Pretreatment: wrapping winter bamboo shoots by using a net bag, and performing centrifugal vibration to remove sediment to obtain a pretreatment sample; the holes of the net bag are as compact as possible, and because the surfaces of the winter bamboo shoots only contain sediment, the net bags are not covered with other large-particle impurities basically; the net bag is adopted to ensure that winter bamboo shoots cannot collide and crush when vibrating in the vibrating screen, and sediment can be separated out from holes of the net bag; the reason that water is not used for cleaning is that long-time preservation is ensured, the outer skin wrapped by the winter bamboo shoots needs to be reserved, if the outer skin is removed for preservation, the preservation time is extremely shortened due to the change of the environment of the bamboo shoots; the outer skin is tightly wrapped, and partial decay is easy to occur when the skin is dipped in water, so that only sediment is needed to be thrown away, and the microorganism residue in the sediment is reduced;
cutting grooves: removing the net bag of the pretreatment sample, and forming annular cutting grooves at the joint of the root and the winter bamboo shoot skin; cutting grooves at the joint for matching with the annular sleeve for clamping in, and performing jogging and connection;
Root treatment: filling the slow release cotton adsorbed with the nutrient substances into the accommodating cavity of the protruding part; the annular sleeve is sleeved at the root part, and the protruding part is clamped in the annular groove; the receiving chamber is filled with a nutrient substance and the storage member is then screwed onto the annular sleeve. Thus, for a finished product, the pulp part is wrapped by the compact outer skin of winter bamboo shoots, and the microbial environment of which the surface influences preservation is removed as much as possible in the vibration process; for the root, the existing storage objects are in the simulated soil environment, and the nutrient components can be continuously injected into the winter bamboo shoots through the protruding parts, so that the very long-term simulated growth environment can be maintained, the external environment is stable, and the winter bamboo shoots can be stored for a long time.
In the embodiment, the root axial length of 3-5cm is reserved during picking; the annular sleeve has a width of 3cm.
In the embodiment, a layer of foam cotton is wrapped outside the net bag during pretreatment; vibrating the wrapped winter bamboo shoots by a vibrating screen to remove sediment; the vibration frequency is 20-25Hz. The foam cotton can further prevent winter bamboo shoots from breaking and being damaged during vibration, and the integrity of the whole body is ensured. Too high a vibration frequency will lead to internal breakage and too low a frequency will not vibrate sediment well and is therefore the most suitable interval between 20 and 25Hz.
In this example, saline was adsorbed in the slow-release cotton at the time of root treatment; filling soil in the accommodating cavity until no air gap exists, and pouring saline solution and citric acid aqueous solution into the soil; wherein the weight ratio of the saline solution to the citric acid aqueous solution is 1:1, and the weight of the saline solution is not more than 200g. Because the winter bamboo shoots are basically consistent in size, the winter bamboo shoots growing above 2kg can be slowly rotted on the ground, and therefore, 1-1.5kg of winter bamboo shoots can be picked basically for use, the weight is only required to be provided with not more than 200g of saline water, and the saline water solution and the citric acid water solution can be fully absorbed by the winter bamboo shoots or can be stored in the soil of a storage object as long as the saline water solution and the citric acid water solution are unsaturated and crystallized.
In the embodiment, after the annular sleeve and the storage object are connected, the preservative film is embedded between the winter bamboo shoot skins of two adjacent layers, and then the winter bamboo shoot skins are coated; and obtaining a storage sample. Because the outer surface can be damaged and loosened to a certain extent when the winter bamboo shoots are dug and picked, and the phenomenon can be aggravated after vibration, the preservative film is embedded and covered between two layers of overlapped winter bamboo shoot outer skins, then the winter bamboo shoots are wrapped, the whole winter bamboo shoots are covered by the wrapping and the toothpick is provided with ventilation holes; then a storage sample capable of being stored in an air-cooled mode is formed, for winter bamboo shoots, soil environments are simulated below roots, microbial environments are removed above the roots, external environments are isolated by using preservative films, and a freshness locking effect is achieved. The whole can be stored for about 90 days in a normal temperature environment all the time; if the stored sample is stored in a refrigerated environment at 5-10 ℃; can be stored for 180 days without spoilage.
The following table (table 1) is a comparison of the prior art preservation method and the method of the present application;
Each of the sample 1 group and the sample 5 group is the same batch, and three samples with basically equivalent sizes and undamaged appearance are adopted as experimental samples for each sample, for example, three samples are selected for the sample 1 group and are respectively stored by adopting the method 1, the method 2 and the method of the application; and stopping timing when the appearance skin is broken in a black shop.
Method 1: wrapping with fresh-keeping film, and directly placing in shady and dry zone for preservation;
Method 2: soil is loaded by a flowerpot to bury the root, and the root is placed in a cool and dry zone for preservation;
The application comprises the following steps: the preservation device is arranged at the root, soil is placed in the accommodating cavity, 200g of citric acid solution is poured into the soil, and the slow release cotton adsorbs saline solution; then the fresh-keeping film is embedded into the outer skin interlayer and is wrapped into a whole, and the whole is placed in a refrigerator at 5 ℃ for preservation.

As can be seen from the data, the preservation time for the present application is far longer than the preservation methods in the prior art.
The invention has the advantages that:
The convex parts are matched for use at the root of the winter bamboo shoots, then nutrients are provided by nutrient substances, and a slow release effect is formed, so that the fresh taste and quality of the winter bamboo shoots can be preserved for a long time.

Claims (7)
1. Winter bamboo shoot save set, characterized in that includes:
the annular sleeve is provided with a plurality of protruding parts on the inner side wall of the annular sleeve, the protruding parts are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the annular sleeve, the protruding parts are provided with containing cavities, and the parts of the containing cavities are provided with hole sites; threads are arranged on the outer side of the annular sleeve;
The storage object comprises an accommodating cavity with an opening; the opening is connected with the thread in an adaptive manner; the accommodating cavity is used for storing nutrient substances;
The slow release cotton is adsorbed with nutrient substances, and when the annular sleeve is sleeved on the winter bamboo shoot body, the slow release cotton is configured in the storage cavity and releases the nutrient substances through the hole position;
The annular sleeve is provided with a diversion hole at the position corresponding to the protruding part, the diversion hole is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and nutrient substances flow from the diversion hole and are adsorbed by the slow release cotton;
The annular sleeve is formed by splicing the first annular part and the second annular part in a tail-end way; the inner side walls of the first ring part and the second ring part are respectively provided with the convex parts;
the protruding portions are arranged at intervals in the axial direction and the circumferential direction.
2. A preservation method of winter bamboo shoots, characterized in that the preservation device of claim 1 is used; the preservation method comprises the following steps:
picking: picking the winter bamboo shoots while keeping the root area of the winter bamboo shoots;
pretreatment: wrapping winter bamboo shoots by using a net bag, and performing centrifugal vibration to remove sediment to obtain a pretreatment sample;
cutting grooves: removing the net bag of the pretreatment sample, and forming annular cutting grooves at the joint of the root and the winter bamboo shoot skin;
Root treatment: filling the slow release cotton adsorbed with the nutrient substances into the accommodating cavity of the protruding part; the annular sleeve is sleeved at the root part, and the protruding part is clamped in the annular groove; the receiving chamber is filled with a nutrient substance and the storage member is then screwed onto the annular sleeve.
3. The winter bamboo shoot preservation method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the root axial length of 3-5cm is reserved at the time of picking; the width of the annular sleeve is 3cm.
4. The winter bamboo shoot preservation method according to claim 2, wherein a layer of foam cotton is wrapped outside the net bag during pretreatment; vibrating the wrapped winter bamboo shoots by a vibrating screen to remove sediment; the vibration frequency is 20-25Hz.

The method for preserving winter bamboo shoots as claimed in claim 2, wherein brine is adsorbed in the slow release cotton while the root treatment is performed; filling soil in the accommodating cavity until no air gap exists, and pouring saline solution and citric acid aqueous solution into the soil; wherein the weight ratio of the saline solution to the citric acid aqueous solution is 1:1, and the weight of the saline solution is not more than 200g.

The method for preserving winter bamboo shoots as claimed in claim 5, wherein after connecting the annular sleeve and the storage object, the winter bamboo shoots are embedded between the outer skins of the adjacent two layers by using a preservative film and then are covered; and obtaining a storage sample.
7. The method for preserving winter bamboo shoots as claimed in claim 6, wherein the stored samples are stored in a refrigerated environment at 5-10 ℃.
