The power battery is used for providing power for each component, so that each component can normally operate, the hole grouting equipment can be wirelessly used, the position can be randomly adjusted according to the position of the hole in the hole plugging process, and the application range of the hole grouting equipment is widened; the control system can control the AGV chassis to move along a set route, so that the hole grouting device 100 is driven to move, and holes in different positions are plugged; the height of the hole grouting device 100 arranged on the hole grouting equipment can be adjusted by matching the hoister and the mechanical arm, so that the hole grouting device 100 can plug holes with different heights, and the application range of the hole grouting equipment is widened; the stirring device is used for stirring the slurry in the slurry supply assembly, so that the slurry in the slurry supply assembly is prevented from being solidified and is uniformly distributed, and the quality of the slurry is improved; the pumping device is used for conveying the slurry stored in the slurry supply assembly to the grouting pipe 2, and conveying the slurry to the connecting cylinder 31 in the grouting piece 3 through the grouting pipe 2, so that the holes are blocked.
It can be understood that the hole grouting equipment can be used for plugging holes with different heights and different positions, is high in automation degree, reduces labor cost and is good in plugging quality.
The detailed structure of the hole grouting apparatus 100 and the hole grouting device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connecting tube 31 is provided with a filling port 311 communicating with the grouting pipe 2, and the blocking plate 32 is provided with a pressure relief port 321 penetrating in the thickness direction.
As shown in fig. 3, the elastic element 4 is located between the actuator seat 1 and the closure plate 32.
Example 2
In the hole grouting device 100 according to embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, the pressure relief port 321 is located below the injection port 311, an upper end of the pressure relief port 321 is spaced apart from the injection port 311, and a lower end of the pressure relief port 321 penetrates the plugging plate 32 in a downward direction.
Example 3
A hole grouting device 100 is based on embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 3, an execution seat 1 is provided with a guide sleeve 11, and an elastic piece 4 is sleeved on the periphery of the guide sleeve 11.
The grouting piece 3 is connected to the grouting pipe 2 through a spherical hinge.

Claims (10)

1. A hole grouting device, comprising:
an execution seat;
the grouting pipe is arranged on the execution seat;
the grouting piece is arranged at the end part of the grouting pipe and comprises a connecting cylinder positioned in the middle and a plugging plate positioned on the periphery, the plugging plate can seal and cover the hole of the construction surface, the connecting cylinder is provided with a filling port communicated with the grouting pipe, and the plugging plate is provided with a pressure relief port communicated in the thickness direction;
the elastic piece is located between the execution seat and the plugging plate.
2. The hole grouting device of claim 1, wherein the pressure relief port is located below the injection port, an upper end of the pressure relief port is spaced apart from the injection port, and a lower end of the pressure relief port penetrates the blocking plate in a downward direction.
3. The hole grouting device of claim 1, wherein the grouting member is movably provided on the grouting pipe.
4. The hole grouting device of claim 3, wherein a guide sleeve is arranged on the execution seat, and the elastic piece is sleeved on the periphery of the guide sleeve.
5. The hole grouting device of claim 3, wherein the grouting member is connected to the grouting pipe by a ball hinge.
6. The hole grouting device of claim 1, further comprising a nozzle installed at one side of the actuating seat and disposed near the grouting member, the nozzle being adapted to spray liquid toward the elastic member near the blocking plate.
7. The hole grouting device according to claim 1, wherein the length of the pressure relief vent is greater than the width of the pressure relief vent, so that the pressure relief vent is formed in a long strip shape on the blocking plate.
8. The hole grouting device according to claim 7, wherein the width of the pressure relief port is 2.5-3.5 mm.
9. The hole grouting device of claim 1, wherein one end of the grouting pipe, which is far away from the grouting member, is connected with a slurry supply assembly, and the slurry supply assembly is used for conveying slurry to the grouting pipe.
