medicament 3: tebuconazole and the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared in example 3 are mixed according to a mass ratio of 2:25, and the use method is the same as that of the medicament 1.
8g of tebuconazole is applied per mu, water is added for dilution by 500 times as a control, and water is used as a blank.
Meanwhile, the following comparative agents were set:
comparative agent 1: 30 parts of selfheal are taken and the selfheal extract is prepared according to the method of example 1. Mixing tebuconazole and Prunella vulgaris extract according to a mass ratio of 2:25, and using the same as the medicament 1;
comparative agent 2: 30 parts of lithospermum erythrorhizon was taken and lithospermum erythrorhizon extract was prepared according to the method of example 1. Mixing tebuconazole and radix Arnebiae extract at a mass ratio of 2:25, and using method same as that of the preparation 1;
comparative agent 3: 30 parts of clove are taken and a clove extract is prepared according to the method of example 1. Mixing tebuconazole and flos Caryophylli extract at a mass ratio of 2:25, and using method as in the preparation 1;
comparative agent 4: mixing the prepared selfheal extract, lithospermum extract and clove extract according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1 to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extract mixture, mixing tebuconazole with the traditional Chinese medicine extract according to the mass ratio of 2:25, and using the same medicament 1.
The tebuconazole used in the medicaments is 80% tebuconazole water dispersible granule, which is purchased from Jiangsu Dongbao agricultural chemical Co., ltd. The tebuconazole is used in an amount calculated by the content of the active ingredients.
Cell setting: 9 cells are arranged according to the grouping, each cell is repeated 3 times, 27 cells are arranged, and the area of each cell is 100m 2 。
Sowing wheat in the period of 5 months in the year 2020, watering once after sowing, and watering in time after the wheat turns green, the period of jointing and the period of blooming after spring starting. Soil preparation is carried out before wheat sowing, and a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer (purchased from Gansu Su land fertilizer industry Co., ltd.) is applied as a base fertilizer according to the proportion of 50 kg/mu, and urea is applied in the tillering stage and the jointing stage of the wheat, wherein the urea is 45 kg/mu.
The preparation is sprayed once when the wheat enters the green returning period, the rising period and the jointing period, and is sprayed every time between 5:00 and 6:00 am. And observing and counting the incidence of the sheath blight of wheat on the 10 th and 20 th days after the pesticide is sprayed in the returning period and on the 7 th day after the pesticide is sprayed in the rising period and on the 10 th day after the pesticide is sprayed in the jointing period. The results are shown in Table 1.

Note that: the number of surveys in the table is the average number of surveys per cell; the morbidity is the average morbidity per cell.
As can be seen from Table 1, the incidence of the sheath blight of the blank group on the 10 th day of the wheat reversion period is 5.75%, but the sheath blight of the other medicament groups is not found, which indicates that the compound medicaments of tebuconazole and tebuconazole with the traditional Chinese medicine extract can effectively inhibit the occurrence of the sheath blight of the early stage. By the 20 th day of the wheat green-turning period, the incidence rate of the sheath blight of the blank group is increased, the incidence rate reaches 14.52%, and in addition, the incidence conditions of different degrees appear in the 1-3 groups (2.32%, 2.76% and 4.08%) of the comparison agents. But no banded sclerotial blight was found in other treatments.
By the period of the rise of the wheat, the morbidity of the blank control group reaches 33.8 percent, the disease condition is seriously worsened by the period of the jointing, and the morbidity of the sheath blight reaches 73.76 percent; the contrast agents 1 to 3 have slight sheath blight due to the early stage of reversion, but the control effect of the contrast agents 1 to 3 is weaker, so that the condition of the wheat is aggravated in the period of rising, the condition is aggravated in the period of jointing, and the incidence rate of the sheath blight of the wheat is further up to 27.20%, 23.52% and 58.84%; meanwhile, the contrast agent 4 is found to have a large number of wheat sheath blight plants in the period of the rising of wheat, the morbidity reaches 25.72 percent, and the morbidity reaches 35.64 percent in the period of the jointing, which shows that the contrast agent 4 has remarkable prevention and treatment effects on the early wheat sheath blight, and has insufficient prevention and treatment effects in the later period of the onset of the disease; the other medicament groups have better prevention effect, the incidence rate is not more than 3% in the period of the rising of the wheat, and the disease condition is not further aggravated until the period of the coming-down wheat jointing. The medicaments 1-3 and the control can effectively prevent and control the sheath blight of wheat.
From the above examples, the invention provides a tebuconazole compound bactericidal composition, which is prepared by compounding tebuconazole and traditional Chinese medicine extracts. The bactericidal composition has a strong inhibition effect on the sheath blight of wheat, and the prevention effect on the sheath blight of wheat in the field can reach more than 97 percent, which is equivalent to the prevention effect of high-dose tebuconazole. Therefore, the bactericidal composition provided by the invention can be used for replacing tebuconazole for preventing and controlling banded sclerotial blight in wheat fields.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The tebuconazole compound bactericidal composition is characterized in that the mass ratio of tebuconazole to traditional Chinese medicine extracts in the bactericidal composition is 1-3: 20-30 parts;
the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of selfheal, 5-15 parts of lithospermum, and 5-15 parts of clove;
the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following steps:
(1) Drying Prunellae Spica, radix Arnebiae, and flos Caryophylli, and pulverizing to obtain Chinese medicinal powder;
(2) Mixing the traditional Chinese medicine raw material powder with an ethanol solution, and performing ultrasonic extraction to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extract;
(3) Concentrating the traditional Chinese medicine extract to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine extract.
2. The sterilizing composition according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the drying is 40 to 60 ℃ and the time of the drying is 1 to 3 hours.
3. The bactericidal composition of claim 2, wherein the crushed particle size is 100 to 200 mesh.
4. The sterilization composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mass-to-volume ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine raw material powder to the ethanol solution is 1g: 10-15 ml.
5. The composition of claim 4, wherein the ethanol solution has a volume concentration of 70 to 90%.
6. The sterilizing composition according to claim 5, wherein the power of the ultrasonic extraction is 200 to 350W for 20 to 40min.
7. The sterilizing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the concentration is heat concentration, the temperature of the heat concentration is 60 to 80 ℃, and the time of the heat concentration is 30 to 60 minutes.
8. Use of the tebuconazole compound bactericidal composition in any one of claims 1 to 7 in the preparation of a medicament for controlling rhizoctonia cerealis.
