Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a waterproof sheet, in particular to a manufacturing method of an adhesive tape type rubber waterproof sheet and a product thereof.
Background
In the market of building waterproof materials in China at present, main products of flexible waterproof materials comprise waterproof sheets or waterproof rolls and waterproof coatings, the waterproof sheets occupy 90% of market share, and the waterproof sheets comprise two types of products, namely homogeneous rubber waterproof sheets and modified asphalt waterproof rolls, and appear in the nineties of China.
Homogeneous sheet rubber waterproof sheets are popular in the market with excellent physical properties such as extensibility, high and low temperature resistance and the like and cold working method construction; however, the homogeneous rubber waterproof sheet is gradually abandoned by people over time because the homogeneous rubber waterproof sheet is easy to age and crack under strong sunlight irradiation and the influence of climatic factors such as thermal expansion, cold contraction and the like because no reinforcing material, namely no fiber reinforcing function, exists in the sheet, and the sheet is difficult to accept the corrosion of a binder solvent due to the smooth and tough sheet surface, so that the sheet is difficult to be firmly adhered, thereby causing the consequences of high construction difficulty and difficult guarantee of construction quality.
The modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is a product obtained by modifying asphalt with rubber and high-molecular polymer, the modified asphalt juice is fully permeated and attached to fibrofelt, and a strip-shaped sheet material with plastic films on two surfaces is cut and rolled into a roll shape according to a specified length so as to be beneficial to storage and transportation. The modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has the defects that the low-temperature resistance is poor, a blowtorch is needed to bake a plastic film on the surface of the coiled material and asphalt in the film during construction, the coiled material can be adhered to a foundation and the coiled material by using the adhesiveness of the asphalt, the material is not seen by people from the beginning due to the defect of construction, but the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is good in fatigue resistance and aging resistance and long in service life along with the prolonging of time, and in addition, a more ideal substitute product cannot be found in the market, so that the situation that the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is monopolized in the market at present is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a rubber-tape-type waterproof rubber sheet and a product thereof, by using the technical scheme, the excellent elasticity and high and low temperature resistance of a homogeneous waterproof rubber sheet, and the characteristics of high tensile strength, cracking resistance and aging resistance of a modified asphalt waterproof roll are comprehensively retained; the shortcoming that homogeneous piece rubber waterproof sheet material is easy to crack, easy to age and difficult to construct is avoided, the problem that the low-temperature resistance of a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is poor is also avoided, especially, a viscose layer is paved and coated on the bottom layer of the sheet material, in order to facilitate storage and transportation, the sheet material is packaged into a roll shape like an adhesive tape, during construction, the sheet material is torn, the sheet material is pasted on a base layer like an adhesive tape or the connection of the waterproof sheet material is carried out, the construction task of the sheet material is easily and quickly completed, and therefore safety emergency of construction operation needing open fire is avoided in actual construction.

As a further technical scheme, the liquid rubber is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
as a further technical scheme, the solvent oil is any one of waste engine oil, three-line and naphthenic oil; the high polymer is coumarone resin or petroleum resin; the asphalt is 10# asphalt or 90# asphalt; the rubber is thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber; the filler is any one of carbon black, talcum powder or calcium stone powder.
As a further technical scheme, the surface layer is composed of polyester non-woven fabrics or polyethylene films, the adhesive attaching layer is composed of polypropylene non-woven fabrics, and the adhesive layer is composed of rubber adhesives.
A manufacturing method of an adhesive tape type rubber waterproof sheet comprises the following steps:
1) injecting solvent oil into a sealed stirring tank, adding tire rubber powder while heating and stirring to 260 ℃, stopping heating and continuing stirring for 30 min;
2) adding a high polymer into the slurry prepared in the step 1), and stirring for 30 min;
3) adding asphalt into the slurry prepared in the step 2), and stirring until the temperature is reduced to 200 ℃;
4) adding SBS rubber into the slurry prepared in the step 3), and stirring until the temperature is reduced to 180 ℃;
5) when the temperature of the slurry prepared in the step 4) is 180 ℃, adding the filler and continuously stirring until the temperature is reduced to 150-160 ℃;
6) when the temperature of the slurry prepared in the step 5) is 150 ℃, injecting the slurry into a colloid mill for grinding to prepare liquid rubber, and putting the prepared liquid rubber into a dipping tank for standby;
7) putting the polyester felt into a dipping tank, dipping the polyester felt into liquid rubber, fully dipping the liquid rubber into fiber gaps of the polyester felt in a dipping and extruding mode, and sticking the liquid rubber on the upper surface and the lower surface of the polyester felt to prepare a main body layer;

B. Because a large amount of tire rubber powder is used, the amount of the thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber and the coumarone resin can be reduced as appropriate on the premise of ensuring the quality, so that the elasticity of the liquid rubber after curing is ensured, and the activity of the liquid rubber after curing is effectively improved.
C. The asphalt is No. 90 asphalt which is less than the total amount of thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber and tire rubber powder, fully represents the bonding performance of the asphalt, and simultaneously reduces the sensitivity of the asphalt to climate temperature change.
D. The filler is the combination of carbon black and waste engine oil, under the combination of the whole material, the viscous liquid rubber is solidified into gel at normal temperature, does not flow at the high temperature of 80 ℃, and still is gel at the low temperature of minus 20 ℃, so the adhesive has strong adhesive property, and can effectively prevent the surface of the product from cracking.
The tire rubber powder in the technical scheme of the invention is obtained by stripping the tire rubber powder from old tires on automobiles and airplanes, removing fiber and metal through screening and crushing, and is a known commercial product.
When the adhesive tape type rubber waterproof sheet is applied, the product is rolled into a cylinder, the cylinder can be opened, the adhesive layer is directly paved on the working surface for construction application, open fire heating is not needed, the adhesive tape type rubber waterproof sheet still has good flexibility at low temperature, and can be well bonded at low temperature, so that the construction requirement is met, the construction process is effectively simplified, and the working efficiency is improved.
