The left side reflecting portion and the right side reflecting portion of the first reversing light reflecting structure 1 are completely symmetrical, the left side reflecting portion and the right side reflecting portion of the second reversing light reflecting structure 4 are completely symmetrical, the left side reflecting portion and the right side reflecting portion of the first warning light reflecting structure 2 are completely symmetrical, and the left side reflecting portion and the right side reflecting portion of the second warning light reflecting structure 3 are completely symmetrical.
According to the regulation requirement, the illumination intensity and distribution of the backup lamp must meet certain test requirements. According to the simulation analysis result of the regulation requirement, as shown in fig. 3, the first backup lamp reflecting structure 1 and the second backup lamp reflecting structure 4 are used for meeting the regulation requirement and illustrating the light distribution of the area a (namely, the area corresponding to the first pattern), and when the single-side lamp structure is specifically applied to a vehicle, according to the regulation requirement, the lamp in the embodiment of the invention is required to be positioned on the right side of the vehicle, and the fog lamp is arranged on the left side of the lamp.
The first warning light reflecting structure 2 and the second warning light reflecting structure 3 realize the light distribution of the region B (namely the region corresponding to the second pattern), and the included angle (acute angle) formed by the first warning light reflecting structure 2 and the horizontal plane (the whole vehicle Y direction) is smaller than the included angle formed by the second warning light reflecting structure 3 and the horizontal plane (the whole vehicle Y direction), so that the light spots formed by the reflection of the first warning light reflecting structure 2 are closer to the vehicle; in addition, the maximum curvature of the first warning light reflecting structure 2 is smaller than the minimum curvature of the reflecting structure of the second warning light reflecting structure 3 to concentrate the light of the first warning light LED light source 21 closer to the vehicle.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a candela sensor luminous intensity regulation check for implementing a ground-based warning function in this embodiment, and fig. 4 is a top view illustrating a human eye visual effect of implementing the ground-based warning function of the lamp in this embodiment, which mainly includes the following contents:
the first warning lamp reflecting structure 2 is divided into a left reflecting part and a right reflecting part, and the left reflecting part is responsible for realizing a first light spot area B21 in the figure 4 of the right warning lamp approaching the vehicle end; the right reflecting portion is responsible for realizing the second light spot area B11 in fig. 4 where the left warning lamp is close to the vehicle end.
Similarly, the second warning light reflecting structure 3 is divided into a left reflecting part and a right reflecting part, and the left reflecting part is responsible for realizing a third light spot area B22 in the figure 4 of the right warning light far away from the vehicle end; the right reflecting part is responsible for realizing the fourth light spot area B12 in fig. 4 of the left warning lamp far from the vehicle end.
The first light spot area B11 is closer to the vehicle than the third light spot area B21, and the second light spot area B12 is closer to the vehicle than the fourth light spot area B22; the first to fourth spot areas B11 to B22 collectively form the second pattern.
The light diffusely reflected by the first backup light reflecting structure 1 and the second backup light reflecting structure 2 overlaps in the area a in fig. 4, i.e. forms the first pattern.
As shown in fig. 5, the control flow method for implementing the reversing prompt and the ground illumination warning function by using the lamp in the embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
1. LED light source of reversing light and LED light source starting condition of warning light
a) When the vehicle is in the R gear, the controller controls the current of the LED light source of the reversing light to be started, and in this case, the controller controls the LED light source of the warning light not to be started;
b) When the vehicle is not in R gear, the vehicle judges whether the door at any side is opened, and when no door is opened, the controller controls the LED light source of the warning lamp and the LED light source of the reversing lamp to be not opened;
c) When any door of the vehicle is in an open state, the vehicle judges the illumination intensity outside the vehicle, and when the illumination intensity outside the vehicle is larger than a certain value (indicating daytime), the controller controls the LED light source of the warning lamp and the LED light source of the reversing lamp not to be turned on;
d) When any door of the vehicle is in an open state, the vehicle judges the outdoor illumination intensity, and when the illumination intensity is smaller than or equal to a preset value (indicating night), the controller controls the LED light source of the warning lamp to be turned on;
e) When the vehicle is opened due to the fact that the vehicle door is opened and is at night, the vehicle sends an instruction to the controller according to the distance between the vehicle and the backward vehicle detected by the reversing radar, so that the LED light source of the warning lamp is controlled to flash;
f) The flicker frequency of the LED light source of the warning lamp changes according to the distance between a backward vehicle or a pedestrian (namely, a backward obstacle), and the closer the distance is, the higher the flicker frequency is.
2. Luminaire exit conditions (all conditions are met as follows);
a) When the vehicle gear is switched from the R gear to other gears, the controller controls the LED light source of the backup lamp to be turned off;
b) When the illumination intensity outside the vehicle is smaller than or equal to a certain value, the vehicle is switched from any one of the vehicle doors to all the vehicle doors which are closed, and the controller controls the LED light sources of the warning lamps to be closed.
The above embodiment has the following technical effects:
1. the existing patent or scheme realizes the reversing warning function by carrying out lamp reconstruction on both sides of the vehicle, and the scheme breakthrough arranges lamps for realizing the reversing warning function and the ground warning function on one side of the vehicle, so that the cost of the lamps is obviously reduced;
2. all reflection structures in the lamp are horizontally arranged in the Y direction of the whole vehicle, so that the lamp is smaller in Z-direction dimension of the whole vehicle, easier to arrange and not limited by the modeling requirement of a single lamp.
3. According to the scheme, two scenes of reversing and night door opening are considered, the ground illumination warning function that the flashing frequency is changed according to different distances of rear side obstacles by using the LED light source of the warning lamp after the vehicle door is opened at night is provided, and the vehicle can be enabled to be safer.
The above disclosure is illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and, of course, should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, and those skilled in the art will recognize that all or part of the procedures described above can be performed without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A lamp for a vehicle, the lamp being mounted on a back door or a side of a vehicle body of the vehicle, the lamp comprising:
a housing fixed to the vehicle body or the back door; the reflection bowl is fixed on the shell and is integrated with a reversing light reflection structure and a warning light reflection structure; a backup light LED light source fixed with the backup light reflecting structure and a warning light LED light source fixed with the warning light reflecting structure; a controller for controlling the switching of the backup light LED light source and the warning light LED light source;
the light generated by the reversing light LED light source is diffusely reflected by the reversing light reflecting structure and then forms a first pattern indicating that the vehicle is in a reversing state on the rear side of the vehicle;
after the light generated by the LED light source of the warning lamp is specularly reflected by the reflecting structure of the warning lamp, a second pattern for warning the vehicle or the pedestrian when the vehicle door at least at one side is opened and the light intensity of the outside environment is lower than the preset brightness is formed at the rear side of the vehicle;
the second pattern is closer to the vehicle than the first pattern;
the reflection bowl is provided with a first reversing light reflection structure (1), a first warning light reflection structure (2), a second warning light reflection structure (3) and a second reversing light reflection structure (4) which are arranged along the Y direction of the whole vehicle;
in the whole car X direction, first warning light reflecting structure (2) are located behind second warning light reflecting structure (3), first back-up light reflecting structure (1) are located before first warning light reflecting structure (2), and are located behind second warning light reflecting structure (3), second back-up light reflecting structure (4) with first back-up light reflecting structure (1) flushes.
2. The vehicle lamp according to claim 1, wherein the light receiving surface of the backup light reflecting structure has a plurality of reflecting surfaces in a mesh shape; the surface of the warning light reflecting structure for receiving light is a smooth curved surface.
3. The vehicle light fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the warning light LED light sources comprise a first warning light LED light source (21) fitted on the first warning light reflecting structure (2) and a second warning light LED light source (31) fitted on the second warning light reflecting structure (3);
the backup light LED light source comprises a first backup light LED light source (11) mounted on the first backup light reflecting structure (1) and a second backup light LED light source (41) mounted on the second backup light reflecting structure (4).
4. A vehicle light fitting according to claim 3, characterized in that the angle formed between the first warning light reflecting structure (2) and the whole vehicle Y direction is smaller than the angle formed between the second warning light reflecting structure (3) and the whole vehicle Y direction;
the included angle formed between the first reversing light reflecting structure (1) and the whole vehicle Y direction is equal to the included angle formed between the second reversing light reflecting structure (4) and the whole vehicle Y direction.
5. A vehicle light fixture according to claim 3, characterized in that the first warning light reflecting structure (2) and the second warning light reflecting structure (3) each comprise a left reflecting portion and a right reflecting portion connected;
the left side reflecting part of the first warning light reflecting structure (2) projects a part of light generated by the first warning light LED light source (21) to a first light spot area close to a vehicle, and the right side reflecting part of the first warning light reflecting structure (2) projects another part of light generated by the first warning light LED light source (21) to a second light spot area close to the vehicle;
the left side reflecting part of the second warning light reflecting structure (3) projects a part of light generated by the second warning light LED light source (31) in a third light spot area far away from the vehicle, and the right side reflecting part of the second warning light reflecting structure (3) projects another part of light generated by the second warning light LED light source (31) in a fourth light spot area far away from the vehicle;
the first spot area is closer to the vehicle than the third spot area, and the second spot area is closer to the vehicle than the fourth spot area;
the first light spot area to the fourth light spot area form the second pattern together.
6. The vehicle lamp according to claim 5, wherein the first backup lamp reflecting structure (1) and the second backup lamp reflecting structure (4) each include a left side reflecting portion and a right side reflecting portion connected;
the left side reflecting part and the right side reflecting part of the first reversing light reflecting structure (1) project the light generated by the first reversing light LED light source (11) on a first projection area close to a vehicle;
the left side reflecting part and the right side reflecting part of the second reversing light reflecting structure (4) project the light generated by the second reversing light LED light source (41) on a second projection area close to a vehicle;
the first projection area and the second projection area overlap to form the first pattern.
7. The vehicle lamp according to claim 6, wherein the left and right reflecting portions of the first backup lamp reflecting structure (1) are completely symmetrical, the left and right reflecting portions of the second backup lamp reflecting structure (4) are completely symmetrical, the left and right reflecting portions of the first warning lamp reflecting structure (2) are completely symmetrical, and the left and right reflecting portions of the second warning lamp reflecting structure (3) are completely symmetrical.
8. The vehicle lamp according to claim 1, wherein the backup lamp LED light source is turned on when the vehicle is in R range; the warning light LED light source is lighted when at least one side door is opened and the outside environment light intensity is lower than the preset brightness.
9. The vehicle lamp according to claim 8, wherein when the warning light LED light source is turned on, a lighting frequency of the warning light LED light source varies with a relative distance between a rear obstacle detected by a reverse radar mounted on the vehicle and the vehicle;
the larger the relative distance between the rear obstacle and the vehicle is, the slower the lighting frequency of the LED light source of the warning lamp is;
the smaller the relative distance between the rear obstacle and the vehicle is, the faster the lighting frequency of the LED light source of the warning lamp is.
10. An automobile, characterized by comprising a vehicle lamp as claimed in one of claims 1 to 9;
the reflecting bowl and the vehicle steering lamp reflecting bowl, the fog lamp reflecting bowl, the brake lamp reflecting bowl, the hazard warning flash lamp reflecting bowl and/or the width indicating lamp reflecting bowl share the same shell or do not share the same shell.
