Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高架导轨的分段隔离阀的改进,所述高价导轨作为载客载货运输车辆的气动推进管道,所述分段隔离阀具有多重特征。
背景技术
巴西专利PI9912112-3及其相应的美国专利US6,213,026描述了一种用于乘客和货物的运输系统,其车辆延伸到通风道中的推进板沿导轨气动推进,通风道是由实际导轨所定义的。
车辆装有转向架,最好每个转向架装有四个金属车轮,至少有一个轴与面向下的塔架连接,并用螺栓连接到推进板上,其面积与管道开口横截面面积相对应,其用于将流体推力转换为机械功,以使车辆越过位于特定高架导轨上的轨道。
高架导轨上部结构安装在垂直柱上,其主要功能是支持和转向车辆,以及具有在其内部形成推进导管这一同样重要的次要功能。因此,高架导轨提供创建支持和引导车辆运动的物理手段,以及引导由固定动力推进单元产生的气流,所述固定动力推进单元位于沿车辆轨道分布的空间内。
每个动力推进装置都包括重型工业鼓风机、气流控制器组以及用于增加或减少上部结构梁产生的管道内的压力的方向阀。
气动输送系统的工作原理是将导轨分割成多个不同的区段,并定义了专用的推进电路,从而为每辆车设置了专属和独立的自动控制块。因此,只有当一个特定的车辆闲置时,才被允许进入下一个控制块。
专利BR102018 074144-6,标题为一种大容量运输旅客和/或货物的气动推进系统,详述了一种可能的推进电路,根据所需的推进水平,可以通过多达两个动力推进单元推动车辆,其中每个推进单元位于所述区段的一端,所述第一区段在压力模式下工作并且所述第二区段在抽吸模式下工作。作为一般规定,这些推进电路从一个乘客站延伸到另一个乘客站。然而,每项应用的具体特点往往需要在它们之间引入中间部分,或者覆盖更多站。这些推进电路的控制区段是动态的,由此它们可以通过与其他相关同时运行的车辆的路线对准和/或交通控制命令而被重新配置和调整到车辆在轨道上的正常移动位置。
分段隔离阀是一种能物理阻断推进管道并将其分成各个单独的控制部分的装置。所述分段隔离阀的驱动机构安装在所述高架导轨的下背部,其插塞位于所述高架导轨推进导管内。所述分段隔离阀通过阻断气流将推进电路与其相邻部分隔开。
分段隔离阀只有两种位置:全开或全关。其缺点是会被锁定在自动控制子系统知道的最后一个位置。分段隔离阀处于开放的位置时,管道是畅通的,空气可以自由流动,车辆的推进板也能自由运动。通过一个打开的阀门,它可以安全地进入下一个推进电路或部分。
专利PI 8301706-2及其相应的专利US 4,658,732提出了一种原始机械形状的分段隔离阀,其详细描述了一种旋转的蝶式驱动系统,该系统脆弱且依赖于其轴的阻力。然而,这种原始设计的另一个缺点是,板暴露在由推进管道中的压力产生的严重弯曲应力中。这种原始形状的另一个不便之处是,其体积庞大且位于高架导轨下方,除了外观不美观之外,还对下方可供人员和车辆通行的开放空间产生了不利影响。另一个缺点在于在开启或关闭位置处缺少锁定装置,锁定装置可以在没有驱动力下,防止无意识的运动。

发明内容
本发明涉及一种改进的用于客车和货车的推进气动管道分段隔离阀,有效地解决了上述现有技术中存在的问题。
在本发明的改进的分段隔离阀中,线性驱动器不再直接向插塞施加力,而是向三杆机构的接合件处施力。与此前的分段隔离阀不同的是,改进后的分段隔离阀配备了四重备用系统,其锁定机制如下:
(a)在开启或关闭位置处存在固有的锁定,由于连接杆与驱动机构之间在运行两端形成的角度,即阀门是“单稳态”的;
(b)通过平行于插塞转向轴的凸轮的作用锁定,该凸轮由两个弹簧驱动,并滑向插塞框架中的两个槽,一个弹簧用于开启位置,另一个弹簧用于关闭位置;
(c)带有两个备用安全锁销,其位于插头框架的相对两侧,每个锁销具有两个孔,每个孔都能确保锁定在打开或关闭位置;安全销由电磁阀驱动释放。
本发明还公开了所述的分段隔离阀中的紧凑型替代装置,该装置在上述专利中没有描述,特别适用于由于小曲率半径而使其装配受到几何约束的转向梁。另一种装置是一种滑动抽屉式,它由一个分成若干铰链段(叶片)的插塞组成。通过与齿轮相连的驱动器的作用,盘绕在高架导轨的下背部,由线性气动气缸锁定位置。这种替代方案能够减轻视觉冲击。
本发明对运输车辆气动推进管道的分段隔离阀进行了改进,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
通过备用锁定装置防止设备意外打开;
大幅减少设备的外部体积,减轻视觉冲击,从而能在高架导轨下方腾出更大空间供交通使用;
分段隔离阀的交错布置可以减小外壳尺寸,其能在小半径曲率下组装,从而减小设备的外部体积,带来更小的视觉冲击。

具体实施方式
图1示出了分段隔离阀的高架导轨段,插塞2处于关闭位置。
图2和图3示出高架导轨段,分段隔离阀安装于所述高架导轨段的下背部,插塞2分别处于打开位置和关闭位置。插塞2通过法兰4插入与高架导轨1铰接的壳体3,可快速连接和断开。壳体3安装有雨水径流箱5。
如图4所示,优选的,分段隔离阀包括安装在壳体3中的插塞2,其通过法兰4固定在高架导轨上,用于快速连接和断开。插塞2通过线性驱动器6驱动,其杆对接合件7施加力。接合件7交枢于插塞2的上方,且位于与壳体底座3铰接的框架8下方。
优选地,通过弹簧10使关闭位置锁紧凸轮9自动移动从而机械锁紧该组件。安全锁定销11由释放螺线管12驱动。这是一个直接连接到自动保护子系统(ATP)的重要功能,防止分段隔离阀在响应伪指令时移动。分段隔离阀的位置由位置传感器13提供。
如图5-7所示,在一实施例中,一种分段隔离阀包括一个由叶片组成的插塞20,叶片沿两个横向导轨21移动,两个横向导轨21安装在高架导轨1形成的管道中。横向导轨21固定在下部壳体22上。绕组盘23在下部壳体22中旋转,绕组盘23安装在轴24上并安装有联轴器25,联轴器25与优选气动的驱动器26连接。绕制盘23推出并回拉插塞20。
绕线盘23具有用于插入螺线管锁定销28的孔27。
可选地,插塞20可以是优选由聚合物材料制成的柔性折板。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于气动运输系统的分段隔离阀,所述分段隔离阀安装于高架导轨段的下背部,所述分段隔离阀包括插塞(2),所述插塞(2)插入在与高架导轨(1)铰接的壳体(3),其特征在于,所述插塞(2)通过线性驱动器(6)驱动,所述线性驱动器(6)的杆对接合件(7)施加力,所述接合件(7) 上方交枢于插塞(2),下方交枢于壳体(3)底座铰接的框架(8);
所述分段隔离阀还包括弹簧(10)和锁定凸轮(9),通过所述弹簧(10)使所述锁定凸轮(9)自动移动至关闭位置从而机械锁定所述分段隔离阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分段隔离阀,其特征在于,所述壳体(3)安装有雨水径流箱(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分段隔离阀,其特征在于,还包括安全锁定销(11)和释放螺线管(12),所述安全锁定销(11)由释放螺线管(12)驱动。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的分段隔离阀,其特征在于,分段隔离阀的位置由位置传感器(13)提供。
