Abstract

本申请提供一种小区测量方法及通信装置，涉及通信技术领域，用于使终端设备及时触发测量报告。在该方法中，在终端设备的移动速度较高的情况下，终端设备可以采用数值较大的滤波参数对各个待测量小区的信号强度进行滤波，增加当前测量的信号强度在测量结果中所占的权重，进而，终端设备可以及时的触发测量事件上报测量报告。网络设备可以根据测量报告对终端设备发起切换。
