Abstract
一种基于图像分析液滴的方法,通过获得液滴体系所对应的工作染料通道图像和参比染料通道图像(S1);分别对所述工作染料通道图像和参比染料通道图像作预设的图像处理操作(S2);将所述工作染料通道图像或者所述参比染料通道图像作为目标图像(S3),从该目标图像中确定每个液滴所在区域(S4);及基于所确定的每个液滴所在区域分析所述液滴体系(S5),可以有效提升液滴分析的准确性。还提供一种计算机装置及存储介质。
