Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preventing a perforated adhesive film from deforming after cutting, which comprises the following steps: s1, processing a cutter: measuring the width of a central hole (2) in the adhesive film blank (5), milling an arc-shaped groove (8) on the right end face of the straight cutter, ensuring that the width of the arc-shaped groove (8) is greater than that of the central hole (2), and simultaneously ensuring that the lower edge of the arc-shaped groove (8) penetrates through a cutting edge (9) of the straight cutter, thereby machining a cutter (10); s3, the left end part of the adhesive film blank (5) is downwards cut by the cutter (10), the cutting edge (9) of the cutter (10) is cut into the adhesive film blank (5), and partial materials of the left end part of the adhesive film blank (5) are contained in the arc-shaped groove (8) so as to form an arc-shaped protrusion (13) matched with the arc-shaped groove (8) on the adhesive film blank (5). The beneficial effects of the invention are: the qualification rate of the adhesive film with holes is improved, the cutting quality of the adhesive film with holes is improved, and the product quality is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cutting processing of a perforated adhesive film, in particular to a method for preventing the deformation of the perforated adhesive film after cutting.
Background
The structure of the finished adhesive film with the hole is shown in figure 1, and comprises an adhesive film body (1), wherein a center hole (2) is formed in the middle of the adhesive film body (1), the side edge (3) of the adhesive film body (1) is a straight edge, and the two surfaces of the adhesive film body (1) are both weakly sticky. The existing method for processing the adhesive film with the hole is to bond an adhesive film blank (5) with a center hole (2) on a workbench (4), and then downwards cut the left redundant part of the adhesive film blank (5) by a straight cutter (6) as shown in figure 2, so as to obtain the required adhesive film with the hole.
After cutting, the side edge (3) is sunken towards the direction of the central hole (2) to form an arc-shaped surface (7) as shown in figures 3 to 4, the product is unqualified and does not meet the production requirement, and the reason for forming the arc-shaped surface (7) is as follows: I. after the straight cutting knife (6) cuts the adhesive film blank (5), cutting stress is generated on a cutting surface, the width of a material between the straight cutting knife (6) and the central hole (2) is small, the intensity of the cutting stress is small, and therefore the side edge of the adhesive film blank (5) is sunken towards the central hole (2) under the cutting stress, and an arc-shaped surface (7) is formed. II. The glue film blank (5) is adhered to the workbench (4), the shearing stress generated when the straight cutter (6) cuts the glue film blank (5) is completely acted on the side edge of the glue film blank (5), and the material on the side edge of the glue film blank (5) is extruded towards the direction of the central hole (2) by the shearing stress, so that an arc-shaped surface is formed. Therefore, a method for improving the qualification rate and the cutting quality of the adhesive film with holes is needed.

s3, the cutter in the step S1 is adopted to cut the left end part of the adhesive film blank downwards, the cutting edge of the cutter is cut into the adhesive film blank, partial material of the left end part of the adhesive film blank is contained in the arc-shaped groove to form an arc-shaped bulge matched with the arc-shaped groove on the adhesive film blank, after the cutting edge is contacted with the release film, a finished product adhesive film with holes with the arc-shaped bulge can be cut, the arc-shaped bulge is formed on the side edge of the finished product adhesive film with holes, the arc-shaped bulge compensates the concave deformation of the material between the central hole and the adhesive film blank towards the direction of the central hole, and after the product is placed for a period of time, the arc-shaped bulge becomes a straight edge, so that the qualification rate of the adhesive film with holes is improved, and the cutting quality of the adhesive film with holes is improved.

When the adhesive film blank is cut by the cutter, the adhesive force between the adhesive film blank and the release film is small, so that when the adhesive film blank is cut by the cutter, the adhesive film blank slides relative to the workbench in the direction away from the cutter, thereby eliminating the cutting stress, effectively avoiding the material on the side edge of the adhesive film blank from sinking towards the direction of the central hole, and further improving the cutting quality of the adhesive film with the hole.

s1, processing a cutter: measuring the width of a central hole 2 in an adhesive film blank 5, wherein the central hole 2 is rectangular or square, milling an arc-shaped groove 8 on the right end face of a straight cutter, ensuring that the width of the arc-shaped groove 8 is larger than that of the central hole 2 as the cross section of the arc-shaped groove 8 is arc-shaped, and ensuring that the lower edge of the arc-shaped groove 8 penetrates through a cutting edge 9 of the straight cutter, so that a cutter 10 is machined as shown in FIGS. 6 to 7;
s2, horizontally placing the release film 12 on a workbench 4; placing the adhesive film blank 5 on the top surface of the release film 12 as shown in fig. 5;
s3, the cutter 10 in the step S1 is adopted to cut the left end portion of the adhesive film blank 5 downwards, the cutting edge 9 of the cutter 10 is cut into the adhesive film blank 5, partial materials of the left end portion of the adhesive film blank 5 are contained in the arc-shaped groove 8, so that an arc-shaped bulge 13 matched with the arc-shaped groove 8 is formed on the adhesive film blank 5, when the cutting edge 9 contacts the release film 12, a finished product adhesive film with holes and the arc-shaped bulge 13 can be cut, as shown in figure 8, the arc-shaped bulge 13 is formed on the side edge of the finished product adhesive film with holes, the arc-shaped bulge 13 compensates the concave deformation of the materials between the central hole 2 and the adhesive film blank 5 towards the central hole 2, and when the product is placed for a period of time, the arc-shaped bulge 13 becomes a straight edge, so that the qualification rate of the adhesive film with holes is improved, and the cutting quality of the adhesive film with holes is improved.
In addition, when the cutting knife 10 cuts the adhesive film blank 5, because the adhesive force between the adhesive film blank 5 and the release film 12 is small, when the cutting knife 10 is cutting the adhesive film blank 5, the adhesive film blank 5 slides towards the direction far away from the cutting knife 10 relative to the workbench 4, so that the cutting stress is eliminated, the material on the side edge of the adhesive film blank 5 is effectively prevented from sinking towards the direction of the central hole 2, and the cutting quality of the adhesive film with the hole is further improved.
The top of the cutter 10 is provided with a cutter handle, and the cutter handle is arranged on the power end of the cutting machine.

s3, the left end portion of the adhesive film blank (5) is cut downwards by the aid of the cutter (10) in the step S1, a cutting edge (9) of the cutter (10) is cut into the adhesive film blank (5), partial materials of the left end portion of the adhesive film blank (5) are contained in the arc-shaped groove (8), so that an arc-shaped protrusion (13) matched with the arc-shaped groove (8) is formed on the adhesive film blank (5), when the cutting edge (9) contacts the release film (12), a finished product of the adhesive film with the arc-shaped protrusion (13) can be cut, the arc-shaped protrusion (13) is formed on the side edge of the finished product of the adhesive film with the holes, the arc-shaped protrusion (13) compensates for concave deformation of the materials between the central hole (2) and the adhesive film blank (5) towards the central hole (2), and after the product is placed for a period of time, the arc-shaped protrusion (13) becomes a straight edge, accordingly, the qualified rate of the adhesive film with the holes is improved, and the cutting quality of the adhesive film with the holes is improved.
