When the viscous material storage arch breaking device works, the power source 1 provides a power source for the movement of the upper and lower mechanisms 2 and the rectangular pipe frame 3, the power source 1 moves to drive the upper and lower mechanisms 2 to move, the upper and lower mechanisms 2 drive the rectangular pipe frame 3 to move, the rectangular pipe frame 3 is positioned in the viscous material storage body, and the movement of the rectangular pipe frame 3 prevents the viscous material in the viscous material storage body from arching.

The motor rotates forward and reversely alternately to drive the speed reducer to rotate forward and reversely alternately, the output shaft of the speed reducer rotates forward and reversely alternately to drive the transmission chain 11 to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise alternately, the transmission chain 11 rotates to drive the short shaft 12 to rotate forward and reversely, the short shaft 12 rotates forward and reversely to drive the connecting piece 9 to shake, the connecting piece 9 shakes to drive the rectangular pipe rack 3 to vibrate, meanwhile, the short shaft 12 rotates to drive the cam 13 to rotate, the cam 13 rotates to drive the shaft 14 to rotate, the shaft 14 is connected with the spring 6, and when the shaft 14 rotates, the spring 6 plays a role of stable connection, namely the shaft 14 is connected with the viscous material storage bin body through the spring 6 and the spring sleeve 7.
The connecting piece 9 is of an elliptic ring structure, an upper flange shaft 15 and a lower flange shaft 10 are welded in the upper and lower shaft directions of the elliptic ring structure, the upper end of the upper flange shaft 15 is connected with the upper end of the spring sleeve 7 through a transverse plate 16, and the lower flange shaft 10 is connected with the rectangular pipe frame 3.
The short shaft 12 is sleeved with the connecting piece 9, so that flexible connection between the short shaft 12 and the connecting piece 9 is provided, not rigid connection, a flexible and light power source is provided for the rectangular pipe rack 3, and vibration hardness of the rectangular pipe rack 3 is relieved.

Referring to fig. 2, the rectangular pipe racks 3 are multiple groups, the rectangular pipe racks 3 are uniformly distributed in the viscous material storage bin body, in this embodiment, the rectangular pipe racks 3 are two, namely, a rectangular pipe rack I31 and a rectangular pipe rack II 32, the rectangular pipe rack I31 and the rectangular pipe rack II 32 are of identical structures, and a power source is also arranged above the rectangular pipe rack II 32, and for simplicity, the power source of the rectangular pipe rack II 32 is not shown in fig. 2.
The whole rectangular pipe frame 3 is of a cuboid structure.
The upper ends of the two sides of the rectangular pipe support 3 are respectively provided with a power source 1 and an upper mechanism 2.
