In this embodiment, the opening at the outer edge of the wheel frame 16 is smaller than the thickness of the friction block 18, so as to block and limit the contact end of the friction block 18 and the limit bar 10.
Because the limiting wheel 14 is in a friction state continuously in the working process, the friction blocks 18 inevitably wear, the friction blocks 18 are extruded outwards through the spring rods 19, and the friction blocks 18 are blocked and limited by the wheel frame 16, so that the friction blocks 18 can be always propped against the wheel frame 16 under the combined action of the two friction blocks when the friction blocks are worn, even if the outer edges of the friction blocks 18 are worn by the limiting strips 10 and the wheel frame 16 fixedly connected with the limiting strips, the friction blocks 18 can also extend outwards along the sliding grooves 17 in the wearing process, the diameter of the limiting wheel 14 is ensured to be always equal to the inner diameter of the wheel frame 16, the reduction of the extrusion force of the friction blocks 18 and the limiting strips 10 due to the wear of the friction blocks 18 is ensured, and the working stability of the limiting rod 9 is ensured.
In this embodiment, the inner wall of the sliding groove 17 is slidably connected with a return blocking block 20, and return blocking grooves 21 are uniformly distributed on the corresponding side walls of the friction block 18.
In this embodiment, the return block 20 extends into the return groove 21, and the portion of the return block 20 extending into the return groove 21 is the same as the return groove 21 in shape.
As wear increases, the outward force that spring rod 19 can provide against friction block 18 will also decrease as friction block 18 slides outward gradually; by the design of the return blocking blocks 20 which are connected with the inner wall of the sliding groove 17 in a sliding way and the return blocking grooves 21 which are uniformly distributed on the corresponding side walls of the friction blocks 18, even when the elastic force of the spring rod 19 is smaller than the extrusion force required between the friction blocks 18 and the limit bar 10, the friction blocks 18 which are extruded by the spring rod 19 and extend outwards can not shrink inwards due to the extrusion force between the friction blocks 18 and the limit bar 10 under the obstruction of the return blocking blocks 20 which extend into the return blocking grooves 21, so that the working stability of the limit bar 9 is further ensured.
The second shape of the top end of the stop lever 9 is a truncated cone shape with a gradually decreasing cross section from bottom to top, which is suitable for the above embodiments 1 and 2.
In the working process of the starting rotating rod 6 and the limiting rod 9, a certain rotation allowance and sliding errors inevitably exist, so that when the shape and the size of the top end of the limiting rod 9 are completely matched with the limiting groove 11 on the starting rotating rod 6, the situation that the limiting rod 9 cannot extend into the limiting groove 11 possibly exists; the second shape of the top end of the limiting rod 9 is designed into the round table shape with the cross section gradually reduced from bottom to top, so that the limiting rod 9 only needs to stretch into the limiting groove 11 from the small end at the top of the limiting rod 9 in the ascending process, the limiting rod 9 can stretch into the limiting groove 11 in the subsequent ascending process, and the rotation limiting of the starting rotating rod 6 is guaranteed.

the limiting rod (9), the limiting rod (9) is connected in the limiting frame (8) in a sliding way, and the middle part of one side of the opening of the limiting frame (8) of the limiting rod (9) is fixedly connected with a limiting strip (10);
the limiting groove (11) is formed in the outer side of the starting rotating rod (6) and is clamped with the top end of the limiting rod (9);
a power device;
the fan shaft (12), the fan shaft (12) is positioned below the cabinet body (1) and is uniformly and fixedly connected with fan blades (13) on the circumferential surface of one end, close to the cabinet body (1), of the cabinet body (1), and the fan shaft (12) penetrates through the cabinet body (1) to be fixedly connected with the power device;
the limiting wheel (14) is connected with the other end of the fan shaft (12), and the limiting wheel (14) is matched with a limiting strip (10) on the limiting rod (9);
