本申请公开了一种二次电池、其制备方法及含有该二次电池的电池模块、电池包和装置。负极极片包括负极集流体以及设置在所述负极集流体至少一个表面上且包含负极活性材料的负极膜层,所述负极活性材料包括石墨,且所述负极极片满足:当将所述负极极片与锂金属片组成扣式电池,并将所述扣式电池以0.05C放电至5.0mV时,其容量增量曲线V‑dQ/dV在0.055V~0.085V的位置具有石墨的三阶嵌锂相变峰。
