The invention provides a hole plugging device in another aspect. The hole plugging device comprises a slurry supply device and the hole plugging device, wherein the slurry supply device is used for supplying mortar 7 to the grouting mechanism 3.

Claims (10)

1. A hole plugging device, comprising:
a base;
the grouting mechanism is arranged on the base and used for injecting slurry into the hole;
and the upper scraping plate mechanism is arranged on the base and positioned above the grouting mechanism and is used for leveling the hole into which the slurry is injected from top to bottom.
2. The hole plugging device of claim 1, wherein said upper scraper mechanism comprises:
a base mounted on the base;
one end of the guide rod is connected with the base in a sliding manner;
the upper scraper component is connected with the other end of the guide rod;
the elastic piece is sleeved on the guide rod and is positioned between the base and the upper scraper component.
3. The hole plugging device according to claim 2, wherein there are two sets of said base, said guide rod and said elastic member, said upper scraper assembly comprises a sliding seat and a scraper, one end of said sliding seat is slidably connected to one of said guide rods, the other end of said sliding seat is slidably connected to the other of said guide rods, said scraper is hinged to said sliding seat, and said elastic member is located between said sliding seat and said base.

The hole plugging device of claim 3, wherein said scraper comprises an upper scraper body and a connecting body, one end of said connecting body is hinged to the middle of said sliding seat, and the other end of said connecting body is integrally connected to the middle of said upper scraper body.
5. The hole plugging device of claim 3, wherein said upper scraper assembly further comprises roller assemblies, said roller assemblies are mounted at both ends of said scraper, and the walking contact ends of said roller assemblies are flush with the working end of said scraper.
6. The hole plugging device of claim 2, wherein said wiper mechanism further comprises:
a bearing block mounted on the base;
and the linear bearing is arranged on the bearing seat, and one end of the guide rod, which is far away from the upper scraper component, is arranged on the base through the linear bearing.
7. The hole plugging device of claim 1, wherein said grouting mechanism comprises:
the rigid slurry feeding pipe is mounted on the base, one end of the rigid slurry feeding pipe is communicated with an external slurry supply device, and the other end of the rigid slurry feeding pipe is provided with a steering structure;
one end of the grouting plate is connected with the steering structure, the other end of the grouting plate can be abutted against a wall surface, and grouting holes are formed in the grouting plate and communicated with the rigid slurry conveying pipe;
and the elastic piece is arranged between the grouting plate and the base.
8. The hole plugging device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said hole plugging device further comprises a lower scraper mechanism installed below said grouting mechanism for floating said hole into which said slurry has been injected from bottom to top.
9. The hole plugging device of claim 8, wherein said lower flight mechanism comprises:
a connecting plate telescopically mounted on the base; and
the lower scraper blade body is obliquely arranged on the connecting plate, the upper end of the lower scraper blade body is far away from the lower end of the lower scraper blade body, and a discharge groove is formed in the lower scraper blade body.
10. A hole plugging apparatus comprising a slurry supply means, characterized in that said hole plugging apparatus further comprises a hole plugging device according to any of claims 1-9, said slurry supply means being adapted to supply said slurry to said grouting means.
