In summary, the present invention provides a combined high-pressure hot-melt spraying head, including a main pipeline, a feed inlet is provided at one side of the main pipeline, a fixed spraying head is provided at the other side of the main pipeline, the fixed spraying head is used as a basic mounting structure, when a subsequent movable spraying head is mounted, the fixed spraying head is firstly used as a basis to ensure that the width of the whole total spraying opening is increased on the basis of the fixed spraying head, a plurality of movable spraying heads are detachably connected at two sides of the fixed spraying head on the main pipeline, the width of the whole spraying head can be assembled and adjusted according to different use scenes, heating wires are provided inside the main pipeline, the fixed spraying head and the movable spraying head, when the melted fixed material is sprayed, the material is kept in a molten state inside the spraying head constantly, so as to prevent the material from solidifying and blocking inside the spraying head, the movable spraying heads are sequentially mounted from a position adjacent to the fixed spraying head to a position far away from the fixed spraying head, so as to ensure that the spraying heads are provided with a power supply groove for connecting the movable spraying head, and the movable spraying head are provided with a power supply groove, and a power supply groove for connecting the movable spraying head, and a power supply groove for correspondingly, are provided in the movable spraying head, the top of the movable spraying head is inserted into the main pipeline, so that the materials in the main pipeline are supplied to the insides of the installed movable spraying heads, and the width of a total spraying port is adjusted.

A combined high-pressure hot-melting spraying head is characterized by comprising a main pipeline, wherein a feed inlet is formed in one side of the main pipeline, a fixed spraying head is arranged in the other side of the main pipeline, a plurality of movable spraying heads are detachably connected to two sides of the fixed spraying head on the main pipeline, heating wires are arranged in the main pipeline, the fixed spraying heads and the movable spraying heads, the movable spraying heads are sequentially installed from positions close to the fixed spraying heads to positions far away from the fixed spraying heads, spraying ports of the movable spraying heads and spraying ports of the fixed spraying heads are matched to form a total spraying port, power supply grooves connected with the corresponding heating wires are formed in two sides of the fixed spraying heads, power supply contacts connected with the corresponding heating wires are arranged in one side of each movable spraying head in a corresponding mode, power supply grooves are formed in the other side of the movable spraying heads, the adjacent power supply grooves and the power supply contacts are matched and connected, the tops of the movable spraying heads are inserted into the main pipeline, sliding plates are arranged in two sides of the fixed spraying heads, through holes arranged in corresponding to the power supply grooves are formed in the sliding modes, the tops of the sliding plates are arranged at the bottoms of the fixed spraying heads, and the spraying springs are used for plugging the pressure of the spraying springs;
the movable spray head comprises:
the spraying device comprises a shell, a spraying hole is formed in the top of the shell, a spraying port is formed in the bottom of the mounting hole, a power supply groove is formed in one side of the shell, a sliding plate is arranged on one side, located on the power supply groove, of the shell, a pressure spring for enabling the sliding plate to move towards the bottom of a movable spraying head is arranged on the top of the sliding plate, the sliding plate seals one side, close to the sliding plate, of the spraying port under the action of the pressure spring, and a power supply contact is arranged on the other side of the shell;
the heating wire is wound outside the hot melting pipe, the hot melting pipe is inserted into the mounting hole, and the matching part inserted into the main pipeline is arranged at the top of the hot melting pipe.

The combined high-pressure hot-melt spray head as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sliding hole is formed in the housing, the power supply contact is slidably connected to the inside of the sliding hole, and the bottom of the power supply contact and the bottom of the sliding hole are connected through a contact spring.

The combined high-pressure hot-melt spray head according to claim 2, wherein the housing is further provided with a fixing hole communicated with the bottom of the sliding hole, a clamping member is slidably connected inside the fixing hole, the top of the clamping member is provided with an obstacle avoidance groove and a wedge-shaped convex edge arranged inside the obstacle avoidance groove, and the wedge-shaped convex edge fixes the position of the power supply contact when the clamping member slides to a certain position.
4. The combined high-pressure hot-melt spray head as claimed in claim 3, wherein a wedge-shaped structure is provided at the top of the power supply contact, and a force-bearing portion engaged with the wedge-shaped convex edge is provided at the bottom of the power supply contact.

The combined high-pressure hot-melt spray head according to any one of claims 3 to 4, wherein a matching cylinder arranged corresponding to the matching part is arranged at the bottom of the main pipeline, a first feed hole is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the matching cylinder, and the matching part is inserted into the matching cylinder.

The combined high-pressure hot-melt spraying head as claimed in claim 5, wherein a sealing plug is slidably connected to the inside of the fitting cylinder, a sealing spring for sliding the sealing plug downward is arranged between the top of the sealing plug and the fitting cylinder, the sealing plug is pressed by the sealing spring to seal the first feeding hole when the fitting part is not inserted into the fitting cylinder, a second feeding hole corresponding to the first feeding hole is arranged on the outer wall of the fitting part, and the first feeding hole and the second feeding hole are overlapped when the fitting part is inserted into the fitting cylinder.
