The upper part of the second inner jacking mechanism is also provided with a limiting pin 60, the front end part of the limiting pin is provided with a roller 40, the wheel shaft of the roller is parallel to the base and is vertical to the limiting pin, and the rear end of the limiting pin is provided with a pull ring 41; and a rib plate 42 is connected between the left front component and the right front component of the oil tank assembly, the welding positioning device further comprises a rib plate positioning device for positioning the rib plate, the rib plate positioning device comprises shelves 43 arranged on the side plates on two sides of the pushing mechanism, and the shelves are L-shaped structures and are obliquely arranged. The spacer pin is used for spacing at oil tank top, and the running roller is used for reducing the frictional force of spacer pin when removing for the oil tank, and the pull ring is used for the manual work to pull out the spacer pin. The rib plate positioning device is used for positioning a rib plate on the oil tank assembly.

The oil tank rear supporting mechanism is used for positioning the oil tank rear part and a left support and a right support on an oil tank assembly, the clamping seat can turn around a rotating shaft, when the front upper jacking air cylinder acts, the connecting jacking pin 61 connected with the front upper jacking air cylinder moves upwards to push the clamping seat to turn towards the rear side (the clamping seat is opened), and the positioning mechanism on the clamping seat is far away from the oil tank rear part; when the front rear top cylinder acts, the clamping seat is pushed to rotate forwards (the clamping seat resets), and the positioning mechanism on the clamping seat is close to the rear part of the oil tank and plays a role in positioning the left support and the right support.
The rear assembly positioning pin of the embodiment is arranged on one side of the oil tank rear supporting mechanism close to the middle of the base, and an oil tank rear positioning pin 53 is arranged on one side of the clamping seat close to the oil tank limiting block; an oil tank limiting block 54 used for limiting the rear part of an oil tank is further arranged on the clamping seat, and the oil tank limiting block is L-shaped and is arranged on one side, far away from the center of the base, of the clamping seat.
The engine support of this embodiment is two, the support frame be four, the symmetry sets up in the base both sides, is equipped with the recess that is used for engine support tip location on the support frame, engine support positioning mechanism still includes diaphragm positioning mechanism, diaphragm positioning mechanism include two diaphragm supporting seats 56 that are used for placing diaphragm 55, be equipped with the locating pin on the diaphragm supporting seat, one side of diaphragm supporting seat is equipped with diaphragm hold-down mechanism 57 (see fig. 4 fig. 12), diaphragm hold-down mechanism include the compressing cylinder 58 of vertical setting, the output shaft that compresses tightly the cylinder be connected with the one end of a compressing tightly pole 59 that transversely sets up, the other end that compresses tightly the pole is equipped with the adjustable knock pin of directional diaphragm. The welding positioning device for the forklift oil tank assembly further comprises a water tank support positioning device and a silencer support positioning device (drawn in the figure), wherein the water tank support positioning device comprises a water tank left support positioning device and a water tank right support positioning device.
The front part of a base is provided with an outward pushing mechanism, and two sides of the outward pushing mechanism are respectively provided with a first inner jacking mechanism for positioning front components at two sides of an oil tank assembly; the rear portion of base sets up the back supporting seat, carries out basic location to the back subassembly through the back subassembly constant head tank on the back supporting seat, adopts the back subassembly locating pin to further fix a position the back subassembly to compress tightly the back subassembly through back hold-down mechanism. The second inner jacking mechanism and the third inner jacking mechanism arranged on two sides of the base are used for positioning the side surfaces of the left oil tank and the right oil tank, and the second inner jacking mechanism and the third inner jacking mechanism are arranged on the slide rails and can move and can be moved away when the oil tanks are put in. An oil tank rear supporting mechanism is arranged on the rear side of the third inner top mechanism to position the rear parts of the left and right oil tanks; the support base is arranged on two sides of the base and used for positioning the engine support, and the support upper jacking cylinder is arranged below the support base, so that the engine support can be jacked up and attached to the bottom surface of the oil tank conveniently during welding. Therefore, the invention realizes the one-key in-place and clamping of the tool positioning and the one-key loosening and demoulding through the pneumatic positioning mechanism and the clamping mechanism; because the cylinder driving positioning mechanism and the clamping mechanism are adopted, the wrench space which needs to be reserved in the existing tool is saved, the whole tool structure is more compact, the positioning precision is greatly improved, and the problems of low welding efficiency, large positioning deviation and poor consistency of finished products of the oil tank assembly in the prior art are solved.

Claims (10)

1. A welding and positioning device of a forklift oil tank assembly comprises a left oil tank (1), a right oil tank (2), an engine bracket (3) connecting the bottoms of the left oil tank and the right oil tank, a left front component (4) connected with the front end of the left oil tank, a right front component (5) connected with the front end of the right oil tank and a rear component (6) connected between the rear parts of the left oil tank and the right oil tank, it is characterized in that the welding and positioning device of the oil tank assembly comprises a base (7), a positioning mechanism for positioning the oil tank assembly is arranged on the base, the positioning mechanism comprises a front component positioning mechanism arranged at the front part of the base, a rear component positioning mechanism arranged at the rear part of the base, an oil tank positioning mechanism and an engine bracket positioning mechanism arranged at the middle part of the base, the front component positioning mechanism comprises an outward pushing mechanism (8) and first inner jacking mechanisms (9) arranged on two sides of the outward pushing mechanism; the rear component positioning mechanism comprises a rear supporting seat (10), a rear component positioning groove (11) is formed in the rear supporting seat, and the rear component positioning mechanism further comprises a rear pressing mechanism (12) and a rear component positioning pin (13); the oil tank positioning mechanism comprises two second inner jacking mechanisms (14) which are oppositely arranged on two sides of the base and two third inner jacking mechanisms (15) which are respectively positioned on the rear sides of the second inner jacking mechanisms, oil tank rear supporting mechanisms (16) are respectively arranged on the rear sides of the third inner jacking mechanisms, and the second inner jacking mechanisms and the third inner jacking mechanisms are respectively arranged on the sliding rails (17) and are connected with the sliding cylinders (18); the engine support positioning mechanism comprises support seats (19) positioned on two sides of the base, and a support upper jacking cylinder (20) is arranged below each support seat.

The welding and positioning device for the forklift fuel tank assembly according to claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a middle plate (21) vertically arranged and side plates (22) parallelly arranged on both sides of the middle plate, a movable pushing plate (23) is arranged between the side plates and the middle plate, pushing cylinders (24) are arranged on both sides of the middle plate, a piston rod of each pushing cylinder is connected with the inner side surface of the movable pushing plate, a front component top pillar (25) and a front component positioning pin (26) are arranged on the outer side surface of the movable pushing plate, through holes matched with the front component top pillar and the front component positioning pin are arranged on the side plates, and when the piston rod of each pushing cylinder extends, the movable pushing plate moves to drive the front component top pillar and the front component positioning pin to extend out of the through holes in the side plates.

The welding and positioning device for the forklift fuel tank assembly according to claim 2, wherein the outward pushing mechanism is of a symmetrical structure, the top parts of the two side plates are respectively provided with a cantilever (27) for positioning the front component, the length direction of the cantilever is consistent with the moving direction of the movable push plate, 2-4 outward pushing cylinders are arranged on one side of the middle plate, and the outward pushing cylinders are arranged in parallel; the first inner jacking mechanism comprises a base (28) and an inner jacking cylinder (29) transversely arranged on the base, wherein a jacking block (30) is arranged at the front end of a cylinder shaft of the inner jacking cylinder, and an adjustable jacking pin (31) is arranged on the jacking block.

The welding positioning device for the forklift fuel tank assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the rear pressing mechanism is arranged on one side of the rear supporting seat, the rear pressing mechanism comprises a vertically arranged pressing cylinder (32), an output shaft of the pressing cylinder is connected with one end of a pressing plate (33), the middle part of the pressing plate is rotatably connected to a stand column (34), and the other end of the pressing plate is positioned above the rear supporting seat; the rear side of the rear supporting seat is also provided with a threaded hole inspection device, and the threaded hole inspection device comprises a mounting seat (35) and an inspection pin (36) transversely arranged on the mounting seat.

The welding and positioning device for the forklift fuel tank assembly according to claim 1, wherein each of the second and third inner jacking mechanisms comprises a base and an inner jacking cylinder arranged on the base, a jacking block is arranged at the front end of a cylinder shaft of the inner jacking cylinder, an adjustable jacking pin is arranged on the jacking block, sliding grooves (37) matched with the sliding rails are respectively arranged below the bases of the second and third inner jacking mechanisms, a pull rod (38) is fixed below the base, a through groove (39) is arranged on the base, and the lower end of the pull rod passes through the through groove and is connected with the sliding cylinder arranged below the base; the second inner jacking mechanism and the third inner jacking mechanism are symmetrically arranged.

The welding and positioning device for the forklift fuel tank assembly according to claim 2, wherein a limit pin (60) is further arranged at the upper part of the second inner jacking mechanism, a roller (40) is arranged at the front end part of the limit pin, the wheel shaft of the roller is parallel to the base and is perpendicular to the limit pin, and a pull ring (41) is arranged at the rear end of the limit pin; a rib plate (42) is connected between a left front component and a right front component of the oil tank assembly, the welding positioning device further comprises a rib plate positioning device for positioning the rib plate, the rib plate positioning device comprises shelves (43) arranged on side plates on two sides of the pushing-out mechanism, and the shelves are of L-shaped structures and are arranged obliquely.

The welding fixture of claim 1, wherein, the supporting mechanism at the rear part of the oil tank comprises a supporting frame (44), a clamping seat (45) is arranged on the supporting frame, the bottom of the clamping seat is connected with the top of the supporting frame through a rotating shaft (46), a front upper jacking cylinder (47) is arranged in the support frame on the front side of the rotating shaft, a rear upper jacking cylinder (48) is arranged in the support frame on the rear side of the rotating shaft, the welding positioning device further comprises a left support positioning block (51) and a right support positioning block (52) which are used for positioning a left support (49) and a right support (50) of the oil tank assembly, the left support positioning block and the right support positioning block are two and are respectively arranged on the clamping seats of the supporting mechanisms at the rear parts of the oil tanks on the two sides of the base, the left support positioning block and the right support positioning block are L-shaped and are arranged up and down, and the left support positioning block and the right support positioning block are both provided with adjustable ejector pins.
