The invention provides a method for killing pests in a granary.
It should be noted that, as the global food transportation frequency is gradually increased and the biological species in various regions are gradually enriched, the pest species damaged by each granary is also gradually increased. Meanwhile, the types of pests in different regions or different barns in the same region are different, and even if the pests in the same barn in the same region are active in different seasons, the pests are different, for example, the pests such as the booklice and the red-flat embroidery are active for 3 to 5 months, and the pests such as the moths are active for 7 to 9 months. And the favorable light wave bands of different kinds of pests are different. At present, the scheme of uniformly adopting trapping light sources with the same wavelength for all regions and all granaries, namely adopting the trapping light sources with the same wavelength for different types of pests, leads the pest trapping efficiency to be lower and lower.
In addition, based on the special properties of the granary, the granary needs a pollution-free and safe pest killing method, the currently adopted chemical agent killing scheme can cause grain pollution, and the electric network killing scheme can easily cause fire of the granary.
In order to solve the above problems, in an embodiment, the present invention provides a method for trapping and killing pests in a granary, which is applied to a specific phototaxis pest trapping device, wherein the specific phototaxis pest trapping device is provided with a receiving cavity, a pest suction port communicated with the receiving cavity, an optical module 20 and a fan module, and the method for trapping and killing pests in the granary comprises:
s100, controlling the optical module 20 to emit trapping light with preset wavelength to attract the pests in the granary;
the main body of the granary pest killing method of the present invention may be a control device of a specific phototactic wave band pest trapping device, hereinafter referred to as "control device".
The preset wavelength can be the combination of multiple wavelengths, and therefore various granary pests can be trapped in a targeted mode. Of course, the predetermined wavelength may also refer to a single wavelength. In some embodiments, the light module 20 includes a plurality of trapping light sources with different wavelengths, and the control device controls the corresponding trapping light sources to be turned on, so as to output the trapping light sources with different wavelengths.
The pest trapping device with the specific phototaxis waveband further comprises a communication module, the control device can be in communication connection with the background server through the communication module, so that when the pest trapping device is started for the first time and works normally in the follow-up process, the control device is connected to the server in real time according to the wavelength of the trapping light source output by the grain bin where the pest trapping device is located, and then the control device controls the optical module 20 to emit trapping light with preset wavelength according to the wavelength of the trapping light source. To enable remote automatic configuration of the wavelengths trapping the light sources. The related information of the located granary can be one or more of combination of grain storage source information, granary grain storage information and granary area information; and the pest type information of the stored grain, the pest activity information of the stored grain, the regional pest type information and the regional pest activity information can be one or more of the combinations. The pest information may include parameters of the kind of pest, the presence and absence time of pest, and the like. Of course, the parameter of the wavelength of the trapping light source of the pest trapping device can also be stored in the memory of the control device in advance, so that the off-line automatic configuration of the wavelength of the trapping light source is realized, and the condition that the control device cannot acquire the wavelength of the trapping light source in time due to the paralysis of the server or the data blockage can be effectively avoided.
In another embodiment, the control device can also be in communication connection with a corresponding debugging terminal by using the communication module, and an operator can determine the pest information of the granary on the site and configure the parameter of the wavelength for trapping the light source for the control device according to the pest information. Or directly outputting the pest information of the granary to the control device, wherein the control device stores the pest information and a mapping table or a corresponding algorithm of the wavelength of the trapping light source, and accordingly the parameter of the wavelength of the trapping light source is obtained. Therefore, the pest information of the granary can be directly set by an operator according to the pest invasion condition of the granary, the pest information accuracy of the granary is improved, and the accuracy of the parameter of the wavelength for trapping the light source is improved.
In another embodiment, the light module 20 of at least one trapping apparatus of the preset area is provided with a full-band trapping light source, that is, a trapping light source including preferred bands of all vermin, and the preferred bands of all vermin may include: 265 nm to 660 nm, specifically 265 nm, 365 nm, 375 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, 405 nm, 465 nm, 525 nm, 570 nm, 590 nm, 625 nm, 660 nm and other wavelength bands. The control device can control the wavelength of the trapping light source of the reference trapping device to emit full-waveband wavelength so as to pre-trap, manually sort and identify and determine all pest species of the granary where the reference trapping device is located, and determine the wavelength of the trapping light source by taking the corresponding relation between the pest species and the wavelength of the trapping light source.
In another embodiment, all kinds of pests in the pre-trapped grain bin can be analyzed correspondingly, such as image analysis and activity period analysis, to determine the pest kind of the grain bin suffering from the damage. By the arrangement, the pest trapping device can confirm the pest types according to the actual pest conditions of the granary, automatic identification of the pest types is realized, automatic configuration of the wavelength of the trapping light source is further realized, and field debugging of operators and limitation of the working condition of the server are not needed, so that the automation degree and the use convenience of the pest trapping device are greatly improved.
S200, controlling the fan assembly to drive airflow to suck the granary pests into the pest suction inlet and carrying out strangulation, wherein the strangulated granary pests enter the storage cavity.
In this embodiment, the pest trapping device with a specific phototaxis band may include a housing 10 having a receiving cavity, a pest suction opening, and a passage communicating the receiving cavity and the pest suction opening. The fan is arranged in the channel, so that when the fan works, the fan can drive airflow to suck the pests in the granary into the pest suction inlet and carry out strangulation, and the strangulated pests in the granary enter the containing cavity.
The invention can lure the pests in the granary by controlling the optical module 20 to emit trapping light with preset wavelength, and the preset wavelength can trap the pests in a targeted manner, thereby improving the trapping efficiency. Controlling the fan assembly to drive airflow to suck the pests in the granary into the pest suction inlet and carrying out strangulation, wherein the strangulated pests in the granary enter the storage cavity. The problems that the corpses of the pests are scattered in the granary to cause mildewing to the grains and the like are solved. Compared with the scheme of chemical killing and electric network killing, the possibility of toxic substances and fire disasters can not be generated by strangling and killing of the fan assembly.
In addition, the activity and the physique of different pests are different, and the fan assembly of the pest trapping device with the specific phototaxis wave band has the characteristic that the trapped pests need to be killed by strangulation. When the pest killing device is used for killing pests with large sizes, the pests need to be killed in a twisting mode at a large rotating speed, and therefore if the rotating speed of the fan assembly is not adjusted, the fan assembly needs to be guaranteed to work at the maximum rotating speed all the time, so that the pests can be killed in a twisting mode without being clamped by the pests and cannot work when the pests with large sizes are met. However, if the fan assembly device continuously works at the maximum rotating speed, that is, the fan assembly does not work at the maximum rotating speed all the year round, the service life of the fan assembly is greatly shortened, large power consumption can be generated, energy waste is caused, and besides, the trapping efficiency of pests in the granary can be influenced to a certain extent by noise generated by the operation at the maximum rotating speed.
In order to solve the above problem, in an embodiment, the step of controlling the fan assembly to drive the airflow to suck the pest insects into the pest suction inlet and strangle the pest insects, and the allowing the strangled pest insects to enter the storage cavity includes:
s300, acquiring a preset rotating speed of the fan assembly;
in this embodiment, the method for adjusting the rotation speed of the fan assembly may adjust by modulating the voltage or the frequency/duty ratio of the PWM signal, which is not described herein in detail.
Since the optical module 20 of the present application emits trapping light with a preset wavelength, it is possible to attract specific types of pest species, and further determine the vitality and physical constitution of the pest according to the pest species, and then confirm the preset rotation speed of the fan assembly. The preset rotating speed of the fan assembly is determined according to the corresponding relation between the wavelength parameter of the light source assembly and the preset rotating speed of the fan assembly. Of course, the type of the pest can be obtained from the server, confirmed through manual sorting or image recognition, and the preset rotating speed of the fan can be further confirmed as the wavelength of the light source assembly.
And S400, controlling the fan assembly to work according to a preset rotating speed.
In this embodiment, the fan assembly needs to realize two functions: 1. and (3) generating air flow and suction force to capture the pests to the storage cavity, and 2, killing the pests by strangulation. Both functions require the fan speed to be matched with the pest species. Specifically, aiming at pests with large physique and high vitality (namely, stronger strength), a larger rotating speed is used for generating larger airflow and suction force, and the pests are killed and sucked into the containing cavity; aiming at small-size and low-activity pests, lower rotating speed is used for generating matched air flow and suction force, and the pests are wrung and sucked into the containing cavity; the two phases are combined to realize the accurate trapping of various pests in the granary. In practical application, the physical constitutions of pests can be divided into: less, little, medium, big and great, the rotational speed of fan subassembly is set to five gears with pest physique one-to-one correspondingly: slower, slow, medium, fast, and faster. Then the gear of fan subassembly is adjusted according to the pest physique, and the programming is simplified.
To illustrate the method of killing barn pests of the present invention in detail, the examples of the method are illustrated herein for lice and moths. The barn type pests include wheat moth and booklice. Wherein, the wheat moth: daily activities active in 7 to 9 months, such as 8 to 10 o' clock in the morning (different regions have different habits of the moths, and other regions may be interested in activities at night, and here, some regions are taken as examples, and the booklice are treated similarly); the human body has large physique and strong vitality, and is favored by a light source with the wavelength of A1 nm. And (4) pediculus booklice: active at 10 to 12 o' clock per day night of 3 to 5 months; the physique is medium; the activity is moderate; favouring light sources of A2nm wavelength;
at this time, at 8 to 10 am each day of 7 to 9 months, the control device may control the optical module 20 to emit trapping light of A1nm wavelength and control the fan assembly to operate at a faster gear speed to ensure the trapping of the gelechiid moth. And at 10 to 12 o' clock per night of 3 to 5 months, the control device can control the light module 20 to emit trapping light of A2nm wavelength and control the fan module to operate at a medium gear speed to ensure the trapping of the booklices.
In an embodiment, the step S300 of obtaining the preset rotation speed of the fan assembly includes:
s301, acquiring a preset wavelength of trapping light emitted by the optical module 20;
the control device determines, or acquires, the preset wavelength of the trapping light at the same time as the trapping light source to be controlled is determined on the basis of the parameter wavelength of the trapping light source.
S302, determining a preset rotating speed of the fan assembly according to the preset wavelength of the trapping light.
Since the optical module 20 of the present application emits trapping light with a preset wavelength, it is possible to lure a specific type of pest species, and further determine the vitality and physical constitution of the pest species and then confirm the preset rotation speed of the fan assembly. The preset rotating speed of the fan assembly is determined according to the corresponding relation between the wavelength parameter of the light source assembly and the preset rotating speed of the fan assembly, and the acquiring procedure of the parameter of the preset rotating speed of the fan assembly is simplified.
It should be noted that the particularity of the granary environment causes the granary to have various pests, different pest appearing and disappearing times are different, if the granary can be used for controlling the fan assembly to work in the appearing and disappearing time periods of various pests, and in other time periods when the pests are less active or basically inactive, the fan assembly is controlled to stop working, so that the trapping effect is ensured, the service life of the fan assembly is prolonged, and the cruising ability of the pest trapping device is improved.
In view of the above problem, in an embodiment, the step S100 of obtaining the preset rotation speed of the fan assembly includes: acquiring preset working time periods of the fan and preset rotating speeds in each preset working time period;
in this step, the preset operating time period and the preset rotation speed may be directly obtained from the server. The pest species may be obtained first, and the means for obtaining the pest species is not described herein with reference to the foregoing description. And then determining the pest emergence time, the pest physique and the pest activity according to the pest species. And then determining the rotating speed of the fan at a specific time according to the physique and activity of the pests appearing at the specific time.
The preset working time period of the fan assembly can refer to one or more time periods within 24 hours, so that pests appearing and disappearing at different times every day are trapped, and pest trapping efficiency is greatly improved. Of course, the preset operating time period of the fan assembly may also refer to a time period within other time periods. For example, different months or quarters in a year are different periods of work; that is, the fan assembly adopts different rotating speeds for different seasons or months so as to carry out targeted catching and strangling on pests with different reproductive growth and activity time.
Step S200, controlling the fan assembly to work according to a preset rotation speed includes:
and controlling the fan assembly to work at a corresponding preset rotating speed in each preset working time period.
The control device may store a corresponding preset rotation speed in each preset operating time period, and control the fan to operate at the corresponding rotation speed in the time period.
This embodiment has realized that the rotational speed of fan and the time of appearing and disappearing, physique and the vigor of pest match, and then can use corresponding fan rotational speed to the pest that each time quantum appeared, both guaranteed trapping efficiency of pest, can control the rotational speed of fan again and change in a plurality of preset time quantum, avoid the long-time high-speed operation of fan, the fan device loss and the energy loss of bringing.
In one embodiment, the barn pest killing method further comprises:
s500, acquiring granary information of a granary where the specific phototaxis band pest trapping device is located, and sending the granary information to a server;
the granary information may be the number of the granary at the server, or address information of the granary. The embodiment can be selected as address information, and compared with the serial number, when the trapping device is newly added, the address information can be more easily output by a worker, so that the operation difficulty is simplified. In addition, a positioning device can be arranged on the trapping device, and then when the trapping device is started, the address can be automatically sent to the finger server, so that the automatic configuration of the newly-added trapping device is realized, the learning cost for installing the trapping device is greatly reduced, and the trapping device can be better popularized.
S600, acquiring working parameters of the specific phototaxis band pest trapping equipment corresponding to the granary where the specific phototaxis band pest trapping equipment is located, wherein the working parameters are fed back and output by the server after the server receives granary information;
in this embodiment, the server may obtain the pest species collected by the pest trapping device 2 of each grain bin, and then establish a configuration database of the pest trapping device 2 of each grain bin according to a correspondence between the pest species of each grain bin and the wavelength of the trapping light source of the pest trapping device 2, where the configuration database may include the operating parameters of the pest trapping device of the specific phototaxis band corresponding to the grain bin. Therefore, the working parameters of the pest trapping device with the specific phototaxis wave band of the trapping device of the granary can be determined according to the database and the granary information. Wherein, the working parameters of the pest trapping device with the specific phototaxis wave band can comprise: the wavelength of the trapping light source and the preset rotating speed of the fan assembly in each preset time period. The pest species of each granary can be obtained by combining pre-trapping with manual sorting or image recognition, and the embodiment is specifically referred to. Of course, it is also possible to acquire the pest species by manually sorting or image recognition the pests collected by the pest trapping apparatus 2 in a storage bin during daily work.
S700, controlling the pest trapping equipment with the specific phototaxis wave band to work according to the working parameters.
The embodiment realizes the automatic configuration of the newly added pest trapping device, greatly reduces the learning cost of installing the trapping device, and ensures that the pest trapping device can be better popularized.
In addition, the configuration database is favorable for establishing the configuration database of the pest trapping device of the granary compared with the unified working parameters prestored in the newly-added pest trapping device or manual setting when the pest trapping device is newly added, the server can configure the working parameters of the newly-added pest trapping device according to the granary where the newly-added pest trapping device is located, the prestored unified working parameters are not matched with pest information due to hysteresis, and the possibility of large learning cost and parameter setting errors caused by manual setting is avoided.
In addition, after the configuration database of the pest trapping device of the granary is established, the wavelength which is favored by the pests of the granary can be confirmed, and then when the trapping light source of the optical module 20 of the pest trapping device of the granary is selected, only the high-power semiconductor light source with the corresponding wavelength is needed to be installed, and the high-power semiconductor light source with the full wave band is not needed to be installed, so that the cost is effectively reduced.
In addition, compared with the scheme that each granary is provided with configuration parameters of the pest trapping devices independently, the configuration parameters of the pest trapping devices of all the granaries in the management area are comprehensively arranged through the database established by the server, and the configuration parameters are sent by the server, so that the configuration parameters are found to be abnormal in time when the configuration parameters of a certain pest trapping device are greatly different from other configuration parameters. For example, when the configuration parameters of two adjacent granaries or one pest trapping device in the same granary are different from the fan rotating speed gears of the parameters of other pest trapping devices by more than gear, the configuration parameters are determined to be abnormal.
In an embodiment, the step S600 specifically includes:
and the acquisition server feeds back and outputs the working parameters of the specific phototaxis waveband pest trapping equipment corresponding to the granary where the specific phototaxis waveband pest trapping equipment is located after receiving the information of the source of grain storage, the information of the type of grain storage and the information of the location of the granary.
It should be noted that, in practical application, the granary can also store grains produced by other provinces or countries, pest killing work is usually concentrated on pest species at the location where the granary is trapped, neglecting new stored grains may have the risk of carrying worm eggs, and once the worm eggs carried by the new stored grains hatch, damage to the new stored grains is usually caused faster than local pests or suddenly increased species of pests.
In order to solve the problem, in this embodiment, the server may be in communication connection with an intelligent management system or an operation terminal of the granary, so that the server is connected to the intelligent management system, and after determining that a new grain storage is available, or after determining that a new grain storage is available, a granary manager outputs information of a grain storage source, information of a grain storage type, and information of a location of the granary through the operation terminal. The grain storage type information can represent the types of grains currently stored in the granary, the grain storage source information can represent the source area of each type of grain, and the grain storage location information can represent the location of the granary. The server can determine the pest egg type possibly carried by various grains stored in the granary and the pest type of each source according to the acquired grain storage source place information and grain storage type information; the server can also determine various local pest types which are possibly damaged by local pests in various types of grains stored in the granary according to the location information of the granary and the type information of the stored grains. The server can send the determined local pest species and the determined union of the source pest species as the pest species of the granary to the main control device;
the main control device can also determine the pest species of the granary and further determine the activity time period corresponding to the pest species of each granary according to a prestored pest species-activity time period table; and determining the favorite wavelength, the emergence time, the physique and the activity of the pests according to the types of the pests, and further determining the wavelength of a trapping light source and the preset rotating speed of the fan in the preset time period.
So set up for light module 20 can send corresponding trapping light according to storing grain type and storing grain source ground, and the fan subassembly can be worked in corresponding rotational speed according to storing grain type and storing grain source ground. Not only can effectively reduce the damage to the newly stored grain caused by the hatching of the eggs carried by the newly stored grain, but also can effectively reduce the damage to the old stored grain caused by the hatching of the eggs carried by the newly stored grain, thereby being beneficial to further improving the pest trapping effect of the grain bin trapping equipment on the grain bin pests and providing more comprehensive pest prevention guarantee for the whole grain storage process of the grain bin.
In one embodiment, the barn pest killing method further comprises:
