Further, in order to solve the technical problem of how the moving mechanism 6c adjusts the tensioning wheel 5c, as shown in fig. 14 and 15:
the moving mechanism 6c comprises a sliding block 6c1, a sliding opening is formed in the tripod 2a3, the sliding block 6c1 is slidably arranged in the sliding opening, the frame 6d is fixed on the sliding block 6c1, and a linear driver 6c2 for driving the sliding block 6c1 to slide is further arranged on the tripod 2a 3.
Based on the above embodiment, when the tensioning wheel 5c is adjusted, the linear driver 6c2 drives the sliding block 6c1 to slide in the sliding opening of the tripod 2a3, the sliding of the sliding block 6c1 moves the tensioning wheel 5c according to the condition of the reaction of the belt 4, if the belt 4 is loose, the sliding block 6c1 drives the tensioning wheel 5c to move downwards to press the tensioning wheel 5c on the belt 4 with proper pressure, so that the belt 4 can be normally connected with the driving wheel 5a and the driven wheel 5b, and if the belt 4 is tight, the sliding block 6c1 drives the tensioning wheel 5c to move upwards to loosen the belt 4, so that the driven wheel 5b can not rotate normally.
Further, in order to solve the technical problem of how to drive the synchronous swinging device 3 to simultaneously drive the plurality of sorting modules 2 to adjust the swinging direction, as shown in fig. 3:
the synchronous swinging device 3 comprises synchronous wheels 3a with the same number as the distributed rows of the sorting modules 2, each row of the sorting modules 2 is connected between every two adjacent bearings 2a4 and between each synchronous wheel 3a and the corresponding bearing 2a4 in a matched manner through a synchronous belt 3b, each two adjacent synchronous wheels 3a are connected in a matched manner through a linkage belt 3c, each synchronous wheel 3a can rotate on the sorting platform 1, and a rotating motor 3d for driving one synchronous wheel 3a to rotate is further arranged on the sorting platform 1.
Based on the above embodiment, when the goods are transported on the sorting platform 1 in the specified direction, in order to ensure that the goods can enter the correct area, the synchronous swinging device 3 needs to adjust the transporting direction of the balance wheel 2b, and when the synchronous swinging device 3 is driven, the rotating motor 3d drives one synchronous wheel 3a to rotate, and because of the connection between the plurality of synchronous wheels 3a through the linkage belt 3c, the plurality of synchronous wheels 3a rotate simultaneously, and because of the connection between each synchronous wheel 3a and the corresponding bearing 2a4 through the synchronous belt 3b, the outer rings of the plurality of bearings 2a4 rotate simultaneously, and the swinging direction of the swinging seat 2a can be adjusted accordingly, so that the goods can be transported correctly.
According to the application, the tension degree of the belt 4 is adjusted by the tensioning device 6, so that the belt 4 can normally drive the balance wheel 2b to operate, the situation of belt breakage is avoided, and an operator can conveniently repair or replace the balance wheel 2b through the detachable arrangement of the balance wheel 2b, thereby completing the sorting work of cargoes and ensuring the normal sorting of cargoes.
