1. A multi-person online collaborative electronic building book creation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
creating an electronic building book form in a building book list, and inputting basic information of the electronic building book into the electronic building book form;
judging whether the cells are repeated according to the cell names and the addresses, if so, sending a first signal to prompt that the related cells are recorded and cannot be recorded repeatedly; otherwise, the relevant cell can be recorded, and the electronic building book form is perfected;
after the electronic building book form is completed, a cell gallery, peripheral matching and house type configuration content are added to create the electronic building book.
2. The multi-person online collaborative electronic building book creation method of claim 1, wherein: the basic information of the electronic building book comprises mandatory items and fillable items;
mandatory items: building book covers, cell names and position information;
fillable items: the auxiliary personnel, the introduction of the community, the panorama of the community and the sharing authority switch.

after the mandatory project is input, an electronic building book form can be submitted;

the team member can know the creation progress of the electronic building book in real time.

the creator, the assistant member, the group leader and the administrator can set the on-off state of the sharing authority of the electronic building book;
if the sharing authority of the electronic building book is started, team members can share the electronic building book in a WeChat friend or poster mode in a small program mode;
and if the sharing authority of the electronic building book is closed, the team members are not supported to share the electronic building book.

electronic building book list creation module: for creating an electronic building book form;
an information input module: the electronic building book basic information input device is used for inputting basic information of the electronic building book into the created electronic building book form;

the house type configuration unit: the method is used for increasing house type plane drawings, house type styles and house areas, referring to decoration cost, and optionally increasing VR sample plate panoramic photos.
