The liquid resistance reducing agent is a low-carbon self-dispersing cleaning instant resistance reducing agent, water is used as a dispersion medium, an emulsifying thickener is used as a water-based emulsion formed by an emulsion stabilizer, and a composite inhibitor, namely high-concentration ammonium and potassium composite salt, is added into water to form high cationic charges in the water, so that the electrolytic balance of the water is changed, the number of active hydrogen ions is reduced, the hydrolysis of modified polyacrylamide is inhibited, the modified polyacrylamide can swell in the water to cause the system to lose fluidity, and the main reason that the polyacrylamide can swell in the water is that a large number of active hydrogen ions exist in the water to cause the polyacrylamide to swell through hydrogen bond formation by hydrolysis; meanwhile, a temperature-resistant stabilizer is added into the system, which belongs to hydrophilic and nonpolar weak electrolyte, has the characteristic that the electrolytic balance is insensitive to temperature influence, and can inhibit the influence of temperature fluctuation on the concentration of hydrogen ions in the water-based emulsion dispersion medium; in addition, the temperature-resistant suspending agent and the emulsifying thickener are added into the system, so that the stability of the system is improved, and the precipitation of the resistance reducing agent raw material modified polyacrylamide is prevented. The system belongs to a high-concentration electrolyte system, has the density greater than that of water, can naturally sink when being added into the water, and generates concentration difference and high chemical potential energy by electrolyte dissolution and diffusion in the sinking process, so that the system is promoted to diffuse to a low-concentration area, and the product has self-dispersing effect in the water.
According to the embodiment, the clay stabilizer is compounded in the liquid resistance reducing agent, so that the resistance reducing agent has the properties of resistance reduction and expansion resistance, the single-agent standard of the resistance reducing agent is met, the requirement of site operation on the expansion resistance of slickwater is met, the requirement of the slickwater fracturing fluid on the resistance reducing performance index and the expansion resistance index can be met only by adding the multifunctional resistance reducing agent, and the requirement of the slickwater fracturing fluid on the resistance reducing performance index and the expansion resistance index can be met without adding various agents on site, so that the investment and the use of equipment and pipelines are reduced, the requirement on equipment and personnel is reduced, and the site operation is more orderly, smooth and standardized.
The preparation method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent comprises the following steps: adding a water-based dispersion medium, nano silicon dioxide and a clay stabilizer into a reaction kettle in sequence, stirring uniformly to form a dispersion system, adding a liquid resistance reducing agent, stirring uniformly, and finally preparing a multi-functional prefabricated product with one agent and multiple effects, so that the multifunctional prefabricated product is convenient for on-site use, and can be directly added into water for mixing when being used on-site.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use, which has the performance of 'resistance reduction and discharge assisting', and the raw materials comprise: 5% of water-based dispersion medium, 90% of liquid friction reducer, 4% of fluorocarbon surfactant and 1% of nano silicon dioxide.
Wherein the water-based dispersion medium is an inhibition type emulsion water-based dispersion medium prepared by taking 10% of sorbitol fatty acid ester as an emulsifier, 40% of low molecular weight polyethylene glycol as an inhibitor and 50% of water.
The liquid resistance reducing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 35% of water, 20% of a composite inhibitor, 12% of polyethylene glycol (a temperature-resistant stabilizer), 2% of span 80 (an emulsifying thickener), 1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose (a temperature-resistant suspending agent), 30% of anionic polyacrylamide (a water-soluble polymer) and the molecular weight of 2000 ten thousand, wherein the composite inhibitor is ammonium chloride and magnesium chloride, and the mass ratio is 1:3.
The fluorocarbon surfactant used in this example was fluorocarbon surfactant 3721 of Shanghai Fufield chemical technology Co., ltd.
According to the embodiment, the resistance reducing agent is endowed with the performance of 'resistance reducing and discharge assisting', namely the resistance reducing agent is compounded with the resistance assisting agent, so that the resistance reducing agent meets the single-agent standard of the resistance reducing agent, and meets the requirement of site construction on the discharge assisting performance of slickwater.

The embodiment provides a multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use, which has the properties of resistance reduction, expansion prevention and drainage assisting, and comprises the following raw materials: 15% by mass of water-based dispersion medium, 63% by mass of liquid friction reducer, 17% by mass of clay stabilizer (ammonium chloride and potassium chloride in a mass ratio of 4:1), 3% by mass of fluorocarbon surfactant and 2% by mass of nano silicon dioxide.

The preparation method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent comprises the following steps: adding a water-based dispersion medium, nano silicon dioxide and a clay stabilizer into a reaction kettle in sequence, stirring uniformly to form a dispersion system, then adding a liquid resistance reducing agent and a discharge assisting agent into the reaction kettle in sequence, stirring uniformly, and finally preparing a multi-functional prefabricated product with multiple effects, so that the multifunctional prefabricated product is convenient for on-site use, and directly adding the multifunctional prefabricated product into water for mixing when the multifunctional prefabricated product is used on site.

The embodiment provides a slickwater fracturing fluid, which is prepared by adding 0.20% of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent with the mass ratio of 'resistance reduction and expansion prevention' in the embodiment 1 into water for mixing, has simple and convenient preparation operation, and solves the problems of difficult construction, difficult management and disordered construction site caused by the fact that a plurality of additives are required to be added simultaneously in order to meet the requirements of various performance indexes of the fracturing fluid on a construction site.

The embodiment provides a slickwater fracturing fluid, which is prepared by adding the multifunctional resistance reducing agent with the mass ratio of 0.30% and the multifunctional resistance reducing agent with the mass ratio of 1, wherein the on-site preparation operation is simple and convenient, and the problems of difficult construction, difficult management and disordered construction site caused by the fact that a plurality of additives are required to be added simultaneously in order to meet the requirements of various performance indexes of the fracturing fluid on the construction site are solved.

The embodiment provides a slickwater fracturing fluid, which is prepared by adding 0.10% of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent with the mass ratio of 'resistance reduction plus drainage assisting' in the embodiment 2 into water for mixing, is simple and convenient to prepare and operate on site, and solves the problems of difficult construction, difficult management and disordered construction site caused by the fact that various additives are required to be added simultaneously in order to meet the requirements of various performance indexes of the fracturing fluid on the construction site.

Performance verification
1. Performance of various embodiments of the multifunctional resistance-reducing agent product
According to the requirements of industry standards (NB/T14003.2-2016 shale gas fracturing fluid, part 2: resistance reducing agent performance indexes and test methods), performance verification is carried out on the multifunctional resistance reducing agent products of the examples 1-3, and detection results of all indexes meet the requirements, and are shown in the table one.

2. Slick water fracturing fluid performance prepared from multifunctional resistance reducing agent product
According to the technical requirements of corresponding indexes in industry standards (NB/T14003.1-2015 shale gas fracturing fluid, part 1: slickwater performance indexes and evaluation methods), performance verification is carried out on fracturing fluid prepared by the multifunctional resistance reducing agent products of examples 4-9, and detection results of all indexes meet the requirements, and are specifically shown in a table II.

In Table II, the resistivity reflects the resistivity of the slickwater fracturing fluid, the surface tension, interfacial tension and drainage rate reflect the drainage assisting performance of the slickwater fracturing fluid, and the CST ratio reflects the swelling preventing performance of the slickwater fracturing fluid. According to the detection result of the slickwater performance, the performance of the slickwater fracturing fluid (examples 4-9) prepared by adopting the multifunctional resistance reducing agent products (examples 1-3) with corresponding performances after direct dissolution meets the corresponding index requirements.
From Table II, the slickwater fracturing fluids of examples 4 and 5 are prepared by dissolving example 1 (the multifunctional resistance reducing agent of 'resistance reducing + drainage assisting') in water, and the resistance reducing rate and the CST ratio meet the index requirements, so that the multifunctional purpose of 'resistance reducing + swelling preventing' is achieved, and the resistance reducing performance and the swelling preventing performance are good.
The slickwater fracturing fluids of examples 6 and 7 are prepared by dissolving example 2 (the multifunctional resistance reducing agent with resistance reducing and drainage assisting) in water, and the resistance reducing rate, the surface tension, the interfacial tension and the drainage rate all meet the requirements, which shows that the multifunctional purpose of resistance reducing and drainage assisting is achieved, and the resistance reducing performance and the drainage assisting performance are good.
The slickwater fracturing fluid of examples 8 and 9 is prepared by dissolving example 3 (the multifunctional resistance reducing agent of ' resistance reducing + swelling preventing + drainage assisting ') in water, and indexes of resistance reducing rate, surface tension, interfacial tension, CST ratio and drainage rate all meet standard requirements, so that the multifunctional resistance reducing + swelling preventing + drainage assisting ' is achieved, and the multifunctional resistance reducing, swelling preventing and drainage assisting performances are good.
Claims (9)
1. The multifunctional resistance reducing agent convenient to use is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: a water-based dispersion medium, a friction reducer, a suspension dispersant, at least one of a clay stabilizer and a cleanup additive; the application method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent comprises the steps of directly adding the multifunctional resistance reducing agent into water for mixing;
the resistance reducing agent comprises, by mass, 25-45% of water, 15-35% of a composite inhibitor, 5-15% of a temperature-resistant stabilizer, 1-3% of an emulsifying thickener, 0.2-1.5% of a temperature-resistant suspending agent and 15-45% of a water-soluble polymer;
the water-soluble polymer is anionic polyacrylamide with the molecular weight of 2000 ten thousand;
the temperature-resistant stabilizer is polyethylene glycol, the emulsifying thickener is span 80, and the temperature-resistant suspending agent is hydroxyethyl cellulose.
2. The multifunctional drag reducer convenient to use according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 10-20% by mass of water-based dispersion medium, 60-70% by mass of resistance reducing agent, 15-25% by mass of clay stabilizer and 1-3% by mass of suspension dispersing agent; the application method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is that the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is directly added into water for mixing.
3. The multifunctional drag reducer convenient to use according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 5-10% of water-based dispersion medium, 80-90% of resistance reducing agent, 2-10% of cleanup additive and 1-3% of suspension dispersing agent; the application method of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is that the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is directly added into water for mixing.
4. The multifunctional drag reducer convenient to use according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 10-20% of water-based dispersion medium, 60-70% of resistance reducing agent, 15-25% of clay stabilizer, 2-10% of cleanup additive and 1-3% of suspension dispersing agent.

The multifunctional drag reducing agent for convenient use according to claim 1, wherein the water-based dispersion medium is an inhibition type emulsion dispersion medium prepared by using 10% by mass of sorbitol fatty acid ester as an emulsifier, 40% by mass of low molecular weight polyethylene glycol as an inhibitor and 50% by mass of water.
6. The convenient-to-use multifunctional resistance reducing agent according to claim 1, wherein the clay stabilizer is a compound salt of ammonium chloride and potassium chloride.
7. The convenient-to-use multifunctional friction reducer of claim 1, wherein the cleanup additive is a fluorocarbon surfactant.
8. The convenient-to-use multifunctional friction reducer according to claim 1, wherein the suspension dispersant is nano silicon dioxide.
9. The slick water fracturing fluid is characterized by being prepared by mixing the multifunctional resistance reducing agent according to any one of claims 1-8 with water, wherein the mass ratio of the multifunctional resistance reducing agent is 0.1% -0.3%.
