一种含金硫氧混合锑矿的回收方法,首先将矿石磨矿至矿物单体解离后,采用六偏磷酸钠作分散剂,水玻璃作硅、钙质脉石抑制剂,硫化钠作硫化剂、硫酸铜作锑、金矿物活化剂,异戊基黄药作捕收剂,2号油作起泡剂对含金硫氧混合锑矿进行浮选得锑金混合精矿。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含金硫氧混合锑矿的回收方法,特别是对于锑氧化率高、金品位低且硅、钙质脉石矿物较多的锑、金混合矿,需通过多种流程组合才能回收的低品位含金硫氧混合锑矿。
背景技术
国内外一些含金硫化矿床中,常常伴生有如硫化锑、氧化锑等对金冶炼有害的有色金属矿物,这些伴生矿物原矿品位低,往往在金的回收过程中一般不考虑单独回收,其原因在于伴生锑品位低,单独回收的价值不大,同时,由于锑氧化率高,部分氧化锑矿物难浮选,一般采用多种流程组合对基进行回收。为了提高锑金的回收率,在浮选过程中往往添加过量药剂,这样不可避免地将硫化锑及一部分微细粒的硅、钙质脉石矿物浮选得到含锑的混合金精矿,但氧化锑回收却不尽如意,如能将这部分氧化锑也回收,不仅降低了企业回收金的成本,同时也能对资源的综合回收。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供含金硫氧混合锑矿的回收方法,特别是对于锑氧化率高、金品位低且硅、钙质脉石矿物较多的锑、金混合矿,需通过多种流程组合才能回收的低品位含金硫氧混合锑矿。
本发明采用以下技术方案达到上述目的:一种含金硫氧混合锑矿的回收方法,首先将矿石磨矿至矿物单体解离后,采用六偏磷酸钠作分散剂,水玻璃作硅、钙质脉石抑制剂,硫化钠作硫化剂、硫酸铜作锑、金矿物活化剂,异戊基黄药作捕收剂,2号油作起泡剂对含金硫氧混合锑矿进行浮选得锑金混合精矿。
药剂总用量为:六偏磷酸钠50~80g/t,水玻璃500~600g/t,硫酸铜800~1000g/t,硫酸铜80~100g/t,异戊基黄药300~350g/t,2号油30~50g/t。
本发明的突出优点在于:
1、工艺流程简单,只需一次粗选三次扫选两次精选就可得合格的混合锑金精矿。
2、采用无毒价廉,对硫氧锑矿有选择性抑制的药剂,较好地解决了硫氧混合锑矿的浮选回收问题。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
1.矿物原料:
所用矿物原料辉锑矿、方锑矿及少量锑化、黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿,其中锑含量为0.59%、砷含量为0.17%、硫含量为5.12%、金含量为2.55g/t,经物相分析表明,锑氧化率为35.64%,杂质矿物石英、云母及硅钙质矿物。
2、药剂制度及操作条件:首先将矿石磨矿至矿物单体解离后,采用六偏磷酸钠50g/t作分散剂,水玻璃500g/t作硅、钙质脉石抑制剂,硫化钠800g/t作氧化锑硫化剂、硫酸铜80g/t作锑、金矿物活化剂,异戊基黄药300g/t作捕收剂,2号油30g/t作起泡剂,采用一次粗选三次扫选两次精选获得了含金35.77g/t、含锑9.02%的混合锑金精矿,金锑回收率分别为87.15%和78.93%。
实施例2
1.矿物原料:
所用矿物原料辉锑矿、方锑矿及少量锑化、黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿,其中锑含量为0.86%、砷含量为0.30%、硫含量为4.77%、金含量为3.42g/t,经物相分析表明,锑氧化率为27.61%,杂质矿物石英、云母及硅钙质矿物。
2、药剂制度及操作条件:首先将矿石磨矿至矿物单体解离后,采用六偏磷酸钠80g/t作分散剂,水玻璃600g/t作硅、钙质脉石抑制剂,硫化钠1000g/t作氧化锑硫化剂、硫酸铜100g/t作锑、金矿物活化剂,异戊基黄药350g/t作捕收剂,2号油50g/t作起泡剂,采用一次粗选三次扫选两次精选获得了含金40.50g/t、含锑10.11%的混合锑金精矿,金锑回收率分别为88.63%和80.25%。
