The solid hair conditioner provided by the first aspect of the application is in a solid state, the product is mild and has no stimulation, the solid hair conditioner does not contain components such as octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane (D5) which are easy to produce deposition and harmful to scalp, and the solid hair conditioner can adopt recyclable or biodegradable packages, thereby being beneficial to reducing energy consumption and realizing health and environmental protection.
The second aspect of the present application provides a method for preparing a solid hair conditioner, comprising: mixing the following components in percentage by mass to obtain a solid hair conditioner;
hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol: 8% -35%;
Vegetable oil: 20% -50%;
vegetable wax: 5% -20%;
humectant: 5% -25%;
kaolin: 2% -10%.
Optionally, the mixing includes: placing the components in a container, heating to 70-90 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution, pouring the mixed solution into a mold, cooling and demolding to obtain the solid hair conditioner.
Optionally, the shape of the mold includes any one of animal shape, plant shape, geometric shape, and the like.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The existing hair conditioner is mainly in the form of cream and has large usage amount each time, so that the hair conditioner is generally contained in a large-capacity plastic bottle, is inconvenient to carry, can cause waste and brings about a lot of environmental protection problems. In order to enrich the product form of the hair conditioner, the application provides a solid hair conditioner which is easy to paint and has good hair care effect, and the product in the solid form is favorable for carrying out appearance design according to the shape favored by consumers and enriching the appearance of the product.
In the application, the solid hair conditioner comprises the following components in percentage by mass: hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol: 8% -35%; vegetable oil: 20% -50%; vegetable wax: 5% -20%; humectant: 5% -25%; kaolin: 2% -10%.
At present, the traditional solid products such as hair care soap are compounded by adopting sixteen/stearyl alcohol as a matrix, so that the problems of difficult smearing and easy breakage exist. In the embodiment of the application, the mass percentage of the hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol in the solid hair conditioner is 8-35%. In some embodiments, the hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol is present in the solid conditioner in a mass percentage of 15% to 33%. The mass percentage of hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol in the solid hair conditioner can be, but is not limited to, specifically 8%, 10%, 15%, 18%, 20%, 21%, 25%, 30%, 31%, 33% or 35%.
According to the application, the vegetable wax can improve the flexibility of the solid hair conditioner, and particularly, the hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol plays a role in building a soft structure in the solid hair conditioner, and the addition of a proper amount of vegetable wax can improve the continuity of the framework, inhibit the breakage of the solid hair conditioner and avoid the problem that a solid product is too hard to be smeared. In some embodiments of the application, the vegetable wax comprises one or more of candelilla wax, polyhydroxystearic acid. Candelilla wax is a brown vegetable wax extracted from a grass grown in texas and mexico. Polyhydroxystearic acid is a soft and high melting point (50 ℃ -70 ℃) natural polyester wax product derived from castor oil. In some embodiments of the application, the vegetable wax comprises polyhydroxystearic acid, the mass percentage of the polyhydroxystearic acid in the solid hair conditioner is more than or equal to 2.5%, the polyhydroxystearic acid has strong crystallization resistance, and the polyhydroxystearic acid and hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol can be matched to remarkably increase the toughness of the solid hair conditioner, so that the solid hair conditioner has good structural strength; and the polyhydroxystearic acid can also stabilize vegetable oil in the formula, inhibit the problem of oil bleeding and oil seepage of the solid hair conditioner, so that the product has good stability. In some embodiments of the application, the plant wax comprises candelilla wax and polyhydroxystearic acid, the mass ratio of the candelilla wax to the polyhydroxystearic acid is 1 (0.2-1), the mass ratio of the candelilla wax to the polyhydroxystearic acid can be specifically but not limited to 1:0.2, 1:0.4, 1:0.5, 1:0.8 or 1:1), the candelilla wax has a higher melting point but is brittle, and the polyhydroxystearic acid has a lower melting point, but the network structure and the flexibility can inhibit cracking of the solid hair conditioner due to brittleness, and the two can be reasonably proportioned, so that the high temperature resistance of the product can be improved, and the cracking problem caused by the hardness and the brittleness can be inhibited. In the embodiment of the application, the mass percentage of the vegetable wax in the solid hair conditioner is 5-20%. In some embodiments, the mass percentage of vegetable wax in the solid hair conditioner is 5% -12%. The mass percentage of the vegetable oil in the solid hair conditioner can be specifically but not limited to 5%, 6.5%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 15%, 17%, 19% or 20%.
In some embodiments of the application, the vegetable oil comprises one or more of sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, jojoba oil, white pool seed oil, argan seed oil, olive fruit oil, watermelon seed oil, and camellia oil. In the solid hair conditioner disclosed by the application, the vegetable oil contains unsaturated fatty acid, and has good permeability due to small molecular weight, so that damaged hair can be repaired, a moisturizing effect on the hair can be achieved, hair bifurcation is reduced, hair luster can be increased after long-term use, and breakage is prevented. The vegetable oil has good mildness, no stimulation to scalp and wider application range. In some embodiments of the present application, the vegetable oil comprises sunflower seed oil, shea butter, argan tree kernel oil and coconut oil, wherein the mass ratio of sunflower seed oil, shea butter, argan tree kernel oil and coconut oil is (1-5): 1-3. In some embodiments of the application, the vegetable oil comprises sunflower seed oil, shea butter, olive oil, jojoba oil and watermelon seed oil, wherein the mass ratio of sunflower seed oil, shea butter, olive oil, jojoba oil and watermelon seed oil is (1-5): 1-3): 1-2. In some embodiments of the application, the vegetable oil comprises sunflower seed oil, shea butter, olive oil, white pool flower seed oil and camellia oil, wherein the mass ratio of the sunflower seed oil, shea butter, olive oil, white pool flower seed oil and camellia oil is (8-15): (5-10): (0.5-2). In some embodiments of the present application, the vegetable oil comprises sunflower seed oil, shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil and camellia oil, wherein the mass ratio of sunflower seed oil, shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil and camellia oil is (2-6): 2-6: 0.5-2. Different from human skin, the hair has higher lipophilicity, and the hair conditioner is compounded by adopting different vegetable oils, can better provide balanced nutrition for the hair, and is reasonably matched according to the polarity intensity and the moistening degree of the oils, so that the solid hair conditioner has no greasy feel when in use, and can deeply nourish and repair the hair. In the embodiment of the application, the mass percentage of the vegetable oil in the solid hair conditioner is 20-50%. In some embodiments, the mass percentage of vegetable oil in the solid hair conditioner is 30% -45%. The mass percentage of the vegetable oil in the solid hair conditioner can be, but is not limited to, 20%, 25%, 30%, 33%, 35%, 40%, 42%, 45% or 50%. The control of the content of the vegetable oil is beneficial to forming a protective film on the surface of the hair of the solid hair conditioner and quickly penetrating through the hair core, so that the hair is protected deeply, the solid hair conditioner can effectively moisten and repair damaged hair, and the vegetable oil can form a stable interaction system with hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol and vegetable wax, so that the stability of the product is improved.
In some embodiments of the application, the mass ratio of hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol to vegetable wax and vegetable fat is (1.5-5): 1 (2.5-9). In some embodiments, the mass ratio of hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol to vegetable wax and vegetable fat is (1.8-4.5): 1 (2.5-8.5). The solid hair conditioner can be ensured to have good flexibility and smearing performance by controlling the relative mass ratio of the hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol to the vegetable wax and vegetable fat, and has good stability.
In some embodiments of the application, the solid hair conditioner further comprises a cationic conditioning agent. The cationic conditioning agent with a proper amount can form a film on the surface of hair, inhibit hair from being rubbed with each other to cause damage to hair scales, has a certain emulsifying capacity, and can promote faster cleaning of products. In some embodiments, the cationic conditioning agent comprises one or more of behentrimethylammonium methyl sulfate, behentrimethylammonium chloride, bis-PEG-18 (methyl ether dimethylsilane), methyl ether dimethylsilane. The cationic conditioning agent not only can adjust the softness and smoothness of hair and repair the hair, but also is easy to clean, and is beneficial to washing off the hair conditioner on the hair surface after hair care is finished. In some embodiments, the cationic conditioning agent comprises behentrimethylammonium methyl sulfate, which has anti-entanglement and antistatic properties, and can improve dry and wet combability, prevent hair scale damage caused by combing, and restore natural hydrophobicity of hair. In some embodiments of the application, the cationic conditioning agent is present in the solid conditioner in an amount of 0% to 15% by mass. In some embodiments, the cationic conditioning agent is present in the solid conditioner in an amount of 0.8% to 8.5% by mass. The mass percent of the cationic conditioning agent in the solid hair conditioner may be, in particular but not limited to, 0.1%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 2.5%, 5%, 7% or 8.5%. The solid hair conditioner is characterized in that the hair is repaired and nourished through vegetable oil, a small amount of cationic regulator is added to enrich the repairing function of the hair conditioner, if the content of the cationic regulator exceeds 15%, the hair is likely to be stimulated, and a large amount of cationic regulator is not suitable for packaging of other forms such as aluminum boxes, and the appearance mode of the product is limited.
In some embodiments of the application, the humectant comprises one or more of a polyol humectant, panthenol, and hydrogenated jojoba ester. In some embodiments, the polyol humectant includes one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, sorbitol. In some embodiments, the polyhydric alcohol humectant comprises glycerin, and the glycerin has three hydroxyl groups in the structure, so that the moisture loss in damaged hair can be effectively supplemented, and the solid hair conditioner has good moisturizing effect. In some embodiments of the application, the humectant is present in the solid hair conditioner in an amount of 5% to 25% by mass. In some embodiments, the cationic conditioning agent is present in the solid conditioner in an amount of 8% to 20% by mass. The mass percent of the cationic conditioning agent in the solid hair conditioner may be, in particular but not limited to, 5%, 8%, 10%, 15%, 17%, 18.5%, 20% or 25%. The addition of a proper amount of humectant can bring moisturizing effect to hair on one hand, and can reduce or avoid the problem of cracking of the solid hair conditioner on the other hand, and improve the structural strength of the solid hair conditioner. In some embodiments of the present application, the solid hair conditioner further comprises a trace amount of water, wherein the mass percentage of water in the solid hair conditioner is less than or equal to 2%.
The solid hair conditioner has higher grease content, and the formula system can be further stabilized by adding the kaolin, so that the grease can be solidified in the product, and the conditions of oil bleeding and oil seepage on the surface of the solid hair conditioner are inhibited. In some embodiments of the application, the kaolin is present in the solid conditioner in an amount of 2% to 10% by weight. In some embodiments, the cationic conditioning agent is present in the solid conditioner in an amount of 3% to 9% by mass. The mass percent of the cationic conditioning agent in the solid hair conditioner may be, but is not limited to, specifically 2%, 3%, 4.5%, 6%, 7.5%, 9% or 10%.
In some embodiments of the present application, the solid hair conditioner further comprises 0.1% -2.0% by mass of a fragrance agent, wherein the fragrance agent comprises one or more of plant essential oils or essences. In some embodiments of the present application, the plant essential oil includes one or more of chamomile essential oil, rosemary essential oil, sage essential oil, lemon essential oil and lavender essential oil, and the plant essential oil is extracted from natural plants, has a fragrance function, can eliminate nervous tension to a certain extent, and brings mood pleasure to people. In some embodiments of the application, the mass percentage of the flavoring agent in the solid hair conditioner is 0.1% -2.0%. In some embodiments, the mass percentage of the fragrance agent in the solid hair conditioner is 0.2% -1.5%. The mass percent of the cationic conditioning agent in the solid hair conditioner may be, in particular but not limited to, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2%, 1.35%, 1.5% or 2%.
In some embodiments of the present application, the solid hair conditioner comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-33% of hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol, 30-45% of vegetable oil and vegetable wax: 5% -12%, humectant: 8% -20%; kaolin: 3% -9%, cationic conditioning agent: 0.8 to 8.5 percent and the balance of water.
In some embodiments of the application, the solid hair conditioner has a pH of from 4.0 to 5.0. The solid hair conditioner disclosed by the application is slightly acidic, accords with a proper pH range of hair, can better repair and protect the hair, has mild touch feeling, and is suitable for various people.
The solid hair conditioner of the present application may be, but is not limited to, paper or metal packaging. In some embodiments, the solid hair conditioner may be packaged by a box body, wherein the packaging material of the box body package comprises plastic, paper or metal, and the solid hair conditioner adopts the packaging material other than plastic to preferably select paper package for environmental protection and sustainable development, but is not limited to paper package; compared with plastic, the solid hair conditioner packaged by paper can save more cost, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly. In some embodiments, the solid hair conditioner is packaged by a metal box body, and when the metal box body is used as a package, the metal box body can effectively protect a product, inhibit the deformation of the product in the transportation process, and improve the attractiveness of the product. In some embodiments, the solid conditioner is packaged using an aluminum box. Compared with the traditional liquid hair conditioner, the solid hair conditioner provided by the application can reduce the use of a large amount of packaging materials and reduce the transportation force, can save a large amount of water resources, and has a wide application prospect.
According to the formula of the solid hair conditioner, through reasonable collocation of hydrogenated rapeseed oil, vegetable wax, humectant and kaolin, the appearance of the product is in a solid state, the stability is good, and in some embodiments, the solid hair conditioner is placed for 3 months at high temperature of 40 ℃ and low temperature freezing (-15 ℃), and the stability is good; the solid hair conditioner is easy to smear, can well moisten and repair damaged hair, has good smooth feel no matter wet-washed or dry-combed after being used, and has soft and moist hair, luster and excellent use feel and hair care effect; compared with the traditional washing and caring products, the solid hair conditioner does not contain nipagin ester, mineral oil and other irritant substances, the pH range of the solid hair conditioner is also suitable for the pH environment required by healthy scalp and hair, the solid hair conditioner is a mild and moist hair care product, is suitable for various people, is commonly used for dry hair, oily hair and the like, and can be used for a long time; the solid hair conditioner is very durable, and in some embodiments, 40g of the solid hair conditioner can be used for 1.5-3 months, and compared with the traditional liquid hair conditioner, the solid hair conditioner is more economical and durable and has good portability; based on the solid form of the hair conditioner, the solid hair conditioner can be used for manufacturing products with different shapes according to the demands of consumers, and is beneficial to enriching the appearance of the products.
The application also provides a preparation method of the solid hair conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
Step 100: weighing the following components in percentage by weight according to the formula proportion: hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol: 8% -35%; vegetable oil: 20% -50%; vegetable wax: 5% -20%; humectant: 5% -25%; kaolin: 2% -10%; placing the components into a stirring pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
Step 200: pouring the mixed solution into a mould, and demoulding to obtain the solid hair conditioner with the corresponding shape.
In step 100 of the application, when the components are mixed, the mixing temperature is 70-90 ℃ and the mixing time is 10-60 min. In some embodiments of the present application, the method for preparing a solid hair conditioner further comprises: a pH adjuster, which in some embodiments includes sodium citrate, is added to the mixed solution to adjust the pH to 4-5. The solid hair conditioner has low water content or does not contain water, and the pH regulator can well keep the pH of the product to be slightly acidic.
In step 200 of the present application, the mold used may be designed according to the shape preferred by the consumer, and the shape and size of the solid hair conditioner of the present application may be varied by presetting the mold of various shapes, for example, the cross-sectional shape of the solid hair conditioner may be any one of a circle, a rectangle, a triangle or a polygon.
The preparation method of the solid hair conditioner provided by the application is simple to operate, controllable in process and suitable for industrial production.
The application also provides a washing and caring product, which comprises the solid hair conditioner.

Trial comparison test
The solid hair conditioner obtained in the application examples 1-8 is used as an experimental group, the liquid hair conditioner with better public praise on the market is used as a control group for effect test, 90 women with ages of 25-35 years old are selected, and the test is divided into 9 groups. Wherein, the number of women with long hair in each group is the same. In the trial process, the hair is washed once every two days and is continuously used for 2 weeks. The results after use are compared with the following table 1 (the following results are obtained by averaging all the total scores of the results, which are scored as follows:

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a graph showing the performance test comparison of the solid conditioner of example 1 and the liquid conditioner of control group 1 according to the present application. As can be seen from Table 1 and FIG. 2, the solid hair conditioner of the present application is easy to apply and wash, has good dry and wet combing properties, and is excellent in moisturization and softness after use. From comprehensive evaluation, consumers can see that the solid hair conditioner has higher acceptance.
In addition, as the solid hair conditioner can adopt recyclable or biodegradable materials such as paper as packaging, the use of plastic products is effectively reduced, the sustainable development is achieved for protecting the environment, reducing the use of plastic products and polluting the environment, and a new concept and a new direction for developing washing and protecting products are provided; embody the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development and have huge application prospect. Meanwhile, the solid hair conditioner provided by the application is mild, has no stimulation, is healthy and safe, has high durability, and can be repeatedly used for a plurality of times; compared with the existing liquid hair conditioner, the solid hair conditioner is more economical and practical, and has good popularization and use significance.

1. The solid hair conditioner is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
Hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol: 8% -35%;
vegetable oil: 20% -50%;
vegetable wax: 5% -20%; the plant wax comprises candelilla wax and polyhydroxystearic acid;
Humectant: 5% -25%;
Kaolin: 2% -10%.
2. The solid hair conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol, the vegetable wax and the vegetable fat is (1.5-5): 1 (2.5-9).
3. The solid hair conditioner of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of candelilla wax to polyhydroxystearic acid is 1 (0.2-1).
4. The solid hair conditioner of claim 1, further comprising less than or equal to 15% by mass of a cationic conditioning agent.
5. The solid hair conditioner of claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil comprises one or more of sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, jojoba oil, white pool seed oil, argan kernel oil, olive fruit oil, watermelon seed oil, and camellia oil.
6. The solid hair conditioner of claim 1, wherein the humectant comprises one or more of a polyol humectant and a hydrogenated jojoba ester.
7. The solid hair conditioner of claim 1, further comprising 0.1% -2.0% by mass of a fragrance agent comprising a plant essential oil.
8. The solid hair conditioner of claim 1, wherein the solid hair conditioner is packaged in paper or metal.
9. A method for preparing a solid hair conditioner, comprising: the solid hair conditioner is obtained after the following components in percentage by mass are mixed:
Hydrogenated rapeseed oil alcohol: 8% -35%;
vegetable oil: 20% -50%;
vegetable wax: 5% -20%; the plant wax comprises candelilla wax and polyhydroxystearic acid;
Humectant: 5% -25%;
Kaolin: 2% -10%.
