Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cloth, in particular to novel skin-friendly antibacterial textile cloth based on hyaluronic acid quaternary ammonium salt far infrared materials.
Background
The cloth is a material commonly used in decorative materials. The fabric plays a considerable role in decoration and display, and is often a major force which cannot be ignored in the whole sales space. A large amount of cloth is used for wall surface decoration, partition and background treatment, and a good commercial space display style can be formed.
Common cloth function is comparatively single in the life, is difficult for wear-resisting in long-time use, and common cloth does not all possess antibiotic function, just leads to like this at the in-process of using, and some external germs (such as staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis, pseudomonas aeruginosa etc.) can cause the influence to people, and it is inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a novel skin-friendly antibacterial textile fabric based on hyaluronic acid quaternary ammonium salt far infrared materials, which has the advantages of antibiosis, skin friendliness, heat preservation, wear resistance and the like, and solves the problems that the fabric does not have an antibacterial effect and is not durable.
(II) technical scheme
In order to realize the antibacterial, skin-friendly, heat-preservation and wear-resistant effects, the invention provides the following technical scheme: novel skin-friendly antibacterial textile fabric based on hyaluronic acid quaternary ammonium salt far infrared material, including the wearing layer, wearing layer bottom fixed surface is connected with the heat-resistant layer, heat-resistant layer bottom fixed surface is connected with antibiotic layer, antibiotic layer bottom fixed surface is connected with skin-friendly layer, the wearing layer is outermost, skin-friendly layer is the inlayer, heat-resistant layer fixed connection is between wearing layer and antibiotic layer, antibiotic layer fixed connection is between skin-friendly layer and heat-resistant layer.
Preferably, the wear-resistant layer is made of nylon, and the heat-resistant layer is made of terylene, so that the cloth has good durability, good wear resistance and chemical resistance, and good heat resistance and thermoplasticity.
Preferably, the antibacterial layer is made of bamboo fiber, and the skin-friendly layer is made of plant fiber, so that the fabric has good antibacterial performance, and the skin-friendly layer can make people feel more comfortable and skin-friendly during use, and good use experience is achieved.
The novel skin-friendly antibacterial textile fabric based on the hyaluronic acid quaternary ammonium salt far infrared material comprises the following steps.
S1, selecting raw materials
Selecting 10-15 parts of cotton fiber cloth, 10-15 parts of polyester cloth, 10-15 parts of bamboo fiber cloth, 10-12 parts of plant fiber cloth, 20-25 parts of adhesive, 7-9 parts of hyaluronic acid finishing agent, 7-9 parts of far infrared finishing agent and 7-9 parts of NB-08 antibacterial agent
S2, pretreatment of cloth
Respectively winding 10-15 parts of selected cotton fiber cloth and 10-15 parts of polyester cloth on a material roller of a compounding machine, adding 20-25 parts of selected adhesive on the inner side surface of 10-15 parts of the cotton fiber cloth or 10-15 parts of the polyester cloth, starting the compounding machine to operate, heating the 10-15 parts of the cotton fiber cloth and 10-15 parts of the polyester cloth through a cylinder of the compounding machine to enable the adhesive to play a role in adhering the 10-15 parts of the cotton fiber cloth and the 10-15 parts of the polyester cloth, adhering the two kinds of cloth together to obtain a composite cloth A, similarly adhering the 10-15 parts of the selected bamboo fiber cloth and 10-12 parts of the plant fiber cloth by using the compounding machine to obtain a composite cloth B, and processing and adhering the obtained composite cloth A and the composite cloth B by using the compounding machine again to obtain a composite cloth C.
S3 preparation of working solution
Working solution is added into the mixing pool, warm water needs to be added into the mixing pool in advance, a mixing rod arranged inside the mixing pool is started to slowly stir, a rotating rod inside the mixing pool is used for mixing and stirring for 10-20 minutes at 20-30 revolutions per minute, the working solution can be better diluted and fused, and mixed liquid A is obtained.
S4, padding the fabric
And (4) adding the composite fabric C obtained in the step S1 and the mixed liquid A obtained in the step S2 into a finishing machine, and finally obtaining a composite fabric D by adopting a two-dipping and two-rolling mode, wherein the mangle ratio is 70-80%.
S5, drying the fabric
And (4) drying the composite cloth D obtained in the step (S3) by a dryer, wherein the temperature of the dryer needs to be kept at 80-100 ℃, the temperature of the Lafu setting needs to be kept at 140-150 ℃, and the tentering setting time is 30-40S, and then rolling the treated cloth to finally obtain the skin-friendly antibacterial cloth.
Preferably, in the step S1, the composite fabric C needs to be dried and rolled after the bonding is completed, the drying temperature is 100 to 120 ℃, and the drying time is 4 to 6 min.
Preferably, in the step S2, the working solution consists of NB-08 antibacterial agent, TX-213 hyaluronic acid finishing agent and far infrared finishing agent.
Preferably, in the step S3, the composite fabric passes through the mixed liquid a in the finishing machine at a speed of 16-18 m/min.
Preferably, in the step S2, the TX-213 hyaluronic acid finishing agent is hyaluronic acid microcapsule as a main component, the far infrared ray finishing agent is nano-grade special powder as a component, and the antibacterial finishing agent NB-08 is a quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial finishing agent.
