Referring to fig. 1 and 10 in combination, two tensioning rotating rods 34 are located between the extruding rotating rod 33 and the rolling rotating rod 35, rectangular notches are formed in the middles of opposite sides of the two shells 1, the two bubble films 7 in the upper and lower positions are respectively flatly laid on the rectangular notches, and the bubble films 7 in the rectangular notches are used for packaging furniture panels and are also used for placing the furniture panels; a backing plate 6 is fixedly mounted on one side of the inner wall of the lower housing 1, the backing plate 6 and the rectangular notch are kept aligned up and down, a bubble film 7 is tiled on the top of the backing plate 6, and the backing plate 6 mainly provides support for the lower bubble film 7 and the furniture panel, so that the furniture panel can be placed on the bubble film 7.
Referring to fig. 2, the lifting mechanism 2 includes a hydraulic cylinder 21 and two fixing frames 22, the hydraulic cylinder 21 and the two fixing frames 22 are both fixedly installed on one side of the lower casing 1, and the output end of the hydraulic cylinder 21 is fixedly connected with the upper casing 1; the two fixing frames 22 are symmetrically distributed with the hydraulic cylinder 21 as a central axis, and one side of the upper shell 1 is slidably mounted with the two fixing frames 22.
The working principle of the assembled furniture panel packaging machine provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
when the furniture is used, the laser irradiation source 472 is started, a plurality of mark points can be irradiated on the air bubble film 7 at the position of the lower rectangular notch, at the moment, two furniture panels with L-shaped structures are placed on the air bubble film 7 below by a worker according to the mark points, and after the placement is finished, the packaging operation is started.
The hydraulic cylinder 21 is controlled to be started, the upper shell 1 can be driven to move downwards, the packaging mechanism 4 is further enabled to move downwards synchronously until the upper bubble film 7 is in contact with the furniture panel, the upper bubble film 7 is enabled to be kept in a static state, the cutting blade 462 continues to move downwards along with the positioning frame 42, and the elastic force provided by the four elastic pieces 463 is larger than the reacting force of the bubble film 7 on the cutting blade 462, so that the cutting blade 462 can smoothly and sequentially cut the upper and lower bubble films 7, and the bubble films 7 are cut into L shapes slightly larger than the furniture panel.
When the positioning frame 42 moves downwards to contact with the furniture panel, if the positioning frame 42 does not exactly coincide with the furniture panel, the positioning frame 42 moves downwards continuously to enable the roller 471 to contact with the furniture panel and generate a squeezing effect on the offset position, so that the furniture panel moves slightly and finally moves to be aligned with the positioning frame 42, meanwhile, the heating sheet 48 starts to heat, so that the upper and lower bubble films 7 start to melt and are finally bonded together, the edge sides of the upper and lower bubble films 7 are kept sealed, when the cutting blade 462 moves to contact with the backing plate 6, the cutting blade 462 is squeezed to enable the movable frame 461 and the cutting blade 462 to move upwards synchronously and squeeze the elastic piece 463 to shrink until the bottom of the positioning frame 42 is attached to the top of the backing plate 6, so that the furniture panel is also completely coincided with the positioning frame 42, and the furniture panel packaging operation is completed.
Then, the hydraulic cylinder 21 is controlled to drive the upper shell 1 to move upwards, so that the positioning frame 42 is separated from the base plate 6, the cutting blade 462 starts to reset downwards under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 463, then the packaged furniture panel is taken down from the base plate 6, then the two winding mechanisms 3 are controlled to start simultaneously, one unwinding rotating rod 32 can rotate through the rotation of the driving motor 31, the two unwinding rotating rods 32 and the winding rotating rod 35 can rotate synchronously, finally, the bubble films 7 in the upper position and the lower position are driven to move horizontally until the used area disappears from the rectangular notch, the winding mechanisms 3 stop operating, and then the operation is repeated to package the next group of furniture panels.

the packaging mechanism (4) comprises a top plate frame (41), two positioning frames (42), a movable plate (43), a connecting piece (44), an adjusting rotating rod (45), two cutting-off assemblies (46), two positioning assemblies (47) and two heating sheets (48); the top plate frame (41) is connected with the upper end of the inner wall of the shell (1), and the two positioning frames (42) are fixedly installed at the bottom of the top plate frame (41); the two movable plates (43) are movably mounted in the two positioning frames (42) respectively, the connecting piece (44) is movably mounted at the top of the top plate frame (41), and two bottom ends of the connecting piece (44) penetrate through the bottom of the top plate frame (41) and are fixedly mounted with the tops of the two movable plates (43) respectively; the adjusting rotating rod (45) is installed in the middle of the connecting piece (44) in a threaded mode, and the bottom end of the adjusting rotating rod (45) is rotatably connected with the top of the top plate frame (41); the two cutting assemblies (46) are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the outer sides of the two positioning frames (42), and the two positioning assemblies (47) are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the inner walls of the two positioning frames (42); the two heating sheets (48) are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the two positioning frames (42);
the cutting assembly (46) comprises a movable frame (461), a plurality of cutting blades (462) and a plurality of elastic pieces (463), wherein the movable frame (461) is movably installed at the bottom of the positioning frame (42), the plurality of cutting blades (462) are fixedly installed at the bottom of the movable frame (461), one ends of the plurality of elastic pieces (463) are respectively and correspondingly installed at different horizontal positions on the inner side of the movable frame (461), and the other ends of the plurality of elastic pieces (463) are respectively and correspondingly installed at different peripheral positions of the positioning frame (42);
the positioning assembly (47) comprises a plurality of rollers (471) and a plurality of laser irradiation sources (472), the rollers (471) are respectively rotatably mounted at the lower ends of different vertical surfaces of the inner wall of the positioning frame (42), and the laser irradiation sources (472) are respectively mounted at different corner positions of the bottom of the movable plate (43).
