The first reversing light reflecting structure 1 and the second reversing light reflecting structure 4 both comprise a left side reflecting part and a right side reflecting part which are connected; the left side reflecting part and the right side reflecting part of the first reversing lamp reflecting structure 1 project the light generated by the first reversing lamp LED light source 11 to a first projection area close to the vehicle; the left and right reflecting portions of the second backup light reflecting structure 4 project the light generated by the second backup light LED light source 41 to a second projection area near the vehicle; the first to fourth projection areas overlap to form the first pattern (i.e., area a in fig. 3).
Wherein, foretell first back-up light reflection configuration 1's left side reflection part and right side reflection part complete symmetry, second back-up light reflection configuration 4's left side reflection part and right side reflection part complete symmetry, first warning light reflection configuration 2's left side reflection part and right side reflection part complete symmetry, second warning light reflection configuration 3's left side reflection part and right side reflection part complete symmetry.
According to the requirements of the regulations, the illumination intensity and distribution of the backup light must meet certain test requirements. According to the simulation analysis result of the rule requirement, the single-side lamp structure provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 3, the first reversing lamp reflecting structure 1 and the second reversing lamp reflecting structure 4 are used for meeting the rule requirement and illustrating the light distribution of the area A (namely the area corresponding to the first pattern), when the single-side lamp structure is specifically applied to a vehicle, according to the rule requirement, the lamp in the embodiment of the invention needs to be positioned on the right side of the vehicle, and the left side of the lamp is provided with a fog lamp.
The first warning lamp reflecting structure 2 and the second warning lamp reflecting structure 3 realize light distribution in a region B (namely a region corresponding to a second pattern) of the graph, and an included angle (acute angle) formed by the first warning lamp reflecting structure 2 and a horizontal plane (the Y direction of the whole vehicle) is smaller than an included angle formed by the second warning lamp reflecting structure 3 and the horizontal plane (the Y direction of the whole vehicle), so that light spots formed by reflection of the first warning lamp reflecting structure 2 are closer to the vehicle; further, the maximum curvature of the first warning lamp reflecting structure 2 is smaller than the minimum curvature of the reflecting structure of the second warning lamp reflecting structure 3 to concentrate the light of the first warning lamp LED light source 21 closer to the vehicle.
Fig. 3 is a regulatory review of the lighting intensity of the candela sensor for implementing the ground-based warning function in the present embodiment, and fig. 4 is a top view of the visual effect of the human eye of the luminaire for implementing the ground-based warning function in the present embodiment, which mainly includes the following contents:
the first warning light reflection structure 2 is divided into a left side reflection part and a right side reflection part, and the left side reflection part is responsible for realizing a first light spot area B21 in the figure 4 that the right side warning light is close to the vehicle end; the right reflecting part is responsible for realizing the second speckle zone B11 in the figure 4 that the left warning lamp approaches the end of the vehicle.
Similarly, the second warning light reflecting structure 3 is divided into a left reflecting part and a right reflecting part, and the left reflecting part is responsible for realizing that the right warning light is far away from a third speckle area B22 in fig. 4 at the vehicle end; the right reflector is responsible for realizing the fourth speckle region B12 in fig. 4 where the left warning light is far away from the vehicle end.
The first speckle region B11 is closer to the vehicle than the third speckle region B21, and the second speckle region B12 is closer to the vehicle than the fourth speckle region B22; the first to fourth spot regions B11 to B22 collectively form the second pattern.
The light diffusely reflected by the first and second backup light reflecting structures 1 and 2 is overlapped in the area a in fig. 4, i.e., the first pattern is formed.
As shown in fig. 5, the control flow method for implementing the functions of reverse prompting and ground-lighting warning by using the lamp in this embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
1. reversing light LED light source and warning light LED light source starting condition
a) When the vehicle is in the R gear, the controller controls the current of the LED light source of the backup lamp to be turned on, and under the condition, the controller controls the LED light source of the warning lamp not to be turned on;
b) when the vehicle is not in the R gear, the vehicle judges whether the door on any side is opened, and when no door is opened, the controller controls the LED light source of the warning lamp and the LED light source of the reversing lamp not to be opened;
c) when any door of the vehicle is in an open state, the vehicle judges the illumination intensity outside the vehicle, and when the illumination intensity outside the vehicle is greater than a certain value (indicating daytime), the controller controls the LED light source of the warning lamp and the LED light source of the backup lamp not to be opened;
d) when any door of the vehicle is in an open state, the vehicle judges the outdoor illumination intensity, and when the illumination intensity is less than or equal to a preset value (indicating that the time is night), the controller controls the LED light source of the warning lamp to be opened;
e) when the vehicle is started because the door of the vehicle is opened and the vehicle is at night, the vehicle sends an instruction to the controller according to the backward distance of the vehicle detected by the reversing radar so as to control the LED light source of the warning lamp to flash;
f) the flashing frequency of the LED light source of the warning lamp changes according to the distance between a vehicle or a pedestrian (namely, a backward barrier) coming backwards, and the flashing frequency is higher the closer the distance is.
2. Lamp exit conditions (all conditions as follows are satisfied);
a) when the gear of the vehicle is switched from the R gear to other gears, the controller controls the LED light source of the reversing light to be turned off;
b) when the illumination intensity outside the vehicle is less than or equal to a certain value and the vehicle is switched from the state that any one vehicle door is opened to the state that all vehicle doors are closed, the controller controls the LED light source of the warning lamp to be closed.
The above embodiment has the following technical effects:
1. the existing patents or schemes are that lamps are transformed on two sides of a vehicle to realize a reversing warning function, and the scheme is characterized in that lamps for realizing the reversing prompt function and the ground warning function are arranged on one side of the vehicle in a breakthrough manner, so that the cost of the lamps is obviously reduced;
2. all the reflecting structures in the lamp are horizontally arranged in the Y direction of the whole vehicle, so that the lamp is smaller in the Z direction of the whole vehicle, is easier to arrange and is not limited by the modeling requirement of a single lamp.
3. The scheme considers two scenes of backing a car and opening the door at night, provides a ground-lighting warning function for changing the flashing frequency of the warning lamp LED light source according to different distances of rear side obstacles after the car is driven at night, and can ensure that the car is safer.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A lamp for a vehicle, characterized in that the lamp is mounted on one side of a back door or a vehicle body of a vehicle, the lamp comprising:
a housing fixed to the vehicle body or the back door; the reflecting bowl is fixed on the shell and is integrated with a reversing lamp reflecting structure and a warning lamp reflecting structure; the reversing light LED light source is fixed with the reversing light reflecting structure, and the warning light LED light source is fixed with the warning light reflecting structure; the controller is used for controlling the switching of the LED light source of the reversing light and the LED light source of the warning light;
light generated by the reversing light LED light source is subjected to diffuse reflection by the reversing light reflection structure to form a first pattern indicating that the vehicle is in a reversing state on the rear side of the vehicle;
light generated by the LED light source of the warning lamp is reflected by the mirror surface of the warning lamp reflecting structure, and then a second pattern used for warning the vehicle or the pedestrian when at least one side of a vehicle door is opened and the intensity of the environment light outside the vehicle is lower than the preset brightness is formed on the rear side of the vehicle;
the second pattern is closer to the vehicle than the first pattern.
2. A vehicle lamp as set forth in claim 1, wherein a light receiving face of the reversing light reflecting structure has a plurality of reflecting faces in a lattice shape; the surface of the warning light reflection bowl structure for receiving light is a smooth curved surface.
3. The vehicle lamp according to claim 1, wherein the reflector bowl is formed with a first backup lamp reflecting structure (1), a first warning lamp reflecting structure (2), a second warning lamp reflecting structure (3) and a second backup lamp reflecting structure (4) arranged in a vehicle Y direction;
the warning lamp LED light source comprises a first warning lamp LED light source (21) assembled on the first warning lamp reflecting structure (2) and a second warning lamp LED light source (31) assembled on the second warning lamp reflecting structure (3);
the reversing light LED light source comprises a first reversing light LED light source (11) assembled on the first reversing light reflecting structure (1) and a second reversing light LED light source (41) assembled on the second reversing light reflecting structure (4);
in whole car X direction, first warning light reflection configuration (2) are located after second warning light reflection configuration (3), first back-up light reflection configuration (1) is located before first warning light reflection configuration (2), and is located after second warning light reflection configuration (3), second back-up light reflection configuration (4) with first back-up light reflection configuration (1) flushes.
4. The vehicle lamp according to claim 3, wherein an angle formed between the first warning light reflecting structure (2) and the Y direction of the entire vehicle is smaller than an angle formed between the second warning light reflecting structure (3) and the Y direction of the entire vehicle;
the included angle that forms between first car reversing light reflection structure (1) and the whole car Y direction equals the included angle that forms between second car reversing light reflection structure (4) and the whole car Y direction.
5. A vehicle lamp as claimed in claim 3, wherein said first warning lamp reflecting structure (2) and said second warning lamp reflecting structure (3) each include a left reflecting portion and a right reflecting portion connected to each other;
the left side reflecting part of the first warning lamp reflecting structure (2) projects part of light generated by the first warning lamp LED light source (21) to a first light spot area close to a vehicle, and the right side reflecting part of the first warning lamp reflecting structure (2) projects the other part of light generated by the first warning lamp LED light source (21) to a second light spot area close to the vehicle;
the left side reflecting part of the second warning lamp reflecting structure (3) projects a part of light generated by the second warning lamp LED light source (31) to a third facula area far away from the vehicle, and the right side reflecting part of the second warning lamp reflecting structure (3) projects the other part of light generated by the second warning lamp LED light source (31) to a fourth facula area far away from the vehicle;
the first speckle region is closer to the vehicle relative to the third speckle region, and the second speckle region is closer to the vehicle relative to the fourth speckle region;
the first speckle region to the fourth speckle region together form the second pattern.
6. A vehicle light as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the first and second backup light reflecting structures (1, 4) each comprise a left and right side reflecting portion connected;
the left side reflecting part and the right side reflecting part of the first reversing lamp reflecting structure (1) project light generated by the first reversing lamp LED light source (11) to a first projection area close to a vehicle;
the left side reflecting part and the right side reflecting part of the second reversing lamp reflecting structure (4) project the light generated by the second reversing lamp LED light source (41) to a second projection area close to the vehicle;
the first projection area to the fourth projection area are overlapped to form the first pattern.

The vehicle lamp according to claim 6, wherein the left side reflecting portion and the right side reflecting portion of the first backup lamp reflecting structure (1) are completely symmetrical, the left side reflecting portion and the right side reflecting portion of the second backup lamp reflecting structure (4) are completely symmetrical, the left side reflecting portion and the right side reflecting portion of the first warning lamp reflecting structure (2) are completely symmetrical, and the left side reflecting portion and the right side reflecting portion of the second warning lamp reflecting structure (4) are completely symmetrical.
8. The vehicular lamp according to claim 1, wherein the backup light LED light source is turned on when the vehicle is in an R range; the warning light LED light source is lighted when at least one side door is opened and the outside ambient light intensity is lower than the preset brightness.
9. The vehicle lamp according to claim 8, wherein when the warning lamp LED light source is turned on, an on frequency of the warning lamp LED light source changes in accordance with a relative distance between a rear obstacle detected by a reversing radar mounted on the vehicle and the vehicle;
the larger the relative distance between the rear obstacle and the vehicle is, the slower the lighting frequency of the LED light source of the warning lamp is;
the smaller the relative distance between the rear obstacle and the vehicle is, the faster the lighting frequency of the warning light LED light source is.
10. An automobile characterized by comprising the vehicular lamp according to one of claims 1 to 9;
the reflection bowl, a vehicle steering lamp reflection bowl, a fog lamp reflection bowl, a brake lamp reflection bowl, a danger alarm flash lamp reflection bowl and a width indicator lamp reflection bowl share the same shell or do not share the same shell.
