1. A hole plugging device, comprising:
a material storage cylinder;
the pipe joint is connected to one end of the storage cylinder;
the grouting piece comprises a connecting cylinder and a grouting plate, a grouting opening is formed in the grouting plate, a steering structure is arranged at one end, close to the connecting cylinder, of the pipe joint, one end of the connecting cylinder is connected with the grouting plate, and the other end of the connecting cylinder is rotatably connected to the pipe joint through the steering structure;

5. The hole plugging device of claim 4, further comprising a battery assembly coupled to the motor.
6. The hole plugging device of claim 1 further comprising a scraper disposed around said grout member.
7. The hole plugging device of claim 6, wherein said scraper is attached to said grouting member such that said scraper is flush with an outlet end of said grouting member facing said grouting opening.
8. The hole plugging device of claim 2 wherein said connector barrel is externally fitted with a spring, said spring being positioned between said nipple and said grouting member.
9. The hole plugging device according to claim 1, wherein said turning structure is spherically arranged on a pipe joint, and said pipe joint and said grouting member are connected by a spherical hinge through said turning structure.
10. The hole plugging device according to claim 1, wherein a hand-held portion is provided on a side of said storage cylinder remote from said grouting member.
