At present, if an accident (such as falling, acute disease and the like) occurs in a family and needs help, a weak group generally only can adopt the modes of making a 120-call, asking for help with loud voice, waiting for a guardian and the like, and sometimes needs a neighbor, a nurse and other people to keep a squat all the time. However, if the vulnerable group cannot make a call or ask for help by loud sound when an accident occurs, the rescue signal cannot be transmitted in time, so that the rescue time is missed. In addition, guardians, neighbors, nurses and other people often cannot be nearby the vulnerable group with accidents at any time, and the timeliness of rescue is difficult to guarantee. Based on the method and the system, the rescue signals can be timely transmitted when the weak group in the house has an accident, so that the timeliness of rescue is improved.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiment, a detailed description will be given to a home monitoring method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the alarm is worn on the monitored subject at home, fig. 1 only shows that the monitored subject wears the alarm on the neck or the hand, and the monitored subject can wear the alarm on other parts of the monitored subject, which is not limited to this.
Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of areas of a home are respectively installed with cameras (may be referred to as "home cameras"). Each camera is in communication connection with a terminal of at least one guardian corresponding to a family through a cloud platform, and the terminal receives video frame data collected by each camera through the cloud platform; each camera within a set distance threshold from the alarm has the ability to receive the alarm signal of the alarm. Fig. 2 only shows the case where the cameras are installed in the restaurant, the living room, the bedroom, and the kitchen, and in addition, the cameras may be installed in other areas, and the installation position and the installation number of the cameras may be determined by themselves according to actual needs, which is not limited.
Based on this, an embodiment of the present invention provides a home monitoring method, which, as shown in fig. 3, may include the following steps:
step S302, when an alarm triggering event occurs, the alarm sends an alarm signal.
The alarm triggering event may include at least one of: the monitored object actively operates the alarm, and the motion state of the designated part of the alarm meets the preset condition.
As a possible embodiment, the alarm is provided with an alarm button, and the alarm signal is sent by triggering the alarm when the alarm button is pressed by the monitored object.
As another possible embodiment, the alarm is provided with a safe area and an unsafe area, the alarm is provided with a ball, and if the ball moves to the unsafe area and stays in the unsafe area for a time period exceeding a preset time period threshold (such as 30 seconds, 60 seconds and the like), the alarm is triggered to send an alarm signal; the positions of the safe area and the unsafe area can be determined according to actual needs, and the positions are not limited. Taking fig. 1 as an example, the monitored subject wears the alarm device on the neck, the safe region is located at the bottom of the alarm device, the unsafe region is located at the side and the top of the alarm device, if the monitored subject falls down accidentally, the balls of the alarm device move to the side or the top of the alarm device (i.e., the unsafe region) and stay in the unsafe region until the stay time exceeds a preset time threshold, the alarm device is triggered to send an alarm signal.
And step S304, the target camera receiving the alarm signal sends alarm information corresponding to the alarm signal to a call center corresponding to the cloud platform through the cloud platform.
The target camera is a camera corresponding to the position of the monitored object. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the target camera is a camera 2 closest to the alarm, and after receiving the alarm signal sent by the alarm, the camera 2 generates alarm information carrying a mobile phone number of the guardian (i.e., a terminal contact manner of the guardian at this time), and sends the alarm information to a call center cooperating with the cloud platform through the cloud platform.
Step S306, the call center informs the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object according to the alarm information.
After receiving the alarm information, the call center firstly acquires the terminal contact way of the guardian in the alarm information, and then calls the terminal contact way of the guardian to inform the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object. For example, after receiving the alarm information carrying the mobile phone number of the guardian, the call center firstly obtains the mobile phone number of the guardian in the alarm information, and then calls the mobile phone number to notify the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object.
The guardian who answers the call can come near to the monitored object to take measures, alarm, dial 120 and the like. The guardian who answers the call can also use the terminal to receive video frame data collected by a corresponding camera (especially a target camera) through the cloud platform so as to check the video frame data by himself or provide the video frame data for police, hospitals and the like, and therefore relevant personnel can be helped to make a targeted rescue strategy.
In the home monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal of at least one guardian corresponding to a home can receive video frame data respectively collected by the cameras arranged in different areas of the home through the cloud platform, the alarm worn on the monitored object in the home can send an alarm signal when an alarm triggering event occurs, the target camera receiving the alarm signal can send alarm information corresponding to the alarm signal to the call center corresponding to the cloud platform through the cloud platform, and the call center informs the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object according to the alarm information. By adopting the technology, when an accident happens to a monitored object at home, the alarm can trigger the corresponding camera to send alarm information to the call center through the cloud platform, and then the rescue signal is timely transmitted to the corresponding guardian through the call center, so that the timeliness of rescue is improved. In addition, related guardians can also acquire video frame data acquired by corresponding cameras through the cloud platform so as to know the field situation around the monitored object, and accordingly, a targeted rescue strategy is formulated, and therefore the rescue effect is guaranteed.
On the basis of the home monitoring method, for convenience of operation, the method can further comprise the following operation modes: when an alarm triggering event occurs, the alarm detects the signal intensity of each camera which is within a set distance threshold value from the alarm; the alarm determines the camera with the maximum signal intensity, which receives the alarm signal, in the cameras within the set distance threshold value from the alarm as a target camera, and sends the alarm signal to the target camera through a wireless communication protocol.
The set distance threshold is generally related to the wireless communication protocol, and both of the set distance threshold and the set distance threshold can be determined by themselves according to actual needs, which is not limited. For example, fig. 2, the wireless communication protocol may specifically adopt a 433 protocol, when an alarm triggering event occurs, the cameras 1 to 4 may all receive an alarm signal sent by the alarm, the alarm may detect the signal strength of the alarm signal received by each camera at this time, and then determine the camera 2 with the maximum signal strength that receives the alarm signal as a target camera, and send the alarm signal to the camera 2 through the 433 protocol.
As a possible implementation, the method may further include the following operation modes: when a guardian registers a cloud platform account, the cloud platform allocates access authority of at least one camera including a target camera in the camera for the cloud platform account.
For example, a guardian registers a cloud platform account with his own mobile phone number and other personal information (such as name, home address, work unit address, email address, etc.), and the cloud platform obtains the cloud platform account of the guardian to which the mobile phone number and other personal information are bound; because each camera has a respective device identifier (such as a unique machine code), in order to enable the guardian to access the camera through the cloud platform to acquire corresponding video frame data, the cloud platform can bind the cloud platform account number registered by the guardian with the device identifier of each camera, and the cloud platform account number is assigned with the access right of each camera.
By adopting the operation mode, only the cloud platform with the camera access authority can access the camera through the cloud platform, so that the privacy of the monitored object can not be revealed to other people except a guardian, and the experience of the monitored object in the monitoring process is improved.
In addition, a corresponding file can be established for the person under guardianship through the cloud platform, the information of the file can comprise a name, a home address, a contact way and the like, the file is bound with a cloud platform account number registered by the guardian through the cloud platform, and then the association relation among the file of the monitored object, the terminal contact way of the guardian and the camera of the family is established, so that the accurate establishment of a rescue strategy when the monitored object has an accident is facilitated, and the rescue effect is ensured.
In order to further reduce the data processing amount of the cloud platform when the monitored object is in an accident, the access right may include an access time limit and/or a timestamp of the occurrence of the alarm triggering event; based on this, the above method may further include the following operation modes: when a terminal of a guardian logs in a cloud platform account and accesses a target camera through the cloud platform, the cloud platform synchronously transmits target data corresponding to access time limit and/or a timestamp in video frame data acquired by the target camera to the terminal.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, when a guardian registers a cloud platform account, the cloud platform allocates access rights of a camera 1 to a camera 4 to the cloud platform account, and when the guardian logs in the cloud platform account by using a mobile phone and accesses the camera 2 through the cloud platform (i.e., a target camera at the moment), the cloud platform can synchronously transmit a real-time picture of the camera 2 and a cloud storage video within 24 hours after an alarm trigger event occurs to the mobile phone used by the guardian, and the access time limit is within three days after the alarm trigger event occurs.
As a possible implementation manner, in step S304 (i.e., the target camera that receives the alarm signal generates alarm information carrying the contact information of the terminal of the guardian, and sends the alarm information to the call center corresponding to the cloud platform through the cloud platform), the following operation manners may be adopted: the target camera generates an alarm request carrying the equipment identifier of the target camera, and sends the alarm request to the cloud platform through an HTTP (hyper text transport protocol); the cloud platform responds to the alarm request, generates alarm information and sends the alarm information to the call center through an MQTT protocol.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, after receiving the alarm signal, the camera 2 (i.e., the target camera at this time) generates an alarm request carrying the device identifier of the camera 2, and sends the alarm request to the cloud platform through the HTTP protocol; the cloud platform receives the alarm request, then responds, and queries a cloud platform account number bound with the equipment identifier of the camera 2, so that the mobile phone number of the guardian bound with the cloud platform account number is obtained; and then the cloud platform generates alarm information carrying the mobile phone number of the guardian, and sends the alarm information to the call center through an MQTT protocol. In addition, in order to facilitate the call center to distinguish the camera 2, the alarm information may also carry the device identifier of the camera 2, such as the device identifier of the camera 2 is carried in the alarm information in the form of Topic.
As a possible implementation manner, the step S306 (i.e. the call center notifies the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object according to the alarm information) may adopt the following operation manners: the call center converts the alarm information into a corresponding call task; the calling object of the calling task is a terminal contact way of the guardian; and the call center distributes corresponding seats to execute the call task according to the ACD queue-inserting rule through the online call system so as to inform the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object.
The ACD queue-jumping rule may specifically include: if the on-line calling system has spare calling lines, the on-line calling system preferentially inserts the spare calling lines to arrange the seats to execute the calling tasks corresponding to the alarm information; if no spare calling line exists, accessing one or more calling lines, interrupting the current calling task (such as making the calling telephone of the common calling task enter busy tone) of the accessed calling line, and immediately arranging the seat to execute the calling task corresponding to the alarm information; if all calling lines are used for executing the calling task corresponding to the alarm information, automatically switching to other calling centers.
For convenience of description, the above home monitoring method is exemplarily described in a specific application scenario as follows:
in fig. 4, an alarm is worn around the neck of a person needing help (i.e., a monitored subject at home), and the monitored subject actively presses an alarm button of the alarm in the event of an accident; the alarm transmits an alarm signal to a home camera (namely a target camera) closest to the alarm through a 433 protocol; after receiving the alarm signal, the family camera reports alarm information to a cloud platform through an HTTP (hyper text transport protocol), wherein the alarm information carries a unique machine code (namely equipment identification) of the family camera and a mobile phone number (namely a terminal contact way of a guardian) of relatives and friends; the cloud platform sends the alarm information to a cooperative call center through an MQTT protocol so as to inform the call center; after receiving the alarm information, the call center converts the alarm information into a call task, the call object is a mobile phone number of a relative friend, and the relative friend is called by a customer service through an on-line call system ACD queue, so that the relative friend is informed of a dangerous situation; after receiving an incoming call from a call center, relatives and friends can start APP login cloud platform accounts for providing cloud platform corresponding services by using a mobile phone, the APP can provide a number corresponding to each family camera with access permission, the relatives and friends can select the number corresponding to the family camera, so that the family cameras are accessed through the cloud platform to check real-time pictures of the cameras and cloud storage videos within 24 hours after an alarm button is pressed by a monitored object, and the access time limit is within three days after the monitored object presses the alarm button; the relatives and friends can take measures, assist in alarming or dialing 120 when approaching the person to be monitored, and can keep the video data in case of accident and provide the video data to police or hospitals, thereby ensuring that the monitored object receives help in the first time.
Based on the home monitoring method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a home monitoring system, where the system includes cameras respectively installed in multiple areas of a home, an alarm worn on a monitored subject in the home, a cloud platform, a call center corresponding to the cloud platform, and a terminal of at least one guardian corresponding to the home; each camera is in communication connection with a terminal through a cloud platform, and the terminal receives video frame data collected by each camera through the cloud platform; each camera within a set distance threshold from the alarm has the ability to receive the alarm signal of the alarm.
And the alarm is used for sending an alarm signal when an alarm triggering event occurs.
And the target camera which receives the alarm signal is used for sending the alarm information corresponding to the alarm signal to the call center corresponding to the cloud platform through the cloud platform.
And the call center is used for informing the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object according to the alarm information.
In the home monitoring system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal of at least one guardian corresponding to a home can receive video frame data respectively collected by the cameras arranged in different areas of the home through the cloud platform, the alarm worn on the monitored object in the home can send an alarm signal when an alarm triggering event occurs, the target camera receiving the alarm signal can send alarm information corresponding to the alarm signal to the call center corresponding to the cloud platform through the cloud platform, and the call center informs the guardian of the abnormal state of the monitored object according to the alarm information.
The alarm can also be used for: when an alarm triggering event occurs, detecting the signal intensity of each camera which is within a set distance threshold value from the camera to receive an alarm signal; and determining the camera with the maximum signal intensity, which receives the alarm signal, in the cameras within the set distance threshold value from the target camera as the target camera, and sending the alarm signal to the target camera through a wireless communication protocol.
