Description

Online cutting method for glass sheet
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of glass manufacturing, and particularly relates to an online cutting method for a glass original sheet.
Background
Along with the popularization of photovoltaic module double-vitrification, more and more enterprises invest in glass original sheet production lines, and along with the operation of the production lines, some problems are gradually exposed. Because the glass original sheet has some inevitable defects in the production process, the glass original sheet falls into a defective product due to the defects after being cut and divided according to the product specification in the later process. And the traditional production line cuts the glass with the same specification, the whole glass with the specification can be judged to be bad if the glass has defects, and the current mode of judging the defects and then judging the whole glass to be the defective glass greatly increases the area of the defective glass, reduces the production rate of the production line and wastes resources.
In view of this, the invention particularly provides a more optimized method for the on-line cutting of glass original sheets, which improves the production rate of a production line, saves resources and avoids waste.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of low productivity, resource waste caused by overlarge rejected glass area and the like of the traditional glass cutting method in the prior art, the invention provides the method for cutting the glass original sheet on line.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides an on-line cutting method of a glass sheet, which comprises the following steps:
(1) acquiring size data of a target glass sheet, and processing the size data;
(2) reading the defects of the glass original sheet, identifying the size of the area of the target glass sheet where the defects are located, and processing the obtained defect data;
(3) calculating a cutting scheme, and cutting on line;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining size data of a target glass sheet and defect data of an original glass sheet by adopting a conventional method in the field, wherein the size data of the target glass sheet comprises size, thickness and the like, and the defect data comprises defect size, shape, position of a defect on the original glass sheet and the like; the cutting is performed by conventional cutting means such as diamond or laser cutting.
The cutting scheme is as follows:
(a) when the defects in the step (2) are concentrated on the target glass sheet area, the length of the target glass sheet area in the glass original sheet traction direction is less than one half of the length of the target glass sheet in the glass original sheet traction direction, direct cutting is carried out after the defects, and glass at the positions of the defects is abandoned;
(b) and (3) when the defects in the step (2) are concentrated on the target glass sheet area, and the length of the target glass sheet area in the glass original sheet drawing direction is more than or equal to one half of the length of the target glass sheet in the glass original sheet drawing direction, directly cutting or not cutting after the defects.
Further, in the step (b), when the defects are concentrated on the two sides of the target glass sheet in the step (2), directly cutting after the defects and abandoning the glass at the defects; and (3) when the defects in the step (2) are concentrated on one side of the target glass sheet, selecting glass at the position where the defects are not cut, and normally cutting according to the size of the target glass sheet.
Preferably, the target glass sheet is a glass strip perpendicular to the drawing direction of the original glass sheet, the target glass sheet is cut into one or more glass plates, and the target glass sheet can be selectively cut into one, two, four, eight or ten pieces according to requirements.
Preferably, the glass plate is square or rectangular.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, the size and the position of the defect on the original glass sheet are firstly obtained, the defect area can be accurately cut according to the size of the defect area and based on the size data of the target glass, and the defect is abandoned in advance to distinguish the glass, so that the area of defective glass is reduced, the production rate of a production line is improved, excessive waste is avoided, and resources are saved.
(2) The cutting method is an online continuous cutting method, the target glass sheet produced by the method is glass with one specification, and compared with the prior art that the cutting of defective glass and the cutting into glass with different plate sizes can be finished only by combining a main production line and an auxiliary production line, the cutting method is simple and convenient, and can be directly used for producing the target glass sheet on the production line.
