reducing agent is met, the requirement of site construction on the anti-swelling performance of slickwater is also met, the multifunctional resistance reducing agent provided by the invention is only required to be added during use, the requirements of the resistance reducing performance index and the anti-swelling performance index of the slickwater fracturing fluid can be met, multiple medicaments are not required to be added on site, the investment and use of equipment and pipelines are reduced, the requirements on equipment and personnel are reduced, and the site construction is enabled to be operated orderly, smoothly and in a standardized manner.
The preparation method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent of the embodiment comprises the following steps: adding a water-based dispersion medium, nano-silica and a clay stabilizer into a reaction kettle in sequence, uniformly stirring to form a dispersion system, adding a liquid resistance reducing agent, and uniformly stirring to finally prepare a multi-functional prefabricated product with multiple effects for field use, and directly adding water for mixing when the product is used on the field.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a multifunctional resistance reducing agent which is convenient to use, has the performance of reducing resistance and assisting in discharging, and comprises the following raw materials: 5% of water-based dispersion medium, 90% of liquid resistance reducing agent, 4% of fluorocarbon surfactant and 1% of nano silicon dioxide.
Wherein the water-based dispersion medium is an inhibition type emulsion water-based dispersion medium prepared by taking 10% of sorbitol fatty acid ester as an emulsifier, 40% of low molecular weight polyethylene glycol as an inhibitor and 50% of water by mass.
The liquid resistance reducing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 35% of water, 20% of composite inhibitor, 12% of polyethylene glycol (temperature-resistant stabilizer), 2% of span 80 (emulsifying thickener), 1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose (temperature-resistant suspending agent), 30% of anionic polyacrylamide (water-soluble polymer), and the molecular weight of the composite inhibitor is 2000 ten thousand, wherein the composite inhibitor is ammonium chloride and magnesium chloride, and the mass ratio is 1: 3.
The fluorocarbon surfactant used in this example was fluorocarbon surfactant 3721 from shanghai futian chemical technology co.
In the embodiment, the cleanup additive is compounded in the liquid drag reducer, so that the drag reducer is endowed with the performance of 'drag reduction + cleanup', the standard of a single drag reducer is met, the requirement of site construction on the drainage performance of slickwater is also met, the multifunctional drag reducer is only needed to be added during use, the requirements of the drag reduction performance index and the drainage performance index of slickwater fracturing fluid can be met, multiple medicaments are not needed to be added on site, the investment and use of equipment and pipelines are reduced, the requirements on equipment and personnel are reduced, and the site construction is enabled to run more orderly, smoothly and normatively.
The preparation method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent of the embodiment comprises the following steps: adding a water-based dispersion medium and nano-silica into a reaction kettle in sequence, uniformly stirring to form a dispersion system, then adding a liquid resistance reducing agent and a discharge aiding agent in sequence, uniformly stirring, and finally preparing a multifunctional prefabricated product with multiple effects for on-site use.

The embodiment provides a multifunctional resistance reducing agent which is convenient to use, has the performances of resistance reducing, anti-swelling and discharge assisting, and comprises the following raw materials: 15 percent of water-based dispersion medium, 63 percent of liquid resistance reducing agent, 17 percent of clay stabilizer (ammonium chloride and potassium chloride are in a mass ratio of 4:1), 3 percent of fluorocarbon surfactant and 2 percent of nano silicon dioxide.
Wherein the water-based dispersion medium is an inhibition type emulsion water-based dispersion medium prepared by taking 10% of sorbitol fatty acid ester as an emulsifier, 40% of low molecular weight polyethylene glycol as an inhibitor and 50% of water by mass.

The embodiment provides a slickwater fracturing fluid which is prepared by adding the 'resistance reducing + anti-swelling' type multifunctional resistance reducing agent in the embodiment 1 with the mass ratio of 0.30% into water for mixing, the field preparation operation is simple and convenient, and the problems of difficult construction, difficult management and disordered construction field caused by the need of simultaneously adding various additives on the construction field to meet the requirements of various performance indexes of the fracturing fluid are solved.
Example 6
The embodiment provides a slickwater fracturing fluid which is prepared by adding the 'resistance reduction + drainage assisting' type multifunctional resistance reducer in the embodiment 2 with the mass ratio of 0.10% into water for mixing, the field preparation operation is simple and convenient, and the problems of difficult construction, difficult management and disordered construction field caused by the fact that a plurality of additives need to be added simultaneously in order to meet the requirements of various performance indexes of the fracturing fluid on the construction field are solved.
Example 7
The embodiment provides a slickwater fracturing fluid which is prepared by adding the 'resistance reduction + drainage assisting' type multifunctional resistance reducer in the embodiment 2 with the mass ratio of 0.15% into water for mixing, the field preparation operation is simple and convenient, and the problems of difficult construction, difficult management and disordered construction field caused by the fact that a plurality of additives need to be added simultaneously in order to meet the requirements of various performance indexes of the fracturing fluid on the construction field are solved.

Performance verification
1. Performance of various embodiments of the multifunctional drag reducer product
The performance of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent product of the embodiment 1-3 is verified according to the requirements of the industry standard (NB/T14003.2-2016 shale gas fracturing fluid, part 2: resistance reducing agent performance index and test method), and the detection results of all indexes meet the requirements, specifically shown in the table I.

2. Slickwater fracturing fluid prepared from multifunctional resistance reducing agent product
According to the technical requirements of corresponding indexes in the industrial standard (NB/T14003.1-2015 shale gas fracturing fluid, part 1: slickwater performance index and evaluation method), the fracturing fluid prepared by the multifunctional resistance reducer products of examples 4-9 is subjected to performance verification, and the detection results of all indexes meet the requirements, which are shown in Table II.

In the second table, the drag reduction rate reflects the drag reduction performance of the slickwater fracturing fluid, the surface tension, the interfacial tension and the discharge rate reflect the drainage assisting performance of the slickwater fracturing fluid, and the CST ratio reflects the anti-swelling performance of the slickwater fracturing fluid. According to the detection result of the slickwater performance, the multifunctional resistance reducing agent product (embodiment 1-3) with corresponding performance is adopted, and the performance of the slickwater fracturing fluid (embodiment 4-9) prepared by directly dissolving meets the corresponding index requirement.
It can be seen from table two that, the slickwater fracturing fluids of examples 4 and 5 are prepared by dissolving the multifunctional resistance reducing agent of the type of 'resistance reduction + drainage assistance' in example 1 in water, and both the resistance reduction rate and the CST ratio meet the index requirements, which shows that the multifunctional purpose of 'resistance reduction + anti-swelling' is achieved, and the resistance reduction performance and the anti-swelling performance are good.
The slickwater fracturing fluid prepared by dissolving the multifunctional resistance reducing agent of the type of 'resistance reducing and drainage assisting' in the embodiment 2 in water meets the requirements on resistance reducing rate, surface tension, interfacial tension and drainage rate, and therefore the multifunctional purpose of 'resistance reducing and drainage assisting' is achieved, and the resistance reducing performance and the drainage assisting performance are good.
The slick water fracturing fluid of the embodiments 8 and 9 is prepared by dissolving the multifunctional resistance reducing agent of the type of 'resistance reducing, anti-swelling and discharge assisting' in the embodiment 3 in water, and the indexes of the resistance reducing rate, the surface tension, the interfacial tension, the CST ratio and the discharge rate all meet the standard requirements, so that the multifunctional purposes of 'resistance reducing, anti-swelling and discharge assisting' are achieved, and the resistance reducing, anti-swelling and discharge assisting performances are good.
Claims (10)
1. The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: a water-based dispersion medium, a drag reducer, a suspending dispersant, and at least one of a clay stabilizer and a cleanup additive; the use method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is directly adding into water for mixing.
2. The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use according to claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 10-20% of water-based dispersion medium, 60-70% of resistance reducing agent, 15-25% of clay stabilizer and 1-3% of suspension dispersant; the use method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is directly adding into water for mixing.
3. The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use according to claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 5-10% of water-based dispersion medium, 80-90% of resistance reducing agent, 2-10% of cleanup additive and 1-3% of suspending dispersant; the use method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is directly adding into water for mixing.

The multifunctional friction reducer convenient to use according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 10-20% of water-based dispersion medium, 60-70% of resistance reducing agent, 15-25% of clay stabilizer, 2-10% of cleanup additive and 1-3% of suspending dispersant.

The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the water-based dispersion medium is an inhibition type emulsion dispersion medium prepared from 10% by mass of sorbitol fatty acid ester as an emulsifier, 40% by mass of low molecular weight polyethylene glycol as an inhibitor and 50% by mass of water.
6. The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the resistance reducing agent comprises, by mass, 25 to 45% of water, 15 to 35% of a composite inhibitor, 5 to 15% of a temperature-resistant stabilizer, 1 to 3% of an emulsion thickener, 0.2 to 1.5% of a temperature-resistant suspending agent, and 15 to 45% of a water-soluble polymer.
7. The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the clay stabilizer is a composite salt of ammonium chloride and potassium chloride.
8. The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cleanup additive is a fluorocarbon surfactant.
9. The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the suspending dispersant is nano silica.
10. The slickwater fracturing fluid is characterized by being prepared by mixing the multifunctional resistance reducing agent as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9 with water, wherein the mass ratio of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is 0.1-0.3%.
